Brooke took GREAT care of me. I pulled in in the middle of a HOT afternoon but still preferred to stay in my car while they changed the oil. There was no wait and Brooke kept me posted on things as they were happening. Which I really appreciate because Ive been left hanging before thinking things were moving along and they simply werent. So that was awesome. She was very busy with other bays of cars but kept her co-workers organized, moving and informed as to what to do next. She was friendly and helpful. I had the coupon which was no problem to deduct from the total charge. Very quick and affordable. Thank you!
I had a dead battery and was stranded in a nearby parking lot.Unfortunately Im drawing a blank on his name, but a helpful and kind man from Jiffy Lube came to the rescue! It turned out that my battery was beyond being saved with a jump. They didnt have a battery for my truck on hand, but were so quick to get one brought to the location. Before I knew it I was up and running with a new battery at a reasonable price!Thanks guys

Quick and friendly. Little bit in the pricier side for basic services though. Aldo always seek the advice of your regular mechanic before allowing them to upsell you. I was recommended by their system to get a service that my mechanic strongly advised against because it would more than likely break my transmission.

Oh. my. god. Dont let them touch your transmission!! I had to take it back to my dealership and have them fix it because they broke my transmission valves and couldnt do the transmission fluid change correctly and got a bill for $1400 from Subaru. Cant get in contact with the dude name Ben (supposedly the guy who needs to deal with issues such as mine), so my family and I decided we will be taking a legal action if we dont hear back soon. We emailed, called, and did everything, but they are good at ignoring you!!
I have been coming to this location for years and will never go anywhere else. They always give excellent customer service, coupons and honestly they are down to earth people. Great place for your vehicle and services.
The Midvale jiffy lube is, by far, the most professional car care business I’ve ever been to. They are so knowledgeable. They care about their customers and will let you know up front the best way to do things that in the most economical way. They can take care of way more than your usual oil and lube place and when they can’t, they help you find a place that can.
They do not accept groupons at this location but were able to help me out anyways the manager on duty at the time was amazing! Will definitely go back

💥What an awesome experience! I was on my way to sign a wedding certificate for a couple I recently married. This JiffyLube saved my DAY! I started to get a flat tire on the freeway, I called this Jiffy lube and explained my situation and they said to come in right away.I got there and they sent a team to come and help! They were slightly busy and had cars in every bay but they assessed the situation quickly and then Christian took it from there. Christian was super helpful and was able to help me get my spare tire on my truck! When it came time to pay, I was informed there was no charge. I was blown away and so very grateful for Jiffy Lube and staff. ALSO I offered a tip but Christian declined and said it was his pleasure! WHAT!? Give this man recognition 👏🏻🙌THANK YOU!!
Came in for an emissions test. Waited in my car for 15 minutes and no one came out to see what I needed or if I had been helped. One of the workers was outside smoking and never bothered to come and see if I needed to be helped. I ended up leaving and going to another place to get my emissions done.
Everyone here is always extremely helpful and kind. The waiting area and inside of the shop is always very clean. Great service. Brooke has been there almost every time and is knowledgeable and helpful.
Never got the oil changed. Ive never seen a technician work so slowly and we didnt want to wait 45 minutes just to get started. Update...... The next morning was night and day difference. We got red carpet treatment. Brooke was wonderful.

But the actually people doing the oil changes were standing around talking.. this is the only reason I wouldn’t recommend this place. The technician acted like he was on some kind of sustenance and when he called me to get more information he was sounded scattered un PROFESSIONAL. I will never go to this jiffy lube again. He was latino with a little chin goatee. FIRE HIM
I went in initially for an oil change. 2 different employees tried to up sell me on several items. I asked multiple questions and decided to believe that the items were Truly necessary and took their expert opinion on a few of them. Since it has only been 1 day, I am not certain if any of the items were of no value yet, or Unnecessary. I can say I spent over $300. I decided to write a review is because I feel they need to know. Just as I was leaving the facility, I noticed my glove box wasnt working properly. (They had replaced the cabin filter) so I flagged a guy down and he fixed it, however, also left More black fingerprints. Once I got home and inspected my car more thoroughly, realized there are Black Greasy Fingerprints all over the outside of my White vehicle and more on the inside. They didnt sanitize it either. So Very Disappointed. The paperwork noted they had washed the exterior windows ? but you sure couldnt tell. They could have vacuumed (per paperwork), however, chose not to do that either. I am extremely disappointed they didnt take better care of me (especially since I spent over $300) or to ensure their black greasy fingerprints had been wiped from both Interior and Exterior. Doubtful I will Ever return.

