Wonderful value for your membership. The staff is incredibly helpful. Cayman and Sunshine made signing up simple and helped me around. Can’t wait to see my transformation.

First off they are extremely clean, seems like they do a sanitation every 30 minutes to a hour!!!! Ive even seen them go behind people that did not sanitize after there workout and sanitize, Very impressed!!!!

As a Gym with a couple amenities. Planet Fitness has been awesome. It’s a great price for what you have access too. I have went to several using my Black Card status and each location is awesome. They are always cleaning equipment too. Staff excellent.

So much cleaner and maintained than 10gym! If you are trying to decide, trust me this is the better choice. I do wish they would get better stretch mats again though. After the shut down they got these teeny black ones that no one can fit properly on, and they provide very little cushion.

Went to sign up and everyone was very friendly. Casey did an amazing job at showing me the gym and helping me get enrolled! Great environment and definitely looking forward to starting my health journey at this gym.

I love it! Very clean environment, easy to use gym equipment for all ages, and not too many people.

I enjoy my MWC home gym, but they really need to start opening up at 4am so us morning working out people can actually work out. Its sad we pay for 24 hour access but dont get it.

Good spacing and plenty of workout space....crowd meter on the app is another plus+

It is a huge inconvenience for the club member when the gym is not open during the scheduled hours of 5am Monday-Friday. This has happened way too many times where I started arriving at the gym around 5:15am and the gym is still closed. Management needs to do a better job at opening the gym during their scheduled hours.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Gym is well kept up and clean. Love the tanning beds and they work great.

Friendly staff. Clean environment. Descent amount of equipment, so no waiting most of the time. Opening at 5 am is good to. It allows for an early work out before work and not be late for work.

Joined this gym and so far so good. Close to my house and the staff have been helpful and the members have helped if you have questions.

Currently in Tulsa, Oklahoma where not just one but all gyms are currently 24 hours. The facilities in Tulsa are like night and day. You got the urinal fixed finally, still working on the paper towels thats understood.The fact that corporate was blamed for shorter hours is distasteful. I shall be contacting corporate about this issue. I see this as a way to reduce staff costs and force customers to deal with it. We pay for services and arent receiving those services.Rather have corporate email or phone numbers.

Friendly staff, the gym is pretty clean.Im rating it 4/5 because the dont really have a TRX area(they do have one strap and a place to hang it though but thats it)) and because they dont have enough fitness mats.Other than that the gym is suited for pretty much every kind of workout

This is my first time ever going to this location. Im accustomed to Planet Fitness locations thats open 24 hours, but thats not the reason for my 2 star rating. Its that most of the people working out there did not have on a mask. A few of the patrons wore masks, but most did not. The mask mandate/requirements are not consistent in the enforcement arena. On top of that some of the equipment looks dated but in good condition.

Good so far, friendly staff, just started membership for $1+ $25 monthly, LOVE IT!!

Everyone that works at Planet is normally amazing, I love going to workout and tan every day! However, today was a different story, I met the manager for the first time. She was very rude and hateful for no apparent reason. When I asked her why she was treating my friend and I rudely, she just kept saying, “we good, we good.” My friend and I both pay for the black card membership and don’t like being treated the way we were today.

This is 2021 dont get a membership at a place that closes at 10pm.. what is this the 1980s.. come on!!!! 24 hour memberships is where its at.

It was amazing to be back. Clean and quiet. It almost feels like the world is moving forward.

Chill environment, a wide variety of exercise equipment, and just generally a good place to get your sweat on.

Very clean especially considering COVID. The employees are so nice and there is a good quantity of machines and weights to choose from for your exercise needs.

Love the tanning and massage chairs & working out when it’s convenient for me. Looking forward to the 24 hour availability whenever that happens (COVID). Nice gym.

Afternoon hours are too busy, not safe social distancing, but not anybody’s fault. They need to open earlier, but that doesn’t look promising. Can’t get straight answer from staff. Really dislike the corporation because they are not responsive to questions, staff is great for most part, but just as in the dark...we the people want our gym open. You will see the way they won’t answer question directly... Open 24-7Update:April 6, 2021 Here it is 330 am and it will be the only chance I have to go to the gym. But my gym isn’t open at this time and hasn’t been for over a year. I pay same membership as 24 hour gyms. Planet Fitness can open but are choosing not to and continuing to charge the full amount.Still sucks

Ive been a member for a year and a half, and I was told today that my guests cant use the amenities. My boyfriend was a member for three years and had always been able to bring guests and we could always use all the amenities that we pay for every month, (whether we go or not.)We just keep loosing benefits. They arent open 24 hours anymore. And sense I cant complain directly online with Planet Fitness, here I am on Google reviews. There is no way Im keeping this membership going once it expires in February!Oh by the way, the only reason I joined PF instead of another jym, was the water massage tables, when they are working they are great.

