Charles Turney was great! He came out and replaced my windshield. On top of that he helped me with some alignment issues with my car body. He also came out and installed a new drivers side review mirror at last minute before I had to make a quick drive across country!

They took care of us when the big names couldn’t. I had them do two of our windshields. Great customer service and great job. I wouldn’t ask anyone else to repair a windshield for me, they are top notch!

We have used OKC Auto Glass at least 6 times to replace windshields and back windows in several of our commercial vans and trucks. Its the same great service every time. My wife needed a windshield replaced for the second time so I decided to start calling to get estimates on a mobile repair shop that would come to my work and take care of it. After I called 4 of the Major players with estimates of $250 or more I decided to keep looking. I finally arrived at a family owned company located in Midwest City. I spoke with Charles and he gave me a great price fully expecting to have to bring my car to him for that price. He said I will come to you for that price. I was very surprised. I set it up immediately. He called the night before to verify everything was good before coming the next day. He was very professional and did everything he said he would. He arrived this morning with his wife helping him because someone had called in sick. I love family owned businesses. I asked for some of his cards and have already handed one out to a friend. We had our car broken into at a supposed “gated community complex” and they shattered our glass. Good thing I called Okc auto glass! They showed up replaced it same day! They even waited a few minutes before sending their tech to make sure I would get same day replacement! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Replaced my window no problem, a side weather strip broke half way. Called and recommended I have auto glass solutions glue it down in Midwest city. It was there he told me it had previously been glued down. Installed broken clips and wouldn’t replace it. Auto glass solutions glued it down for free.

OKC Auto Glass is the BEST!Being a poor college student, I wasnt too pleased when a piece of gravel cracked my windshield. I called three other places with prices ranging from $375-$459. When I called OKC AG, I was priced $239 for a whole new windshield! Despite inclement weather, they came to me. They were even willing to drive to my work to ensure the job was done in a timely manner. They finished in under 45 minutes with perfect results! They did a great job replacing the back sliding glass window on my sons 03 Ranger. I had called several places in town and nobody had a new back glass for my sons truck in stock. All of them said they would check to see if they could find a replacement for me. OKC Auto glass was the only one that called me back! The price was good, as I had google searched and found one for $200 just to purchase the glass and then it would still need to be installed. They found the glass for me and came to my work to install if for me for $229. Great deal in my opinion! And the two guys that came out to do the work were very friendly, Highly recommend this company to do business with!

I have replaced 3 windshields in the past and this was BY FAR the easiest and best experience. I filled out an estimate form late on a Thursday night, set up an appointment on Friday morning, and on Friday afternoon, Charles showed up AT MY HOUSE and installed the glass in less than an hour - for half the price of other glass places I called for an estimate. Its great to do business with a company that goes beyond expectations. Maybe my explanations were low but after a piece of wood from someones trailer hit my wifes windshield and ruined it I knew I would be vacuuming up glass and having to remount stuff to the windshield.All I had to do was unlock the car for them. They did everything! I mean everything. Cleaned and vacuumed up the glass, remounted the mirror and the pikepass.They were both friendly and informative. I highly recommend these folks and will gladly do business in the future.

I had the windshield replaced in my 2003 Silverado SS which I would definitely call my baby. The truck is immaculate for its age and I take really good care of her. The gentleman at OKC Auto Glass were extremely proffesional and did a dynamite job on my windshield. I am extremely leery of anyone who works on my truck, they did a fantastic clean job. No excess silicone oozing out anywhere, and the truck remained clean. The guys who came to my home were polite and professional. I was also impressed by the receptionist working in the office, she was very polite and answered all my questions. They took extra care of everything. If I ever need another windshield I will definitely be using these people again.

I am an electrical contractor who needed the windshield of one of my Frieghtliner Sprinter work trucks replaced asap. OKC Auto Glass was the lowest price that was quoted to me for a full front window replacement on my vehicle. I sent many emails, with questions and concerns, which were returned promptly and with answers that I could understand. To make it even better, they were able to come to my house, which is not in the city, but out in the outskirts of the outskirts (LOL). This really made it so much easier on me, because I didnt have to worry about making special plans to go somewhere to get my window fixed! The day of the repair, the technicians called my house to let me know they were on their way, verified where I was located, and gave me an estimated time of arrival, which was pretty much dead right! When they arrived, they let me know they were there, and went straight to work. About 30 minutes later they came back to the door, asked me to come look at the window and then gave me specific instructions, that were easy to understand, on what to do with my new window. Payment was easy to make, and they did not leave a mess at all for me to pick up. My window looks great, the review mirror is back in place, and Im ready for the hail weather to begin (LOL). The whole experience was awesome, and Im definitely keeping their number handy for that wonderful hail weather we all know will be coming this spring!

My rear window glass was smashed in the middle of the night on a Friday. Saturday morning I was desperately calling around to local glass repair shops but I couldnt find any reputable place that would quote me under $300. Out of those places several couldnt fit me in until Monday and others couldnt fit me in until Thursday at the earliest. On a whim, I put in a google search and found this place. I was quoted a great price over the phone and was told that the repair guy would come to me on Monday. I REALLY needed my window fixed right away so I asked if there was any way possible it could happen on the same day. Tamara (?) told me that she would check and see if Charles (?) could fit anyone else in. I was delighted when Charles added me to his already packed schedule of 10 auto glass repairs. I received a call about 30 minutes before he arrived and my glass was fixed within 30 minutes to an hour of him arriving. He even vaccummed and swept a lot of the glass that was in my car and around it on the ground. If I ever need any glass repair services again, this will be the only place I go to and I will recommend it to all of my friends and family.

While traveling through Oklahoma City, a large chunck of ice flew off the top of a SUV and destroyed my windshield. I had 2 windshields replaced this week and both were replaced quickly and were done with excellent quality and care. I was very happy with their work and will use them again.

I replaced two windshields in the last six months. The first through a nation-wide chain because my insurance company recommended them. The second through OKC Auto Glass. The experience was 180-degrees difference. The national chains website wouldnt allow me to do a mobile repair - I had to go to their shop. Where I waited for three hours, missed a chunk of my workday, paid a lot of money to do so, and then had to clean up the dashboard from the mess they left.OKC Auto Glass charged me less, came to my office, let me know when he was on the way, was done in 45 minutes, and didnt leave a mess for me to clean up. I will **always** call OKC Auto Glass for glass replacement going forward.
