I ordered two banners for an event my organization was hosting. Per Office Depot policy, same day service is guaranteed on some print orders placed before 2:00 PM. I placed my order around 1:00 PM and was guaranteed my order would be ready by 8:00 PM. At 6:01 PM, I contacted the store to check the status of the order. I called at 6:01 PM and at 6:15 PM, I was walking in the store still on hold to notice the store phone was on the counter and the associate was working on another task.Expecting to pick up my order for a next day event, I was notified the store didn’t have the paper needed for my order. While I understand “things happen”, I don’t understand failing to reset the customer’s expectation. To be notified late in the day, left me with no time to make other arrangements. As a result of the horrible customer service and poor communication, I will not have the needed banners at my event.

I usually come here for business purposes but after dealing with an awful printing supervisor, short haired Caucasian lady, I’ll be going elsewhere. She huffed and puffed the whole time during my order, she did not print the right ones so I wasted some sheets I had purchased & she did not place labels on stickers correctly .

The worst service that I’ve ever dealt with!The employees are rude and disrespectful.I will never do business at this location or maybe any Office Depot again.

My wife and I went in after visiting their Blue and Yellow competitor in the electronics area, where we were resigned to having to spend over $800.00 for a laptop to replace my wifes old HP that had finally died, and we liked the prices at Office Depot a lot better, even though they dont have quite the selection that BB has, nevertheless, they have enough. We found a nice Lenovo Ideapad L340 with a 17 inch screen and better specs than the $800 Dell we had been looking at down the street for just a bit under $500, but even that was more than I could pay at the time. On the way out the door, my wife saw what looked like the same PC (It was...) advertised on sale for for right at $400.00 plus tax. Couldnt pass it up, but it turned out it was a Black Friday Sale price, and this was the Weekend before Thanksgiving. We told the nice sales guy wed be back if we couldnt find something better. We were disappointed because we really needed to get a new laptop fast, and were resigned to either wait, or have to get a system of lesser capability that would fit our budget. As we were walking out the door, the other sales rep we had been talking with, came up and said they would give it to us for the sale price that day. Needless to say I am writing this review on our new laptop, and will definitely give Office Depot further opportunities to earn our business in the future. Not only were all of the staff there that we spoke with polite, helpful, and professional, but they went over and above to help us get a good deal. Great Job guys.

The manager was amazing. He helped my sister with getting her computer serviced. And went above and beyond to give the best service I have seen in a long time. Hats off to him and his staff!!!!

I called and had a hold on an item over the phone, when I went in the store nobody knew where the item was, almost Clueless except for one gentleman they sent to help me I didnt catch his name but he was very kind to offer other suggestions and to look in different places. the prices were not what they said they were this is the second time this has happened to me at a Office Depot I dont mind paying but I like to know how much Im paying for items when I grab an item that I want to purchase. Very frustrating because I have children and Im not able to catch these things while Im at the store.

Quick service in the copy center but I had to return to the counter because they missed one picture in my thumb drive, after I told them to print everything. Prices seam a little high but may not be. Rest of store well laid out. Good attitude from workers.

I had a massively overweight guy buy the name of Cadmus Sorrell follow me around the entire store. His side kick, a short black guy was following me too. Disgusting.

Went for back to school sale and the floor salesman just wasnt interested in helping to find the advertised sales items. He actually went out of his way to not help, giving vague bogus answers as to why the products advertised could not be located. He just wasnt interested in helping and I watched him send more customers than just me to aisles that had nothing to do with the products that we were looking for. However the gal that was running the cash register was super sweet. Out of the eight different products that I went in there for due to their advertised sale, I managed to find one of the products and that was the poly 2 pocket prong folders, but that of course is without help from the salesman as well.

If I could give negative stars I would. Called after putting an order in online realizing I didnt put the rush print on it (Literally one paragraph typed) asked if I could change it and the response I was given was there are other people ahead of you that actually came into the store then was immediately hung up on. So of course I called back and asked to cancel the order because it didnt have anywhere I could cancel online. Same person (No name stated with either call) this time i was told that he would cancel the order then click. Hung up again. Neither time did he ask for my order info, offer an 800 number, or apologize. Guess what? Few hours later got a confirmation email that my order was ready to be picked up. Given its only 50 cents. Customer service is extremely poor. Will never purchase here again or suggest this location.