The equipment is so close together it feels claustrophobic. Its hard to work out when you have someone invading your personal space. The layout is a little confusing and one of the towers is missing the grip change outs.

Dirty bathrooms and floors/ have spoken to management several times with no results.very dirty

Been closed because of weather and roads are good. I want a credit on my account for days closed. Also, since covid only open 50% of time on weekends and 70% of time on weekdays.

Nice atmosphere; friendly staff; massage bed is heaven; affordable.

The gym is always clean whenever I come in and the staff are always very kind.

They are keeping guests safe, but also helping them still feel like family to work out while this pandemic happens

Terrible management. Was being double charged for one account and had to put up with the most unbearable, sarcastic, manager (With a voice that sounded like she smoke 2 packs a day.) trying to get the situation resolved. Didnt get a straight answer from her about anything. Currently waiting to get my money refunded on both cards from corporate. Took 5 min and they fixed it. If you dont want to run a business, then just dont. Its embarrassing.

Clean and friendly atmosphere.

This was already a great gym, but with how Planet Fitness has response to COVID-19, they have a member for life. This location has been amazing at keeping everything clean and safe and I cannot praise them enough.

Overall it was a pretty good experience, it was my first time going back to the gym since Covid began and overall I felt very comfortable and welcome! However, I noticed a lot of the patrons were not cleaning the equipment after use, and were not wearing masks between using equipment or partaking in a workout.

It’s clean, the employees are very nice and friendly, and you don’t have to wait to use any equipment.

I love this gym! Ive worked out at OU Health Center and Golds and 10gym and this one is my favorite. All the gyms are great, but Im the most comfortable here!

Love this Gym!!! So much variety of equipment and Friendly staff! The cleanliness is amazing in this gym. The virus/disinfectant spray they provide makes it extra special! Spray before using & spray after you are done using is the KEY to a clean Gym! It feels like family seeing the same people day in & day out making their life better ❤️❤️

I miss the staff from pre-covid. There is one girl always going on break, leaving a line. She would just come back from break and then say she is going to lunch.. her words..Now to the biggest issue.. the hours.. I signed up for a 24 hour gym as my partner and I work 12 hour shifts. I am already excluded from working on weekends because that is the hours I work are the only hours open. Most people do not have bankers hours . Fix the hours to what we signed up for or at least close to it, or Ill take our business elsewhere.There has also never been a trainer in years. There are areas I need help with and thats part of the membership. Where is that at?Bring back 24 hours

The staff is friendly and there is a lot of exercise equipment to choice from. And, I like the monthly price!! It’s a good deal.

Planet Fitness is a wonderful place to exercise. I really enjoy going.

The location is good, easy to get in and out of. There is plenty of parking. Inside is very clean and the equipment is in good working condition. There is also a lot of the cardio equipment to use.

Very positive atmosphere, lots of older couples, moms, families, no crazy bodybuilders or aggressive gym heads! Everyone is very chill, respectful, wipes their machines and is polite! Super clean facilities, very nice new locker rooms, and the hydro massage is AMAZING! Spring for the black membership-- taking friends with me for free every time us helping me go twice as frequently.

Earlier this year (March) I weighed 600lbs, I was nervous about going to a gym because I thought people would stare.. I finally decided to go and no one made me feel bad or stared at me, Quite the opposite! Staff and other gym members befriended me and encouraged me.. it has been 11 months now and I am down from 600 to 385 and feeling great about my future for once! I love this gym and this company and I have recommended it to several people and they are now members too!

My husband and I have enjoyed every minute of our new membership at this location. Our son is a personal trainer and came on a day pass with us to be sure we are following the workout plan he designed for us. Our son was so impressed with this location, in which I shared how much we like it. My husband hasnt stopped talking about the amount of equipment and space. Im loving the staff and my lifestyle change.

I like that the staff is wonderful one name in particular is Jimmie a graceful, warming attitude and uplifting. I pretty much have a routine and when it is time for me to utilize my black card memberships perks he is right on it. I don’t have to waste my time with talking he know what I want. I also love that I can bring a friend to work with me when I need that extra push. Satisfied customer

Your personal training is amazing. Even though you are in an older part of the city, the facility is very nice and always clean. There is plenty of equipment available and lots of variety...the 30 min work out area is great to break things up. And I very much appreciate the hydro massage!

I can workout whenever, & go at my own pace. The gym is always clean & staffed with kind, considerate employees. I like to stop in on pizza Mondays & bagel Tuesdays, its always good & fresh. Coffee is good too! Thumbs up PF!!

Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable, very clean facilities.

I didnt know what to expect as I walked in with cases climbing still, but PF has implemented what they coined as social fitnessing, with signage on every other part of equipment, e.g., treadmills, ellipticals, weight station, and everything in between. Some people wore masks, some didnt, but I witnessed a lot of wiping down of stations and cleaning of hands which made me feel a lot more comfortable. I will continue to go as long as this is the practice. PF seems committed to spraying the facility and thoroughly wiping down all of the equipment for a fresh start daily to keep us safe and well. Thank you PF and staff!!!

