Had an amazing experience with the entire climate partners team. Started with Melissa who called to help set up my appointments. She is super nice and accommodating when it came time to finding a date that worked for me. She even called me back when an earlier time opened up! Victor came for my routine maintenance, he explained everything in simple easy to understand terms for me (which is important because I am not handy or knowledgeable about this) and helped go through what I needed to do. Brian and Callahan( who was shadowing and learning) went over all of my options with me in detail. They helped me understand what services I would need and what would fit my home the best. Joe and Edgar just did the installation of my new AC and furnace and did an amazing job. They were so kind and respectful, and did an amazing job! They worked hard and I really appreciate it. From top to bottom everyone that I spoke to and met were so kind and made this whole process so easy for me. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any work done and I will be using them in the future for sure!

From Sales Andrew and installers Hector and Edgar they where on time respectful very informative. Very professional installation neat and clean I would highly recommend.

They told me that they will show up between noon and 3 pm, they didnt show up for tow days even after they extended the window to 6 pm, on the third day they showed up unannounced. I lost on work opportunities as I do food deliveries at lunch and dinner times, and they ended up charging me $52.00 after I refused their service on the third day. They wanted to charge me $1800 for a simple pressure test. I called and asked them to charge me by the hour, they said it doesnt matter how long the job takes, the charge will still be $1800.

I have paid their for yearly maintenance service for 3 years in advance. Every time I call the front desk they say that they do not have my name in system. They mention that I have to pay $69 for the service. Recently they sent a service person to look at my air conditioner and I mentioned to him that my A/c is not working. He immediately opened the system and replaced a capacitor and mentioned that it would solve the issue.But it did not and he replaced the compressor. The total bill for replacing for both is about $700. But it still did not fix the issue. When I asked the service person he gave an arrogant answer and said that I had told you that it might work. I would not suggest this company to anyone due to poor service and also poor quality of engineers. Also he mentioned that his manager would call me to explain the issue but there is no response. If you have too much of money and do not worry about spending or giving it for free then you can call this company. I am one of the frustrated customer.

The repairman arrived promptly, introduced himself and began work immediately. He and his partner worked quickly and efficiently. They asked several times if I had any questions. When they finished, they tidied up. Asked again if I had any questions, finished their paperwork and left. They were very polite and worked well together. I was very happy with my installation and the entire process.

My appointment was between Noon and 3:00. Technician Steve arrived at 12:15. Was a pleasant surprise. He was very through, and knowledge.

Gary and his associate went above and beyond during our central air conditioning system install on two of the hottest days of the year. They were in perpetual motion, going up and down the attic stairs, expertly installing our new system. We sincerely appreciated their Herculean efforts!

I used Caseys for both an AC tune-up and duct cleaning and they did a great job! Booking through the office was super easy. Both techs were super prompt, friendly, and informative. Will definitely look to check out other services they provide in the future.

Hands down, the best HVAC company we’ve ever hired. From reception to the field techs, a truly well-run operation. They did what they said they would do and more. They guaranteed next day service and delivered same day instead. My only regret was not having called Climate Partners four days and literally as many HVAC companies ago. We had a major lightning strike and were struggling to find service. Larry, our tech, was a top-notch professional, rather, more of an engineer with an incredible depth of knowledge; someone who clearly enjoys his trade. He was able to articulate the what and why about everything he did and my every question in terms I could understand, like a teacher. In my experience when you find a company filled with passionate professionals who are open and transparent like this you stick with then. Climate Partners has already earned my family’s business and our trust for as long as we’re in their service area. They’re incredible, and we highly recommend them!

