Positive: This surpassed our expectations. Although there were COVID restrictions, we were still able to get what we needed. The staff was very friendly, rooms super clean and it was close to restaurants. We will definitely stay here again! Negative: nothing!

This particular Sheraton was under quite a bit of construction so the lobby was messy. The elevators were dented inside, covered with handprints, and dirty floors.Our guest room was a double queen and I will say the room was quite spacious and the large desk along the window doubled as a dining space/coffee bar/ work area which was nice. Im not sure how old the building is but there were lots of cracks in the walls, paint chipping off in one area and peeling in another. The bathroom had a few flaws like double glassed lightly frosted doors that allowed you to see when someone was sitting or getting off the toilet. The shower curtains did not cover properly so water puddles horribly on the floor. The carpet in the room was actually kind of dirty, especially along the walls. Would not walk barefoot in there.But saving grace, the front desk attendants were kind.2/5 customer service1/5 cleanliness2/5 recommend (for the time being)Overall, Probably will find another location to stay when a hotel is necessary in the area.

Had a really great stay here considering the location. In fact, there weren’t any stragglers or homeless hanging around. That gained 2 stars for me and my traveling family. Rates were very acceptable and they’re super pet friendly. All the hotel staff we came into contact with was very polite, nice, helpful, and always smiling. The 2 house keepers I met were always starting busy and staying on top of their duties. Breakfast is a quick grab bag in the morning which is great for young adults but for the children, it left em still hungry. Over all I have a 5 star because out of our 8mos of hotel staying, from different city’s to different states, this one has exceeded my expectations. Thank y’all for a great 3 day stay.

Horrible. First off, they are renovating which was not noted anywhere. Then the king bed is an old spring mattress. It was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. Sheraton is our go to hotel but this property is not up to any type of Sheraton standards. When we walked in the sheets were messed up, the towels had just been thrown up on the shelves, there were no trash bags in any trash cans. Furniture is extremely out dated. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this hotel AT ALL.

When we got there, the internet was down and we couldnt even check in for 30 minutes. Then all the elevators were out of service and we were not instructed where the stairs were so we were sent on a wild goose chase to find them. The rooms felt unclean, which was then proven with spots of something icky on the pillow cases. The bathroom doesnt have a vent so expect the room to fill with bathroom smells. Then the hot water didnt work until the shower was left running for 10 minutes and it was more like luke warm. And our bathroom sink is clogged..We will never be staying there again lol

Nice size room, shower has nice high pressure water, lighting is great in the room, very good price. Very friendly front desk lady. The only thing prevented me to give a five star is that the hotel lobby is in heavy construction which almost made me think i got to the wrong place.

Place is a joke. Supposedly under renovation. 20 cars in the parking lot. If you have that big of a hotel and can only keep so little guests. You shouldn’t even be open. As a platinum member I am extremely disappointed with this group, owner, and hotel. Would never recommend this place, and to boot; the staff was unfriendly and little help. They definitely looked lost. Poor training and poor customer service. DO NOT COME...they’ll rudely turn you away.Definitely going change my hotel membership after this experience.

The absolute worse hotel ive ever stayed. They are going through drastic renovation leaving the hotel dirty and amenities non existence. I was on the 2nd floor with the hallways full of dirty and food on the floors. The decor was from 1930 or whenever the hotel was originally built. The vibe is very much the Shining. The rooms inside was sticking old decor not vacuum dust everywhere. The bed is hard towels and sheets are as old as the hotel just gross and i felt crawling smh. I will never support this hotel even after renovation. Very disappointed

Positive: Location! Price! Friendliness of staff. After reading the reviews I was concerned about my choice but was relieved that my room was very acceptable. Negative: The construction going on was inconvenient. Since the restaurant is closed they should at least offer vending machines. One elevator was out of service. Washer and dryer were out of service.

Its under construction but was still nice. A bit of a pain to attempt the hot tub or pool due to it being loaded with kiddos but the rooms were nice and staff was great. Very centrally located. Thank you for a great price

We had a very nice room for an amazingly low price. The beds are so comfortable. Covered parking, friendly staff, shopping nearby.

Negative: They were doing construction throughout the hotel. Breakfast consisted of a bag with a bottle of water and a yogurt with a piece of fruit. They did not send anyone up to clean or make beds or even give you fresh towels if you stayed multiple nights.

Positive: The room was very nice and it was at a good location. Negative: The Hotel was under construction, just the lobby area. Because of the type of trip this was I would have stayed at a different hotel had I known it was under construction.

Positive: It was close to the Air Force Base. Negative: I was expecting a breakfast but received a breakfast to go with yogurt,orange, and granola bar. A sign of the times with covid.

