We first met Justin as a referral from the bank that was the trustee on my mother-in-laws home. We really enjoyed meeting with him and found him and his team to be very knowledge. Justin was good to work with especially in marketing a home in a 55+ community. Because this was being handled by a trustee we were asked to only communicate through the trustee. This was somewhat awkward and took more time to get answers to some of our questions. We would have preferred to have more communication directly with Justin and his team. Everything worked out great and we were able to get an offer quickly. We were also able to work with Justins team to help stage the home for sale using a combination of what was still in the house and some add-ons from the staging person. Justin came to our house, did a walk through, then sat down and reviewed all of the comparable sales in our area. He was very honest with us and only used homes that were in similar condition to ours. Justin was upfront on costs, what we should expect to pay in closing costs, what to expect from offers by prospective buyers, as well as give us an idea of what we had to do to the home prior to listing the house.We did everything Justin recommended, it was listed on a Thursday morning, and sold in two days on Saturday.