5 Stars is just not enough for the outstanding, above and beyond service we received from both Steve (Service) and Melissa (Office Hero)! When our 2 year old central air unit malfunctioned and we contacted Climate Partners, we were meet with the always responsive, professional service from Melissa. Please note, they did not install the central air unit. She sent Steve, our regular technician, who knows our systems better than anyone, out to do a diagnostic - mind you, this was after business hours. Upon Steves arrival and within 5 minutes, he pinpointed the exact problem, which ended up being a manufacturing issue. Due to the nature of the repair, location and part availability, it was clear, the time frame to take care of the issue may be a day or two. Of course, with a summer that has had its ups and downs with the weather, it now happens to be a couple of the hottest July days we have had. Knowing our family (9 year old daughter and new puppy), Melissa had 2 brand new air conditioners sent over to our residence to cool down the now 87 degree temperature in the house. In my head, this is unheard of... but, for them, it was a walk in the park. Within one hour we had the provided A/Cs in and were able to sleep in a cooled down home that night. Then, I apologize for not knowing the employees name, but he came by to grab every serial number and part number to ensure the correct product was being ordered. Then Melissa proceeded to send me all of that information so I can start inquire with the manufacturer regarding our warranty. Next day comes, the part is here and Steve arrives early to start an at least 3 hour job. Always sharing what he is doing, every step of the way. Helping us understand the problem, the fix and what he is doing to maintain the system. I have to say, I think the system is now working better than when we first purchased it. I cannot thank Melissa and Steve enough for everything they did for us. If I could give a 100 star rating, I would... as I said in the beginning... 5 stars is just not enough!

I hired them for a plumbing job that started off a disaster due to the first plumber sent to my location. Eric and Tony who were both professional and caring from the start had sent me Aaron who came on time and was professional from the start as well. Aaron fixed my issue quickly and left. Steve Coleman completed an evaluation on our AC and heating unit he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and would highly recommend him.

Heat went out on Sunday evening. Tech was there within an hour. He got it working again quickly, He then came back as promised the next day and replaced the required sensor. And all at a reasonable price with Club membership.

Andrew came out for consultation on new furnace and ac. Spent 2 hours with us answering questions etc. Very helpful and informative.

We are thankful to Climate Partners for their quick response to our AC being out on one of the hotter days this summer! In the end, we ended up replacing our AC and heating systems since they were over 15 years old . Climate Partners made this decision easy and were able to do the work within 2 days. We were given a rage of units to find one we could afford and never pressured. From the technician that came to the house the first day to those that came to install our new systems, everyone was friendly and professional. We would 10/10 recommend them to our friends and family.

I was able to get emergency service on the weekend when my heat died. The technician that arrived was able to fix it and was respect full and friendly the entire time.

I called Climate Partners because I had an issue with a furnace that I installed 3 months ago. It was a very overwhelming situation because the recommendation was that I install a new furnace. Team members were knowledgable and responsive, providing useful suggestions. Eric and Jon patiently walked me through what was needed, and made themselves available to answer my many questions. On the day of install, Kenny and Jose arrived on time, ensured that everything worked well, addressed and answered all questions, and left the area clean. This was a very stressful time for me, and every staff member I interacted with provided information that helped to reduce my stress and solve the problem. My new furnace works well and I finally have heat!

Aron is a nice and smart guy, he did great job on my basement pump system replacement, I believe he will be a great worker with many customer satisfactions by time! Will hire him again.

Professional and timely installation. High quality equipment. Installers showed up on time and did a good overall job with the install. Two minor comments, 1) salesperson said he be stopping by during the day of install which didnt and happen and 2) ceiling was accidently damaged by the installers during the install. Response was quick in getting someone (a different contractor) out to evaluate the damage and schedule a repair - disappointed that no one from Climate Controls followed up after the install to see if the damage had been repaired and see if I was satisfied with the work.

The technician Jonathan was very professional. He provided all of the information required and then some! Although this is not my first time using them, I would certainly recommend them to anyone and maintenance programs are competitively priced.

