Have had alstate insurance for about 50 years always at the same place. The lady I dealt with was very friendly and polite. Was very helpful got right to business and took care of my request. Will continue to do business at this office. Hopefully the agency wont change owners again for a while.

Allstates homeowners insurance blows, they chalk everything as they are not responsible for fixing anything and come up with excuses to do so...Their car insurance is a joke, if your married, you have to have you wife on the policy, my wife is a terrible driver. They wont give me one just by my self.

The Cummings agency has been my insurance company for around 10 years now. They do their best to keep the prices fair and reasonable. I have looked into many insurance companies thorough out our time with the Cummings Agency, and Allstate and their team at the Cummings agency are always between 2 to 5 hundred dollars lower than their competitors. Ive been with Allstate for12 years and they have been with me and for me the entire time. When I bundled home and auto I received good discounts. When I married and added another car, I received great discounts. We saved $600.00 every 6 months on our car insurance. When I began to buy houses they gave me the lowest rates out there for landlord coverage. The Mason Cummings Allstate agency are very respectful, gives you answers quickly. When research is required for a subject they will get back to you the same day. I have felt safe with this Allstate agency and I would not change for anything.

Ive been with Mason for about a year, and have had an absolute pleasure of being his customer. His office is always available to help me. They treat me like a customer, and not a number. WAS TOLD TO TAKE ALL OF MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE BECAUSE I SAID THEY ARE LYING, .....BECAUSE THEY HAVE NEVER CALLED ME BACK FOR A BOAT OWNERS POLICY QUOTE THAT I HAVE REQUESTED SEVERAL TIMES. (apparently i did not qualify in their system, so i was not worth CALLING back even though i have other policies with them)....AND was told IF THATS HOW I PLAN ON CONDUCTING MYSELF TO TAKE ALL OF MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!
