Lost part of our clothes and then starched pants when specifically asked not to. When asked if theyd wash jeans over with no starch told me Id have to prove they were starched and they would not rewash even if there was a mistake on their part even after paying $60 to have clothes washed... Rachel was obviously not taught proper customer service and that is sad a lot of businesses going under due to a pandemic youd think youd want to keep the business you do still have....
