We bought an older home and it was infested with spiders. Tyler came by and removed all the webs from the exterior and interior, sprayed very thoroughly and let us know how the process of getting rid of them would work. He’s always happy to answer all my questions and offers great advice. Tyler is the best. He is always thorough and prompt, and I love that he checks in with me each time about possible needs. I live next to a canal and a field so I had every sort of bug known to man crawling around my property as well as hornets, wasps, and voles.Well, no more! I love that we have Axis take care of our pest control! Ever since building our new house, we have seen mice, voles, bugs and they all got eliminated quickly! Our tech, Tyler, is awesome - he remembers what we have been dealing with and asks specifically each time and is persistent until our problems are resolved. As pests being my number one worry about moving into a new development out in the field a bit, these guys have taken that worry off my plate!

Great service. Very responsive After our phone call after hours last night- we received a call today and technician came out within two hours. Celso was very professional, and responded to all three concerns within minutes our wasp nest was gone and voles trap was set.Great product for a new construction area with lots of critters being relocated, and our effort to for it to not be in our grass!

Great customer service and products. We live against the mountain in Salt Lake and we get lots of spiders. Since we hired Axis, we havent seen another spider, and on top of that they keep our yard protected from mice and voles! Highly recommend them!

Updating: was told by our service tech who came for our regular scheduled service, our service would be free due to the issues we had with trying to reach them over the last months time. We were also promised a call from the manager and have yet to receive that. I have additionally called the office number and left a message (since they dont answer) and have not had any return phone calls. They did text me for a short time yesterday asking me to call them so they could make it right. When I did, guess what, no answer or return phone call. Im fed up. To top it off, I just received an invoice for the service yesterday charging me the full price. I will be disputing the charge. I would not recommend that anyone use their service.Old 3 star review: The service techs are wonderful. The office staff (if there is any) is terrible at calling back. Ive called and left a message 3 different times and have yet to receive a call back.

These guys are the real deal. I contacted them on a weekend because my kids were getting stung by wasps in a house we had just purchased. They had a professional out there quickly spraying and taking care of things with a smile on their face. Excellent customer service. Excellent product. Excellent follow up. Not sure what more I would need from something like this. I would recommend.

Contacted Cody to help us with our wasp issues. Another pest control company tried to resolve our issue 3 different times in the past month and nothing worked. Axis comes and in their first visit solved my wasp issues. Great work and quality, great pricing, and awesome workers!

We hired Axis to get rid of our vole problem and make sure wasps nests are taken down. During the consultation I expressed thats all I care about and they assured us they can solve our issue. We used them for a few months, and nothing changed. We even still had a nest near our roofline. We called and they took it down. Friendly people for sure, but it was all a waste of time and money. They set a couple baits and never looked back, assuming that solves all vole problems. Such a let down.

Salesmen have come to my door trying to sell the pest control regardless of the large no soliciting sign posted. Maybe they do good work, but sales tactics like that turn me away from a company exceptionally fast.

I have been trying to contact the office to schedule a service for over a month. In the 20 plus times Ive called I have never had anyone answer. When I leave a message with everything their automated system asks for, I still dont get a call back. I would not recommend this company due to how terrible the customer service is.
