Highly displeased with over charging, and underdelivering of services... quite literally. Somehow my $600+ Vitamix, which was on the way to be fixed at Vitamix headquarters was never picked up despite having THREE WITNESSES watch as the package was picked up and loaded onto the truck.. now they wont allow for a claim to be made at this point. VERY disappointed with this decision as this probably means small claims in the near future, and a massive waste of time for ALL parties involved!

I had the address wrong to ship something to me. Thankfully, Sean recognized the name, drove all around, and found me. And I really needed that package. Thanks for the great service, Sean!

I dropped off two packages without any problem.

Very helpful staff but be aware this is not a UPS store. It is a UPS center and doesnt offer the same services as UPS stores.

Great service, and this crew works very hard to get all the packages out on time.

The UPS driver who delivers packages on Carterville Road NE of Forsyth, MT is driving way too fast on this gravel road! If he/she breaks or chips my windshield, UPS is replacing it!

Very convenient except the hours are very short only 4:30 to 6 p.m.

Forgot to load the package into the truck and let it sit on in warehouse all day, seems like an honest mistake but this is the third time it has happened.

Ups gets paid to deliver to house not mailboxes.