The room was definitely not clean. The desk had sticky icing type gunk on it that we had to scrub off. The shower had others hair in it. The bed comforters were stained and the pillows were exposed and full of yellow and brown stains all over them. Everything in our 5th floor room had a layer of dust on it. The pool area, although renovated, was crowded with 20+ people in it. The front desk people were friendly but this place was definitely not a 3 star hotel quality. Would definitely not stay here or recommend anyone to this location.

I’m extremely disappointed in our stay at the Sheraton in Midwest City. We chose this hotel as I was concerned about cleanliness, especially with Covid so prevalent in Oklahoma. We checked in and Stephanie greeted us very nicely. She had a mask on as we did. That was the single employee we saw that had their mask on the entire time. Others put their mask one when they saw us. The first room we stayed in had a dirty towel bunched up in the corner by the shower curtain. I noticed that and the fact that there was less than a half a roll of toilet paper and no spare roll. We called Stephanie and she apologized and set us up with a new room. When we were swapping keys, the housekeeping manager went up to our room and he didn’t see the towel so I showed her the photo and it is clearly in the far corner behind the curtain. Next room was smaller but no worries— it was one night. We left for dinner and came back. My husband noticed that when he went to get my water from the mini fridge there were two food containers on there. GROSS!! Definitely not our food! At this point I was in my pajamas and not moving rooms. I called Stephanie again and explained the situation. She apologized profusely and wrote a note to GM and housekeeping supervisor about this. I told her that I chose this place as I thought a Sheraton would be cleaner and safer. Now it’s the next morning and I run into the housekeeping manager. He, too, apologies and says it will be addressed. He mentioned skeleton crews but acknowledged this is not acceptable.

There’s a huge renovation going on. I hope they are re-doing the rooms because the paint is coming off the wall. The floor needed to be vacuumed. The phone in the room didn’t work. The pillows were like laying on a sheet. The pillowcase came off one of our pillows and the pillow itself was stained a deep, dark yellow. The wall was stained in a way that could only be described as looking as if someone had relieved themselves on it recently. The tub was gross looking and someones hair was in it. Most of the furniture in the room is just old and beat up.The only positive thing I have to say about this place is they allow dogs with no dog fee. Not worth it. I like Marriot and Sheratons generally, but not this location.

Don’t know how a place can charge full price when it’s under construction. Didnt have all the amenities that cheaper hotels have. Room was dirty. Sheets had stains had to be changed before we could even stay. Refrigerator wasn’t even cleaned out for the last person. We had no choice to stay here because of a baseball tourney. First hotel that has also taken a $100 deposit. My Wouldn’t stay here again. Either shut down and update r stay the way it is and charge less. I expected way for what the price was. No lobby no breakfast but full price. Heck the hotel worker have a made ship desk in the lobby. My wife took pictures of the ice machine area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Will be contacting corporate to file a complaint

Very dissatisfied. Reserved a room with a king size bed for our honeymoon. When we check we get to the room and it’s 2 full size beds. I called down to the front to ask why he didn’t put us in a king size bed and he responded they are sold out and that’s all they had? What is the purpose of making a reservation if you don’t get the room you want? Very dissatisfied!

Rooms was gross. When went to front desk about the sheets having someone elses bodily fluids on ours, was handed sheets to put on ourselves. Then they switched us rooms and it was just as gross. Couldnt enjoy the pool area cause kids where running around without adults. I would not recommend this place.

Negative: The bathroom design was terrible! Extremely inconvenient and hard to use facilities.

They didnt tell me they were doing construction all during daylight hours when I planned my 5 day work trip where I work overnights. Its not just a little loud, its rumbling the walls to the top stories of the building. NO SLEEP AT ALL. Literally the only reason I got the room was to sleep

Negative: Again, lapd and others from LA continue stalking me. They gained access to my room by damaging door frame, then vandalized my room. I got kicked off the property as more of them. Continue arriving. I also am charged for the damages of these people. Help!

Some of the friendliest customer service I have ever experienced. The ice storm caused a major headache w the lack of electricity. This hotel kept the stress level a little lower. The willingness to accommodate my family to have adjoining rooms was amazing. I appreciate all of your hard work. Thank You!

Positive: The room was filthy. It didn¿t look like the floor had been vacuumed, the bathroom soap packaging had gotten wet and was stuck to the soap, and when I got in the shower in the morning, there was a dirt-covered wash rag on the shower rod. Negative: The room was dirty.

