I really like 495 Rental. This is my third time renting, and they always been very helpful and professional.Just wrapped up a week long rental for skid steer. One day, after it rained the machine wouldnt start. Tech person from 495 Rental showed up in 10 minutes and started the machine right away. He also left a jump starter just in case, for the rest of the week, free of charge. Basically these guys work with you, very accommodating and their prices seem very reasonable. I will be back. Cindy and Roger are friendly and professional. The rates on the equipment are very reasonable. But where this place shines is customer service. The day I was to take delivery of my rental. The machine broke down. Roger scrambled his schedule around to get me an alternative unit. My project got done deadline met. Very hard to find people who will go above and beyond. Especially when things happen that are not in their control. Highly recommend 495

Good but could be better. Rented a skid steer with a junk track, it fell off and I lost a few hours before they could come fix / replace it. They did work with me given that I lost so much time that as long as I had it back before 7am Monday I could keep it. That was a really nice and welcome customer service move. When I called to rent, they didnt know what a GMC Yukon was....they should have better knowledge of towing vehicles, or use google and not request that you come down to show your vehicle.

Its sad, businesses like this used to be the back bone of small town America. They were what America was all about. Apparently this particular shop in Milford has decided the American people are no longer important customers. President Trump was fairly and democratically elected folks. Shame on you for posting such garbage outside your store. You couldnt pay me enough to patronize you now. I guess losing customers and their money isnt so important to you anymore. Shameful and disrespectful.

They have a great selection of arial lifts and fair pricing. Of the 8 times Ive used them, Ive found that there equipment is well maintained.

To disrespect the President of the United States on Independence Day is disgraceful. The sign you placed outside your store is not funny or cute or an example of a business that respects all their customers. Massachusetts may be a majority Democratic state, but it is not exclusively so and you have just made it clear to the rest of the population that they do not want to do business with you. An unfortunate display of bias and ignorance.

Have rented here in the past, equipment was pretty beat up, but functional to be fair. Service was dry at best. Now I rent all my stuff from Koopman Lumber in Uxbridge, their stuff is newer, they are friendly and they are not progressive lefty snowflakes. You wanted Hillary or admitted socialist Burnie 495 Rental? OK even most GOP didnt want trump and hes no Regan, but he was the lesser of two evils. Unless you like higher taxes, no second ammendment protection and open boarders policys further diluting the workforce with cheap, un taxed labor? You would think a small business in sanctuary city like Milford would get that. If you want to see what a leftist utopian socity looks like take a drive to Woonsocket. Prop owners taxed like they live in Beverly Hills and given awful schools, no access to public services, drugs and crime run rampid. Been all dems running that town for 20 years and thats what you get.