I needed to install a new faucet on a pedestal sink in the bathroom. Got several quotes from local plumbers. Quoted costs were all over the place except for Climate Partners. I have a service contract with them for my HVAC and because of the contract there’ll was no charge for a plumber to come out to give a quote. Aaron, their technician, came and inspected the the work to be done. The quote for the faucet installation on a pedestal sink was probably accurate due to the amount of work involved. I called Climate Partners and spoke with Melissa to schedule the appointment. Melissa was a pleasure to speak to and was very helpful.Their plumbing Aaron came to do the faucet installation. I was happy to see that Climate Partners was completely following CDC protocol for their technicians. Aaron is a person who is dedicated to his profession. His knowledge and skill level is exemplary in my opinion. His demeanor is friendly and professional which made me more than comfortable.Work was completed and the faucet installation was very satisfactory. He cleaned up his work in the bathroom and departed.Overall I am very satisfied with Climate Partners and the work that they performed. We wanted to express our gratitude and thanks to Climate Partners, Particularly Jose, one of their senior service technicians for helping us in our emergency. We discovered a slab leak in our basement over the Fourth of July weekend. We were in a panic and was not prepared for this. After an impromptu hurried Internet search, as our basement filled with water, we were blessed to pick Climate Partners and they were there to save the day! We were their first call and they had someone out to our home within the hour. We were definitely blessed to have Jose, one of their senior technicians, arrive to help us with this problem. He arrived early and was ready to start the project immediately which we were presently surprised to hear. Jose was here from 8:45 am til late in the evening working nonstop to find and repair this leak (which was located in a small crawl space further from the suspected source/spot) He did this by himself taking only one short break. This is a true hard worker!! He answered all questions we had without issue even if we interrupted him. He even joked with small talk to keep our nerves at ease! His repairs were top notch and we now have no more water In the basement!! He even returned the next day to make sure the concrete was layed correctly to fill in the hole needed to expose the leaky pipe. If we had the power we would give him a raise! We will definitely be reaching out to Climate Partners for future issues and asking for Jose to save the day! Thank you so much from our family to yours!

So far the actual hands-on work I have received from this company has been from the plumber Jose. He could not have been more professional. He was very friendly and kind and considerate, didn’t rush me through anything I had to say and took my concerns seriously . As a customer and multiple dwelling homeowner that means everything!Of course his workmanship was very well done as he took every precaution to make sure the work he did would not create other issues.A listening ear and a kind word coupled with a well mannered professional person will keep me coming back and referring out.If they were more stars to give I would give them out to Jose the plumber!The actual rough install was done by 3 very nice young men, sorry I only remember 2 names, Ben Bork and Juan . They worked their tails off in horrible heat 2 full days! And were most respectful to me and other contractors working on the site at the same time .Very conscientious young men, never complained and even my other contractors were impressed.They will be back to complete the job once the plumber and electrician do their parts and I couldn’t be more pleased !This is an update. While everything above and previously written is true, I would be very cautious dealing with this company. In particular the project manager. Demeaning and not at all cooperative and billing my credit card half at the start (even though it was over 2 months later to begin which was my choice but still...) and then billing my credit card the other half 2 months before completion !The vent installation on the roof was not attached at all, just floating and leaking! Good thing my plumber informed me! They did fix it but not for 2 days and after it rained again! There is so much more but this would be a book. The people in the office I called & complained to were very nice but condescending. They tell you exactly what you want to HEAR. I feel bad for them. I can only imagine the office conversation after they get off the phone with disgruntled customers.My advise is to not deal with this company since everything goes through their project manager who when I had legitimate questions & concerns told me “this is what we get when we deal with homeowners and not general contractors!”That was the straw that broke the camels back. So if you are not a general contractor and only a dumb “homeowner” then run away from this company.I did however receive 3 thank you cards from the owner and a $25 credit towards future work from them. No thank you very much.

This is not a company you want to deal with. They failed to show up for an appointment. Not only that they never called to even find out if I still was in need of their services. Needed an emergency service call as my air conditioner was not working. The woman who took my call was very pleasant and was able to get me an appointment later that day. The technician, Brendan, called prior to arriving and arrived within the scheduled time window. Brendan was both knowledgeable and professional. My overall experience was positive and would recommend.

