Nate is very knowledgeable and a consummate professional. He was easy to work with and was very responsive to my needs and answered my questions in detail. He was always willing to explain again if I did not understand. He kept me informed of 1031 investment opportunities both present and near future. He emailed investment possibilities for closer examination and worked with me to receive a good rate of return. He always followed through as the situation changed. He was very pleasant to work with and was patient through the ups and downs while my property was being sold. When this caused changing closing dates and amounts to invest, he made the necessary paper work changes quickly. He worked with the title company to facilitate the transfer of funds and make sure government regulations were met. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with and would highly recommend his services to anyone. His service was outstanding. After completion of the 1031 investment setup, Nate mentioned that his company also has investment opportunities for funds that do not qualify for a 1031 investment with returns equal to or better than a 1031 investment. If such funds become available, I would not hesitate to use his services again.