The Sheraton is pet friendly and the staff were very friendly and gave excellent service I was there for a month working and couldnt have asked for a better experience

Positive: Nothing horrible experience ended up checking out two days early. Negative: First room I was given had not been cleaned, old cup of coffee still sitting in the coffee pot. Bed had not even been made from previous stay. Second room was cleaner. Carpet is old with pet hair embedded into it. Water in shower would not shut off.

Sheraton Midwest City Hotel was still undergoing a remodel when we stayed on 2-2-2021. The $55- a night price we paid was more than fair. Room 301 was clean and the king size bed was comfortable. The pool, hot tub and fitness center have already been remodeled and were really nice. The in room coffee maker has Starbucks Pikes place coffee, both regular and decafe. The staff was professional and welcoming (thanks Stefanie for bringing us clean pool towels ).The Covid breakfast is a brown bag with an apple, bottled water, a granola bar and peach or black cherry yogurt. The hotel has hand sanitizers at the elevators and in the pool and fitness area and a small packet of hand wipes in the room. Nice experience, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when passing though the area.

So I went online to book a hotel and this one had four and a half stars and it was cheapish so I went ahead and booked it when we got here the hotels under construction theres no restaurant so you cant get breakfast or any kind of food no vending machines they charge $5 for a bottle of water in your bedroom the room we stayed in the toilet ran all night the tub ran all night and drained all night the floor was wet where the air conditioning unit is its just its its not $100 a night hotel Ill tell you that much

Rooms were very dated and not clean. First room there was very dusty and shower head was broken causing water to go everywhere. They switched me rooms as I requested but that too was dirty, toilet seat was filthy luckily I had disinfectant wipes. The next day I requested a thorough cleaning and all they did was fix the bed and throw out the trash...restroom was still nasty. The guy at the front desk at night was not friendly or welcoming at all, it bothered him I even complained. I did love the young man who checked us in though VERY friendly!

Sheraton Midwest City Hotel at the Reed Conference Center is where I stay everytime I visit my grandchildren. It is within a few miles of where they live. Both of them love to come and stay with us and swim while we are there. The staff is always so welcoming to us and our grandchildren. They make our stay there that much more enjoyable. All of the staff is attentive and quick to respond to any requests we make. This is a place I recommend to anyone I know will be in the area. The only thing that falls short is the apparent lack of suites. My wife and I would rather stay in a suite for the roominess. But we arent willing to stay at any other facilities in that area that provide suites because we always have a consistently good experience here.

Not worth the money. Outdated rooms for sure. Had mildew in the bathroom, there is no ventilation. We had to open the door to the room. Also, you cannot open the window even just a little bit. Fire hazard??!!!? I received really bad allergies maybe from the mold not sure. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. They said false alarm however woke up a little later and the whole floor smelled of marijuana. Beds are small and hard. Do not stay here.

Staying at the Sheraton is always such a pleasure, because I always get a great nights sleep. Their beds are so comfortable, and thats saying a lot, because I sleep on a water bed at home, so most hotel beds are really hard to me. But their beds are GREAT! The rooms are comfortable and there are plenty of amenities. The staff is also quite accommodating and friendly.

VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!!We just went to an awesome event in the Reed Center here and there were over 1000 people and the general manager wouldnt turn the air conditioner on! Many vendors left and the customers stayed maybe 10 minutes max. Dont do a conference here.

My niece had her wedding here a few weeks ago.Her wedding was beautiful but the service from here was horrible.We had placed a reservation months prior to the date. They had about 4 people actually working for OUR event. The head manager of the hotel and Reed Center (I assume), the manger other manager, ONE server, and the cook.ALOT of our guest were complaining to us about the service and how dirty the pond is. As much as I would like to list the complaints, Im just simply here to say reconsider hosting your event here if you are thinking to.For the price that my mother rented this with the Sheraton Reed Center is a joke! Ridiculous.Take your buisness somewhere with better structure.

Hotel needs a little updating, noticed they have made plans to update (photos of changes posted in lobby), Front Desk personnel were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hotel provided an excellent bagged breakfast for conference attendees. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All around a good stay.

DEEElightful stay! They are pet friendly with NO pet rate just an easy, standard waiver to fill out. They were super friendly upon check in and great location off the highway. Rooms are roomy and clean. Definitely staying here again!

Loved this hotel. The lobby was well thought out with comfortable chairs. The bar was well stocked. The breakfast had several options. The room had no issues and the bathroom was very clean. If I could call it an issue, the bathroom door and the toilet were siper close. Me being a big guy I had some difficult when going to the restroom of being comfortable. But, for my 30 seconds of discomfort I will not hold it against them.If you are in the area or are going to the Reed Conference Center, I highly recommend you stay here.
