I love getting my Corgi groomed by Michelle. My baby loves seeing the grooming staff and is very well cared for. I love how great they take care of her ❤. Plus the cashiers are always nice and helpful.

Bunny enjoyed part of her time there. She loves the new type of hay we purchased. The new treat was a big hit too. Will be back. Hopefully they will have the Timothy hay biscuits back in stock

I love the PetSmart in mwc! Decent prices and every time we bring our dog up there everyone is so nice. Even though shes on the bigger side, make us worry about taking her some places but not here!

Our kitty ran under the car as we were pulling out of the driveway. We brought him here and they immediately took him to x-ray and gently told me it wasnt good news.The staff were all very caring and compassionate towards us as I bawled my eyes out. Its so hard to lose a fur baby, especially so tragically.They put him to sleep right away so he didnt suffer. Unfortunately, money often times comes in to play when deciding end of life.Their prices were very reasonable and I was truly impressed by all of the staff, from the Dr. to the receptionist.I will be taking all of my fur babies here from now on.

Love...love the variety and choices for all pets. Especially love that I can get a prescription food here instead of having to go to my vets office! On the other hand, I think their prices for specialty cat and dog foods are a bit expensive but I like they offer discounts from time to time unlike other bigger chains.

From the first phone call to walking out of the store our experience was phenomenal! Everyone is so friendly & helpful. Dr. Heck was incredible. Very friendly, patient, & explained everything. She didnt rush us at all. Alex was great to. She informed us about the wellness plans they offer & got us signed up. It would have been $250 but we saved $170! She went over each plan, what it covers, & so on. Our appointment was at 5:00 & we were fully examined, vaccinated,met with Dr.Heck, scheduled for next visit & out the door by 6! We go back this week for her to be groomed as their groomers are excellent! The store is super clean, & things are easy to locate. Id recommend PetSmart in Midwest City to anyone definitely. A bit on the pricey side. If youre looking for something specific, shop around online and youll likely find a better deal. However, one stop shop with plenty of options whether it be for my aquarium, my cat or my dog! Anything and everything in one location is hard to beat!

Thursday before labor day weekend, i have a groomer appt at 4pm. Petsmart calls and cancels my appointment because our grommer decided to spend time with family and not come to work today. They have no one else to groom my dog today and told me i should call around to find someone else. This was the midwest city, oklahoma store. I won’t use their services again. I feel like petsmart should have tried to get another groomer to fill in or offered to call other petsmart stores to get me an appointment. The tech on the phone was not real friendly and a call to the store manager “got disconnected” i was hung up on.

Disappointed that they dont pay closer attention to their customers. With all the information they take you would at least think that they would you know or notice when you bought items in the building three times in the same day.

Its a good store lots of options but a little pricey

We had an appointment with the groomers, but it got canceled because their staff didn’t show up. We had to reschedule because of this and set up our appointment for 8AM because we had other plans at 3PM. By the time 1:30PM rolled around (5 1/2hrs later) we still hadn’t heard from them so we called and were told that they were busy and hadn’t had the chance to cut our dogs hair. Why have us bring our dog in at 8 in the morning if you aren’t going to do anything with him until after 2 in the afternoon. Frustrated doesn’t even begin to explain it.

Have been coming here for a few years now. Must be good if I keep coming back.

I love PetSmart. I can go in and take my dogs and get them fitted in harnesses and get their nail grinded without buying a harness at another store and keep taking it back if it doesnt fit. They have everything I need for my dogs.

I was reading about all the millions of dollars donated to Pet Smart to help control the pet population so my husband called to get a price on neutering our dog, 400-500 dollars he was quoted over the phone. I brought our dog to Moore SpayXperts for 85 dollars. Thank you SpayXperts for helping to control the pet population!

Took my corgi to the groomers today, and he had gotten the worst hair cut hes ever had. Not worth 70 bucks when I have to redo it myself, I will not be coming back for the groomers

I have an 79lb American pit bull terrier (Hulk). I know alot of places are hesitant about taking them. Made an appointment took him in for his nails, he ended up staying for a bath too. They took great care of him and came back looking great.

People treat dogs better than they do humans. Especially here.

Just as I expect a PetSmart to be. Friendly to both humans and their companions. Well stocked, with plenty of options and employees that are more than happy to aid in a quest for the most applicable chew toy or harness.

Customer service was pretty good and the store looked nice and clean. A lot of items were out of stock but that was kind of expected right now. The items that they did have in stock that I needed ended up being cheaper on Amazon and Chewy. I really wish PetSmart would price match competitors. If they did I would use them a lot more than I do now.I do like the Treats Trail game they have on the petsmart app though. If you pass the levels you get coupons. For example, I just earned 3 and they were 15%, 20% and 25% off an item.I was able to get a Jolly Ball and my Saint Bernard loves it!

Well buying dog food is a drag for anyone who has a dog with food allergy and other issues. Went into Petsmart and recieved great customer service in order to find special food for the dog...have a good time checking out the cats and birds while shopping at this location as well.

I went in looking for ear wipes for my dog who has an ear infection. I was helped my a man working on stocking beds at the time. I do not remember his name but he was extremely helpful and informative. Pet Smart did not have the wipes I was looking for so he looked at the ingredients and helped me find drops that were very similar. He even suggested coconut oil along with the drops from Pet Smart to help with the irritation. I cannot thank him enough for his time and assistance! Every time I have been into this Pet Smart it has been a great experience!

