Terrible place to mail a package. Went there yesterday and the female employee looked and talked to me like I was an interruption of her day. Will not go there again. What happened to good customer service?

I called ahead and asked for an email address and I could tell the female employee was rude and unhelpful. When I went in, she was abrasive and had her mask down. When I told her to lift it or I didn’t want her help, she glared and made and show of doing it snootily. She didn’t try to help me, she seemed like as she was walking by she was trying to break my social distancing since I offended her. She said she didn’t get my email’ though I could see it in my sent email because she didn’t want to help me. When I said never mind, I’ll go to FedEx she said sarcastically ‘Great, thank you’ and it was clear that was her aim all along. To be as unhelpful as possible and get me to leave. So if you want terrible customer service and to lose customers, keep this employee, The UPS Store.

Store hours posted have no relation to when they are actually open. Whenever they feel like opening or closing goes.

Rude employees. Been to this location several times and every time, rude and condescending employees to myself and the other customers.

The female employee who works the counter in the afternoons is not very friendly. I was dropping off packages here quite frequently but now I take them elsewhere.

Have used a few UPS stores in the past and have to admit this one is by far the best run.Great crew working there.Wait times are not very long.

This store and whole corporation is awful!! They dont even do the service that you pay for. I hope and pray a better shipping company takes over and puts this horrible place out of business.

Honestly I find the price and shipping speed are cheaper and faster with FedEx, but the staff at this UPS Store go out of their way to give great customer service! I highly recommend them. You can walk in with the raw item and they will suggest ways to make it the best yet cost effective way to package up and ship. They acknowledge you and take care of each customer in what I feel is an efficient manner without making you feel rushed.

They printed a stretched canvas print for my uncles funeral. The quality was great, and they were able to have it ready the next day. Great service!

Fast and friendly service every time I go in (3-4 times a year). Knowledgeable staff, saved me money several times. Not demeaning when I ask simple questions about USPS or UPS services.

The clerk was rude, and acted like she didn’t want to be there. A package I mailed she kept asking me what as in the box as if I was lying. Won’t go there again unless it is the only one open.

Very friendly service. The young lady even came to my car to get the packages since my foot is hurt. She even brought my receipt back out to me!

Clerk treats you as though you’re inconveniencing him when needing to simply mail a package. This has happened twice now, same worker each time.

Ive gone here several times, never had a quarrel about it. The lady up there is real nice, and they are really helpful, but somewhat expensive.

Lately not had the best experiences with this store. Two days ago stopped by to drop off returns, some already pre boxed and labeled with pre paid shipping, needed two boxes for two returns I had labels for. They wanted to charge me over 13.00 for two plain boxes to put my returns in. I had my own tape and the shipping was prepaid from return vendor. I was floored. Needless to say I made an extra stop at Walmart for two .67 boxes. sooo got them all packed and went by today to drop off, they had a sign on door at 4:30pm, saying they closed early because of weather. Hphhhff!! They had 5 costumers in the parking lot all reading closed sign and pulling out with me. No one else was closed around this area AND the risk for weather was 1.5 hours away AND it was only to be heavy thunder storm in Mid West City. All the bad stuff was to stay way West. Kinda jumped the gun on that call I would say. I wish Amazon used Fed Ex, have had way better experience with them.

Clerk was upset that she had to come out and wait on customer. Then she mistakenly said the company logo stickers on the box were hazmat stickers. She refused to ship the box. This was the same box that UPS delivered. The other UPS store accepted the box with no issues.

Ugghh the WORST ups EVERY

Showed up at 09:40 on today(Saturday). Sign says should be open at 0900. No one was there. Doors locked.