Horrible frustrating experience1- Over price, needed to haggle2- Not timely3- Did not get contacted with updates4- Did not keep mask on the entire time. (Had to remind to keep mask on. This is during Covid 2020. )Came in for initial check and quote. Felt like auto dealer, the ASSociate had to step out to call the office to get pricing for each job several times. Felt like we were being forced to agree to a contract. We had to haggle down to which was the “lowest they company would go.“ It was still over priced but we wanted to get it done. In hindsight should have paid the $50 fee and went with a different company. Then they had to call back the office to check for times. Every step required the extra time to call the office which wasted an evening.On the day of the job which was schedule for 9A-12P window. There was a no show. Called the office and was told we were next and the plumber was held up at the first job and the first purchased valve kit was defective and was getting a new valve kit morning of. We were suppose to be notified that there would be a delay but was not contacted. Wasted a morning waiting. The next window was 12P-3P. At 2:45p still no phone call notifying plumber was on the way. Plumber walked to the door at 3:01PM.The jobs were to remove the old kitchen faucet, install the new faucet, and replace the hot water stop valve. He did not finished the physical work until 6:10. Then he took another 40 min to finish paperwork. He finally drove off at 7P. We were inconvenienced for 4hrs. Not easy with two kids under 5 and needing to disinfect everything after he left.Especially because he did not have his mask in the entire time! I needed to remind him to keep his mask on.

I called in the evening about an under-performing central AC unit and Caseys was super responsive and helpful! John, my tech, came out and had the issue diagnosed and resolved within an hour! John was very knowledgeable and friendly, too!Thanks guys!!

Fantastic customer service! I have been using Climate Partners for years and I have a contract with them. They are reliable and friendly! Recently I had a brand new furnace installed and there were some issues with getting it to run properly. The guys at Climate Partners (Victor, Alex, JP and Todd) were determined to get the bottom of what was going on and to make sure my home was comfortable and safe. They offered explanations along the way while they ran some tests to find the source of the problem. Eventually they determined it was my old venting system and they fixed the problem and left me with a warm and safe home and a smile on my face. Thanks guys! I highly recommend Climate Partners for all your heating and air conditioning needs (and they have a wide variety of other services for your home)!

Awesome experience with Climate Partners! I had several quotes from AC Contractors for the installation of Central Air. Brian from Climate Partners was very knowledgeable, honest, and seemed to be the one most interested in listening to my needs, as well as providing a fair and competitive price.I was a little apprehensive when I learned that Brian would not be doing the install. Plan were made for a walk through with the installation foreman a few days later. Joe, the foreman of the project seemed to be equally invested in taking the time to make the customer happy even if it meant more work for him. Joe and his crew arrived promptly on time a few days later and I cannot speak more highly of them. They worked diligently, neatly and efficiently. Their work was amazing! All duct work in the closets were nearly tucked away in the corners using as little closet space as possible, salvaging the closet organizers, with likewise results in the attic. Joe and his crew were amazing! After the installation and the testing, Joe patiently explained all of the equipment and operations as well as giving useful advice. I highly recommend Climate Partners for a new A/C .install.

I contacted Climate Partners on 6/20/2020 to make an appointment for my 84-year old mother- in-law in Milford. Her air conditioning wasnt working, and we needed someone to check it ASAP for her. Climate Partners answering service based in Texas(?) took my call and promised to have some check the problem on Monday 6/22/2020. On Monday 6/22, my wife called to verify the appointment I had made. She was told by Climate that no record of an appointment was found. My wife then made a new appointment for Wednesday 6/24/2020 between 3p-7p. When I called Climate on Wednesday 6/24 to confirm the new appointment, I was told once again that no record of any appointments existed for my mother-in-laws address. I find it hard to believe that a business such as this could be so incompetent! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! Youll be left literally steaming!