So let me start by saying I spend at least $200-$300 in this specific store location every other month. That being said, I walked in tonight for a new phone charger. My boyfriend happened to be with me picking up some things too and from the moment we walked in the store, we were being followed by an associate. I minded my business and continued my shopping, hoping to find some new ink pens while I was there. My boyfriend picked up some merchandise, Im unsure what it was because we were in different parts of the store, and it had been tampered with. He went to stand up with it and inform an employee and the merchandise he had in his hands fell to the floor, including the tampered thing he picked up. The associate that had been following us since we arrived went to help him pick it all up and grabbed the tampered merchandise first and started accusing my boyfriend of trying to steal. FIRST OF ALL, we collectively have spent almost $1500 at this location in the last 2 months because of new laptops and other things weve bought. We have never even thought of stealing from Office Depot. I can safely say its my favorite store to shop in and I would never fraud them. So this associate starts taking the rest of the merchandise my boyfriend had and told him to leave the store. Then caught me in the aisle I was in, took the phone charger I was going to purchase out of my hand and told me to get out of HIS STORE. Then told us to face HIS camera and never come back because OUR KIND isnt welcome at Office Depot. Okay sir, I will make sure I stop my ongoing monthly subscription I have through your location and let ALL my friends, co-workers, family, and bosses know not to shop in HIS store. Ive never been treated so horribly. It was absolutely ridiculous and I will be reaching out to management as soon as the store opens tomorrow, Sunday April 7, 2019. Never again will an associate follow me upon me entering the store and then accuse me of trying to steal!!!!! Im appalled!

The staff members are knowledgeable and polite. Good selection of merchandise. Almost never have to wait in a line to check out.

Initial impression was 5 stars but after today they have room to improve. Last week we dropped off a 500 page print job that we didnt need until the following Friday (today). When I showed up to drop off another print job not only was the original not done, they lost the job request and had to dig in a drawer to find my flash drive. I am giving them another chance so I will update then.

So i went in a few days ago. And let me start off by saying it took me a fews days to decide if i should even bother with a review. So i came in this store the other day to get a picture put on a canvas, and it was like an hour and some change, and the first thing the young lady said to me is oh we cant do this today, instead of saying well our photo workers arent in today can we take your order she pretty said go away to another store. Do i dont think i will do business with this office depot. I cant believe this would be the first thing you say to a customer. And i am an rewards member with them. Im a photographer as well and this isnt something you say to a person who wants to get pictures made a lot. So im pretty upset. Not only that im a Google guide. (Weeks later) i go back and a better staff was there. And a manger apologize for the situation. So that helps

This is literally the worst store Ive ever been to. Me and my sister went in to get a few papers printed and we were standing at the printer for 30 minutes and no one bothered to help us! When we finally asked, the lady was rude and unhelpful! DO NOT GO HERE.

Printing was priced alright, but laminating.... 😳 On top of that they don’t have a teacher discount for laminating either (not sure why I have a teacher account then...). It was going to be $62 dollars to do it. I could buy a cheap laminator with pages and do it myself for a better price! I went to AAA Kopy and it was literally half the price. The people were nice and gave me a teacher discount without even asking. WAY better service and not overpriced. I plan to use them from now on!

I used to rely on office depot for office services, but I have come to loathe my experience here. I could stomach the unenthusiastic service, but lately Ive had to wait (in my opinion) unreasonable periods of time to have a product completed only to have it horribly incorrect. Example: having pages cut and bound with a coil, but a quarter of the pages hanging loose -- and then served to me like its perfectly acceptable. I gave the store the opportunity to correct this mistake only to have to standby for over an hour and continued to be ignored. Im done with this store and this company. Let me know if you know of a good office services alternative!

Anything you need for the office you can find it here. The prices are comparable to most office supply stores, but you could probably find better prices online on most items. It is good place if you dont have time to wait for shippinf.

Refused to take my competitor coupon even though it states in the policy that they do accept competitor coupons. I will just take my business elsewhere.

Great customer service. I often drop by to ship packers through UPS. Never had anything but good experiences. Ocasionally have a 5-10 minute wait at the shipping counter, due to only one worker behind the counter and alot of customers during the lunch hour.

Buyer Beware!!!! Every time I go into this store I regret it. If they actually have a register open... there is a line a mile long. Other wise you have to stand around for at least 30 minutes trying to get someones attention so that they can answer your question or ring you up. SMH Customer Service leaves alot to be desired. Since they have opened this location I only met one employee that seemed to like his job. Everyone else make it feel like you are making them do their job. Everytime I run in to get an item or two .... (Because I forgot not to go) I always realize why I stop going there in each trip.