We just moved to the city a month ago. We made an appointment for my dog to get groomed The first time we brought him they told us they were unable to do his nails. Not a big deal we understand that he doesn’t like his feet touched. We get to the register and they still charged us for it. After talking to a manager I got it taken off. The next time we brought him in just to get his nails done. We let them know ahead of time that it would take two people because our dog does not like his feet touch. The groomer didn’t listen and started doing his nails. He kept crying and biting at her hands while she SCREAMED “no teeth” at my dog, which only further escalated the situation. Finally another groomer came to help here. The entire time they made a big deal about how “bad” my dog was.. mind you for months we’ve been taking him to PetSmart in our home town without issue. We won’t be back.

While I love petsmart their grooming service is the worst. I have taken two different dogs and had a horrible experience with each. My first dog was a small guy I told them dont touch his beard, they cut it off completely! I asked if they would text me when he was done she informed me that they would both text and call, they didnt do either. I was getting so worried about him it had been 3 hours I was trying to be calm in case they were busy or short staffed trying to not be crazy, finally I called and they were like yeah hes done I go to get him they didnt even know which dog he was, they had finished and just never let me know then they said they sent his receipt to the front but no they didnt. Yesterday I took my moms dog hes a lab terrier mix, hes big but super sweet and very well behaved. His appointment was at 4:30 with jaiden. At 6:00 she calls to say just went to get him ready for his bath and he had been throwing up and was really stressed so it would be best to wait and do it another day. He was there an hour and a half before she even checked on him! He wasnt given any water and had gotten sick due to overheating. He was only there for a bath there was no reason for him to have sat there for so long. He walked out and was fine. Got him home and he drank a good gallon of water and laid in front of a fan. Im still very angry about this.you cant keep a dog in a hot room with no water! Why make an appointment time if the groomer is going to do it just whenever!?! Also ever dog that left regardless of breed had the exact same haircut, I dont feel thats because their owners wanted it like that. They gave the very same cut to my little guy when it was not what I had asked for. Point is they are terrible I will never trust them with a pet ever again!

I always purchase my dog food here and the last 3 purchases have been horrible. Just so happen this last time (Sunday) I just so happen to get the same cashier. There was only one bag on the shelf again this time. The previous time the same thing and there was no one on the floor to help me so when I arrived at the register I asked the cashier and she said no there were no other bags until the next truck arrived. So I asked her if she would mind having someone check in the back and she acted as if she was bothered by me asking to check mind you I dont live close to the store. Low and behold someone checked in the back and guess what there were several bags that the gentleman brought out. Thus time on my next visit same thing but thus time she told me no there were no other bags while not making eye contact so I decided to find someone else to help me. The young lady that helped me had a great attitude went in the back and checked, guess what low and behold she brought a bag from the back with a smile. Just so happened when I get to the register hoping not to get the same person again dang its her again. I politely let her know that the young lady looked in the back and found me another bag no thanks to her!

The associates at every store I have been to have been very knowledgeable and willing to help. We bought a fancy leopard gecko and Shelby was was great. She helped us in selecting the proper items for our terrarium. She also gave us valuable advice and great tips to have the most enjoyable experience!

I was shopping for dog toys and a collar for our new puppy. There was a big selection and not too high on those prices.

Took my puppy there for grooming ...the girl that checked me in was rude and said I didnt have an appointment...which I did then they werego na groom. Her but ended up not doing it cause she didnt have a rabies shot which she was too young for...the rude freckle faced girl said the vet was lying ...what a clueless girl

Everytime I come here .and they keep Lecturing me what need to be done to my fishes or tank.and my fishes are still living.its like little girl just give me what I ask for so I can get out of here.

Very easy to make a grooming appt. and pay online before you pick up. The groomers there are great with our 6 month old Pittie. They have plenty of Kong products in stock, which are perfect for strong, burly dogs like ours. Its a convenient place to groom and shop and weve never been unhappy with the service.

Wish the staff was more knowledgeable about product carried. It took me asking 4 different associates to find what I was looking for. But all the employees were nice and store was clean.

I was disappointed in their inventory, my dog is on a special diet aid i get it from Pet Smart.Monday i when in to get some they only had one bag left and it was a small one, the clerk informed me theirs truck came on Friday and to come after Friday. I had a 10.00$ coupons and had to use its. SO SAD

They have a pretty wide selection of products, which is good. However, the best part of going to this PetSmart it Kira. She provides great advice for new and experienced animal lovers, plus shes an awesome trainer.The downside of the place is that often the prices are a bit excessive and you could just order on Amazon for cheaper.

Long lines, long waits, always asks to donate to some charity, and not even a thank you when you do. But I prefer the authority all life stages dog food for my dogs. So I deal.

Always a pleasure shopping here. Its just a happy place with the animals and everyones always smiling. I will keep a star n half though, thanks to a guy that helped me. I just needed to know what cat food was needed for my cats angry tummy. He was kinda passive aggressively letting me know I was stopping him from whatever he was doing, which ofc made me feel like a burden. I only even asked for help cuz I turned around and saw a button to get help, so I assumed it was common and would be okay. Clearly he didnt agree. He wasnt rude, but he was definitely not happy. As far as his help- he asked what brand Id been feeding, and pointed me there.... Like how does that help me? It was clear he wasnt listening or interested in helping, so I just thanked him and left. And then my hubby took back a bag of $70 cat food that we had opened and fed our two cats, one serving each, and they puked all day. So we thought maybe we could return or exchange, in case there was an issue w it. Its the same food we hv been using, but this one made them sick. Its not that they told us no, we wouldnt take points for that. It was clear SHE didnt care and wasnt listening. She had been talking in a corner when we walked in, and she just was involved in that, not us. She actually didnt tell us no, but she made us feel so stupid for discussing it that we just put it back in the car and left. The store is great, but some of the employees? Phewee! They need to be in factories w no customer interaction!