Best experience i have had in a gym i love the 30 minute work out area what a way to work your full body. Its like playing red light green light during workouts (Midwest City,Ok Location)

I’m only giving 3 stars based on my very first visit to my 3rd visit. (Just moved to the area) My first visit I was not impressed and I left a bad review. I’ve since removed that review and am giving a higher score because the staff and cleanliness has drastically improved since day one and it is greatly appreciated and hasn’t gone unnoticed. Good job stepping it up guys.

I would give it five stars but it would be nice if they had equipment for upper and mid abs and lower abs and if they do I dont see them but other than that its a good gym to go to

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love how clean everything is and how up to date all of the equipment is. I had a gym membership to a local gym for about 7 years and I cancelled it to join PF. Overall VERY satisfied and super happy I switched!The only thing I wish they had was a rower. But I have heard that other locations have them so maybe they will soon make an appearance in MWC 🤞🏼

The location is great, the facility is clean and the staff are courteous. Helps an older member like myself feel like we have meaning. I like that feeling.

The staff is usually nice and greet you on the way in and say goodbye on the way out which is a fantastic touch. The equipment is maintained extremely well and clean. The locker rooms are also maintained and usually very clean. Well ventilated gym area and all in all a pretty decent atmosphere for those who want to work out without a bunch of steroid popping ridiculousness stinking up the place.

Its always clean, staff is very friendly and helpful in any way possible and equipment seems to be kept up with as far as maintenance and cleanliness.

The place is clean and all locations Ive been to provide a 30 minute full body workout. (though I think it is really closer to an hour) I like to get a massage after my workout which I believe helps reduce muscle pain the next day. The water tables are nice but those massage chairs work your arms and legs too.

Good workout atmosphere; it is in Oklahoma, I have met a few Karens there.

This fitness center (NOT your typical gym) is very clean, well staffed, and always open.The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful! The manager, Desiree, is the absolute best. Very professional and went out of her way to make sure things went smoothly for us.

Very clean, good price, open 24/7, not overcrowded. Just wish they had a pool. Black Card recommended to make use of everything available.

I’ve been training with Taylor for almost 3 months now, and believe she is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. When I started training I could not even complete a 30 second plank but with her upbeat personality and drive I have found a love for the gym and exercising! I really enjoyed the variety & challenge she put into the sessions. I can’t wait to see the end result!

1/17/17 I have to change my original 4 stars to 5 stars. The staff here is amazing. I cant express how happy I am with the staff, equipment, amenities, and the cleanliness of this gym. Very happy i switched from ten gym to PF. ;)1/14/17. I really enjoy this gym, super clean, friendly staff, and plenty of equipment. But Im giving four stars because they closed for so called inclement weather for two days now and there is by no means inclement weather, unless you call drizzling rain inclement weather. I understand that the news called for this huge ice storm but that never happened so open the doors PF. Other than that love this place!!!

Even when the parking lot looks full there are always machines available. Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean facility throughout. Other members are also very friendly and dont mind helping you out with a machine if youve never used it before.

The employees are friendlyand courteous. There are many different machines to work out on and everyone is judgment free. I like that Im able to work out anytime I want to. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to work out hassle free.

Personally, I really enjoy this gym. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and genuinely listens to any member, and potential member alike. You can work out here without being judged, and the people are nice enough to strike up a conversation with, if you need advice. Ive been going here for a couple weeks now, and I plan on staying a planet fitness member.

What some people dont seem to understand is that this is a place for fitness beginners or people just looking to workout in a more relaxed atmposhere which means the equipment, classes, etc. are going to be more basic than some other workout facilities. So if youre training to become an Olympian, you may get more enjoyment or satisfaction working out at a facility more suited to your tastes and fitness goals. Personally, I greatly enjoy the convenience, affordable price, equipment selection, & helpfulness of the staff.

The gym is well organized with a friendly staff. Its a really great place to work out for an affordable price. Also needs mentioning that the lockers are really clean...A definite must for me😊

One of the staff members changed my account accidentally and without my consent rather than another members. This resulted in my contract fraudulently being renewed. When I went in to cancel, they told me they hope Im not charged an early termination fee. I cannot believe they would charge a customer a fee for their mistake. This place is a mismanaged disaster, I wish I could rate it 0 stars because thats what it deserves.

Manger is awesome. Always friendly staff. Well kept and never to crowded. I always have a great experience and enjoy working out. I never feel intimated by other members

Shower drains back up and your standing in water, showers are cold or luke warm at best, tvs in locker room are never powered on this is easily the worst location ive seen

I enjoy working out here but when you sign up you better make sure you are talking to someone who knows what they are talking about. When i first signed up i was told alot of wrong information that caused me money issues. Make sure you know youre real dates and prises. Staff hasnt been rude to me personally but they dont know what they are talking about as far as ive experienced.
