My husband and I took blue topaz stones in to the jewelry store to be placed in settings. The staff was very helpful in choosing the right setting for me. We were extremely impressed by the knowledgeable staff. The finished products were gorgeous and we are very pleased. We will definitely go back for any of our jewelry needs.

All of the employees were very kind and welcoming, especially Cindy, who assisted me. I also appreciated the teacher discount they gave me.

The people are nice, but a few things need attention.1) an estimate request is not an authorization. Called in to find out the work had already been done. Not that I wouldnt have had it done, but thats not the point.2) the watch should have been recalibrated with the correct time and date. I had to dig out the instructions on how to align the hands and digital time.

They were friendly but too friendly to get hustled. Their promoting 5 dollar battery change per watch and associate said I had to pay 6 dollars extra per watch because per policy they have to change gasket and grease them. So me expecting to pay 20 plus tax they ran me a tab of almost 50 bucks thats false advertising never goin there again!!

I could not be more pleased with the quality service, merchandise, and repairs Huntington Jewelers offer. I had a wrist watch and 2 pocket watches that were my dad’s. I’m 70 years old and Daddy got them early in life I believe. NONE of the three worked. I now have them all repaired and working so I can pass them on to the he next generation. I went in today and purchased a beautiful pair of earrings for Christmas at 50% off. They are helpful but not pushy and I am very glad there is a quality jewelers in Midwest City I trust to make me aware of bargains and do quality work. I will be using them again for my jewelry needs.

Huntington Jewelers has brought me a bright patch of joy and gratefulness for their willingness and ability to help me through my heartbreaking journey as a recent widow. My husband had an accident recently and passed away suddenly and quite unexpectedly.My best friends bought me a necklace urn in the shape of Thors hammer (his favorite superhero) to keep him close. I wanted to have his signature engraved on the side of the hammer for a personalized touch. I spoke to multiple companies throughout the area and had almost given up hope, because none of them were willing/able to do this.Huntington Jewelers were able to use a card I had with his signature on it, to engrave the necklace. Tried to simply have my ring finger sized. They requested at 28 dollar charge. Litterally just to tell me my size. Maybe i would spend money if they actually took the time to give quality service to their customers. Every jewelery store will size your finger. No questions asked. But 28 dollars? I can buy a whole finger sizer set on amazon for cheaper. If i could give 0 stars i would.

I came in to drop my a few watches to get the batteries replaced. Then the gentleman showed me a few of the watches. I fell in love with a Raymond Weil watch and i just had to get it.

Stopped in to get new batteries installed in my watch, they were very attentive and got my watch batteries replaced in only a few minutes time. While waiting I browsed the store, they have very neat stuff, they are not just a jewelry store. They had some great watches, and bracelets and they are currently having a 50% off sale on a lot of their jewelry. While I didn’t buy anything today, I brought the sale coupon home to my wife, I’m sure she will find something she likes. The saleswoman was very friendly and gave me a thorough breakdown of my watch battery warranty and how Invicta watches differ from others. Will definitely be my go to jewelry and watch store in the future.

I stopped in a couple weeks ago to get a battery put in my G-Shock watch, Parker immediately assisted me as soon as I entered the doors with excellent service. The battery for my watch was $25 and i assume they had to order it because they kept it over night. I go to pick it up and its on and looks great. I leave and put it on and moisture started fogging the face of my watch. So I called and they told me to bring it back in and they would look at it. Parker again assisted me and told me they would get the moisture out, lubricate it and put in a new seal free of charge, told me to pick it up on a saturday which was a few days away..no big deal. I go pick it up, yesterday and it looked good again until i left and wore it..still has moisture in the face of it..im going to take it elsewhere to get it looked at maybe its just my watch.. The customer service was the best you could ask for though, I feel like Parker absolutely did his part and the young lady at the front was very kind, customer service wise def 5 stars, the situation with my watch is why i gave them 4stars.