Zero stars Dont use them. Put in a new system Tuesday 4/21/20 and it stopped working 4/23/20. Sends someone out tonight at 7pm. Cant fix it because they need a part that they cant get until Monday. They didnt bring any space heaters for me. No heat or hot water for the weekend. Youve been warned!!Update: Someone brought 5 space heaters at 10pm. Upgrade to 1 star. Tech who came at 7 said there were no heaters available.

From the very first visit from Brian things went so smoothly. Brian even arranged for the furnace to be installed immediately before the cold weather. I literally emailed him in the morning and that night he worked late with me to get the contracts signed for a next day install. Our installation techs, Joe and Drew, called ahead this morning and let us know they were running ahead of schedule. So our install was able to be done 2 hours ahead of schedule! They were courteous and professional and left everything neat and clean. Best of all well have heat before the cold snap tonight!

I am a new home owner and have never had to worry about serving my furnace or hot water heat before, so I am not very well versed in it. Anthony showed up on time and was very helpful with answering all of my questions. He was very thorough with his inspection. Very please with this company and look forward to using them on a regular basis in the future.

Joe and Adam installed a Mitsubishi ductless system. They arrived on time. They worked diligently and professionally. They made a special effort to protect carpeted areas of our house. They were courteous and friendly. They clearly and patiently answered our questions. Climate Partners was well represented by them. We are very impressed with Climate Partners and will recommend them to our friends.

We need an electrician and we are paying a membership for one but theirs hasnt been available for months so we had to hire one elsewhere.

Tony came by to service our A/C unit which wasn’t working correctly. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He identified the problem and fixed it quickly. Price was very competitive too.Also appreciated the constant reminders/updates sent via all main forms of communication (phone/text/email). Some might think it’s overkill but I can be forgetful so it was very helpful for me.Overall, I highly recommended Climate Partners. They’re the complete package.

We just bought a new house and we’re told we needed our ducts cleaned. I called Climate Partners for an appointment and was given an estimate of $575. On the day of the appointment, the tech checked all the ducts and said all but one was very clean. He cleaned the one dirty duct and the total cost was approximately $160. I was very happy that he was an honest tech and kept the cost down. I will definitely use them again.

Aaron came yesterday on time to a complete plumbing inspection and was very thorough. I needed another bottle of drain treatment and he had just sold his last bottle earlier in the day. He promised and delivered the product not ten minutes ago. Very pleased!

The work done was deserving of 4-5 stars. However, they advertise that they are PPE compliant and even though we explicitly requested they wear masks they did not. Other than that I would recommend them.

I was pleasantly surprised when I spoke with a lovely and articulate person on the phone. I explained my frustration with recent requests for service with other companies and was assured of their commitment to make me smile. She thoroughly looked through her list of technicians to assign the right person for our service call. I was scheduled for 11/2 between 9am and noon and was asked for my email address to confirm the appt.I never got an email confirmation. My husband did receive a call the day before noting that they would arrive after 3.At 5pm I called to inquire about the status of my pending appointment. I was told that I was on her list to call. The technician got behind with emergencies and was currently 20 miles away and had 2 more appointments before he would get to me.If all of these emergencies happened throughout the course of the day, why was it that I never heard from them until I called at 5pm on a Saturday.Thoroughly disappointed and still desperately searching for someone in this line of business who actually shows up when they say they will.

Viktor was great! Got here within 2 hours of my original call, on a Saturday, which also happened to be the hottest day of the year, thus far. He even honored the coupon I found on their website, and was very clean and efficient. Best of all, in my opinion, the company texts you a picture of the person coming to your house, so you know exactly who to expect. I will definitely be using Climate Partners in the future.

I had my system installed this summer. They have been been pretty easy to deal with. I have had a couple of issues but they have mostly been resolved.There is still one outstanding issue. So I would give them 5 stars but my input vent is still rattling and they haven’t come back out to fix it.Bob my sales guy was great as have been most of the field specialists.

Julio, Carl and the electrician did a great job installing our central air conditioner into our home. They were informative through the installation process. When a few issues came up they were able to correct them in a good timely manner. I appreciate there hard work . And, a great job well done.