They were great!! I took my car for emissions but found out by the tech that it wasnt needed. (I wish I got her name) she was so sweet, efficient and professional! They registered my car for me and put in my sticker. It literally took 15 minutes. Highly recommend!!

Extremely unhelpful staff. I got my emissions done, they passed it but failed to give me a sticker so I had to go back and when I went back, they wouldn’t help me and told me I had to go to the dmv to get my registration stickers. Never going back.

Almost all of the jiffy lubes in salt lake are owned by the same person. I like that you can use the coupons to get a deal. Every location is different according to how the employees work together. I particularly like this location, its new and clean and has a large waiting room. Seems like they work the vehicles through more quickly. Even though they move through different employees, they seem to be more competent and friendly than some of the other locations. I took off one star because I dont appreciate that the Utah jiffy lubes dont report the oil change history to Carfax.

Brooke was an absolute champ. After failing an emissions test at my local Jiffy Lube, having repairs done, and then going back to the same location, they let me know that their emissions machine was out of gas (after waiting for 45 mins). The next day I ventured to the next closest Jiffy Lube and they too had a broken emissions testing machine. I finally ventured to the Midvale location and Brooke took care of me quickly and it sounds like she covered some of the mistakes of the original location, at no charge. This will definitely be my new home for servicing for my three vehicles. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. Sat in my car for 15 minutes waiting for someone and no one came to help. Had to go inside the store (I was trying to avoid contact due to the pandemic) and the TEAM LEAD super unprofessional: what do you need? ugh, such a bad attitude. Didnt even say hi or anything... why even work with customer service you know? anyways, not the first time I have a bad experience with Jiffy Lube, I cant believe they are such a big franchise with this horrible of customer service. Yikes.

Brooke and her team are amazing! I have been going to the Midvale Utah location for months now to have my cars oil changed, tires rotated...etc. Brooke is always so nice and makes sure that not only my personal car but my companies cars get taken care of!! I had to stop at a Jiffy Lube down in Orem Utah. Their customer service was terrible, they did not run a diagnostic check on my engine when I asked them to. After “replacing the oil in my car” the check oil light came on again. I went back the next day to have them do an actual diagnostic check on it. The white haired lady who came out to see what I need stated it would be an hour wait. I calmly told her that is fine and asked her if I could speak to a manager of technician. She rolled her eyes at me and stayed yeahhhh. She came back and told me it would be around a 5-10 min wait in order to talk to someone. I waited for almost 15 min no one came out. I left after that and came to the location in Midvale. Brooke was able to get me in quickly, completely changed all my oil and oil filters, explained to me what was going on and gave me more information on where to go if the sensor for the oil is going out. Needless to say I will always come here.

Kaleb and Brooke are managers here who have been very professional in repairs I needed to a 2003 Toyota 4 Runner. I have leaned on them in tough times and they relieve my stress as my wheels get repaired and I roll fast smooth and quiet now.

I came in looking for an oil change and for the staff to look at an issue I thought I had with my brakes. Not only did they do the oil change, but they addressed the issue with my brakes in a forthright and expeditious fashion. And they did it all on a Sunday, which is a huge plus in my book.

They have always been the best location in my opinion, this last time i was in i took two of my vehicles, they did both of them in a very quality and timely matter. Although when I had them do tire rotation and free brake check on my 97 toyota 4runner, the guy when putting the tire back on and tightening to factory specifications he had broken off one of the studs and nuts off my brake rotor, he then had fixed it in a very timely way and he did it free because he had messed up. Even though you might say that didnt go very smoothly it did and I will still keep coming back to this location, because even though they kept messing up they had fixed their problems that they made very well.

