Great customer service, but please schedule an appointment they are much more responsive if you do.
Waited for over an hour to speak with an agent to schedule a site survey, rep got our information said she would be back with an appointment within 2 to 3 minutes. After waiting for her 20 + minutes, we were hung up on and never called us back. Poor customer service. We will go else where since they dont need to Business.
Werent very helpful in what I needed.. Also I was flustered from the different Prompts you had to go through to be able to talk to a Person.
All problems were corrected.

We have had several appliances delivered in the last few months by Dennis Cornelius of the Midwest City, OK Best Buy Geek Squad. He and his helpers were great every time. They were extremely careful in every way possible to make sure everything was in place and working with no collateral damage to anything else. Dennis was also very informative about the product and services provided with each appliance. I hope I dont have to buy any more appliances soon, but if I do, please send Dennis!!I also had the pleasure of having my computer repaired by the Geek Squad at Midwest City. I expected a long wait for it to be completed. Was I ever wrong! Dropped it off one day and it was ready the next. Who does that? Geek Squad Midwest City, Ok. Thats who!!!
Sense I have been a member with the Geek squad it has been pretty much a headache!! But I must make use of the two hundred dollars for the membership. Everytime Ive had to take something in to them it has been a problem with truthful communication. I have been given the runaround about a simple component being installed. For two hundreds dollars I would think they would have more technicians on hand or on standby. Im really second guessing a renewal of membership.I wish I could say Ive had the great experience that the other reviewers have wrote. But I cant. I can say I havent had a problem with the store in general. Cant say that I have had a great experience with all, but acceptable.
To these people are horrible never never never will they just give u a answer its always bring it in ....all I wanted to know was how much to replace a screen on I pad btw I gave them all the info model ect.....they told me I would have to bring it in for a price..
The young men at the Best Buy service counter have been very courteous and helpful.

Ive used geek squad repair services for everything from kindle tablets to 65 tvs and have never had anything but the best experiences. once i had a 65 dlp tv that had broken in such a way that it was more expensive to fix than it was worth so they gave me the money back from the original purchase and this was several years later. i was able to purchase a much better tv than i had with the money and more geek squad protection. Their product protection services have saved me money time and time again.
