Good paper pusher, but not very aggressive in court. Mr. Rice will give in to the opposing party and doesnt do very good research, even if given the evidence to make a easy case. If you are looking for an aggressive attorney this is not the place.

Rice Law worked with Stormshield Roofing attempting to recoup moneys from me for unpaid services rendered. Threatened to make me return to the area unless I paid up knowing I was in the military and had moved. The verbage may have been we know you dont want to have to come back here all the way from New York, might as well pay up. I found it humorous that they thought Id feel threatened knowing where Id moved. I had continuously told Stormshield I would only complete repairs covered by my insurance deductible. I kindly informed Rice I wouldnt travel, Id happily hire an attorney to represent me. I never heard from them again. Stormshield is now out of business with several felony charges. Seems Rice had to know this was a bogus attempt to extract funds. Maybe they frequently worked with the now felon company and its owners Tanya and Chad.

Great Office Staff

Rick Rices firm, with a different partner, was absolutely wonderful for my divorce. They instantly understood not what THEY considered most important, but what I did. The risk/reward analysis was excellent, with them understanding, that because I had young children and some strike against me, my paramount goal was seeing the kids, but they still looked out for me monetarily. A+.

I disagree with Codys assessment of Rice Law Firm. For the record, Rick Rice is THE BEST! He thought out every possibility, settled my case far better than I expected and did it for a fair price. He fixed what another attorney had goofed up and even made a horribly stressful situation kinda fun! Dont waste your time with others like I did, just go to Rick first.