The manager Brooke was so sweet to work with me on getting a refund for an alternator that broke within a year. Her shop is the cleanest Jiffy Lube shop Ive ever seen and I will definitely be coming back to this Jiffy Lube.
The girl who saw me was very nice and pleasant. It is a very small Jiffy Lube and its kind of run down. They couldnt do my inspections because their equipment didnt work which is why Im only giving them 3 stars.

Haven’t had problem with this location until today. I work in the area, Brooke has helped me in the past. But today was a different story. After getting an engine flush I never wanted. Now I’m reading how it’s a waste of money, and it’s damaged cars in the past. Next time I’ll be sure to simply say “I want an oil change”. Brooke, if you see this, next time I hope you take the time to explain to people the work being done. For every future customer, no matter how busy you are. Just like every other jiffy lube has done for me in the past. That’s why people come you your shop, because you’re the car expert. People. Every dollar matters to some people these days, $70 goes a long ways for me. Keep that in mind before you just tack on an extra charge because you just assume that’s what the customer meant.

Wanted my battery changed. They said I needed brake fluid. Wouldnt have went there but had to drive to salt lake the next day. Well to make a long story short they took $400 and my car runs worse. Dont go there if you want to keep your money and want a good job done.
My wife typically does my oil change, but she was busy so I came here. I pulled up and they came fast for me. I wasnt sure if my car was previously lubed, but they lubed me up real nice. Definitely going back to this location in the future. Love the staff and all the services they offer. Way better than ANY my wifes services ;)

Ive been taking my car to this location for the last year and a half for it regular oil change and its always been such an easy and quick experience. The workers there are always professional and friendly and ive never had to wait longer then 20 mins. When I have my 4 kids with me, they always let us just wait in the car instead of dragging them all in and out of the car.

This is the only Jiffy Lube I will go to. The employees are all so professional, get me in and out very quickly, and are knowledgeable on every service. They took the time to advise me on services that will need to be done in the future so I could plan ahead and budget for them and explained why they needed to be done. Everyone was very friendly.
I came in for an emissions test into an empty lobby. I waited a few minutes and a rushed worker comes in and states: emissions? I said yes and she replied by saying keys as she took my keys and walked out without a word. She then came back in with my air filter asking if I wanted them to replace it as it was dirty, to which I replied no as I prefer to do this work myself. Today I changed my air filter and found that when they did their complimentary filter check they also complimentarily lost one of the clips that holds the filter housing together. It is what it is, next time Ill take my car to a local shop that will take the time to do it right.
I have never had a bad experience at this shop. The staff are professional, kind, and know their stuff. I have never waited very long, and if I did, they kept me apprised of the situation. They are very friendly, even to customers who dont deserve it. They are always pleasant and make it a good experience. They are out of my way when I have a Jiffy Lube by my house, but it is worth the extra drive.

They suggested I replace my brakes (they said there was less than a millimeter of brake pad left), so I decided to get a second opinion from another mechanic shop. The mechanic said my tire halflife was still fine and that Jiffy Lube just recently started selling brakes... So either there was mal-intent or lack of experience.

The only reason I ever go to this jiffy lube is because of how close it is to my work... but I am ALWAYS disappointed. They have a bunch of young kids working who can never tell me what’s actually wrong with my car- but always want to upsell me on products or services. They always take significantly longer than my quoted wait time and I never leave feeling satisfied. I actually leave feeling more confused and frustrated then when I went in. Even for something as simple as an oil change- they’ll forget to replace the sticker.
Took my car in as a kind of last minute thought, and they got me in and out quickly. I have a breathalyzer in my car and Ive been worried to take it anywhere else but the manager (I think) specifically took care of my 4runner. Over all I was pretty damn happy with the experience... My only regret is not talking with the cute tech a little more before leaving.
