The saddest thing happened. I lost my wedding ring and anniversary band. Luckily they were insured. I have had a number of custom designed rings made at Ari Diamonds over the years, their gold smiths are true craftsmen and they are extremely professional with their customers.I just picked up my wedding ring from them tonight, and my fiances ring a few months back.Both of the rings are one of a kind, hand crafted works of art by extremely skilled smiths, I apprenticed in my younger years for a gold smith who made beautiful custom pieces and hence know the trades and ins and outs pretty well.I highly recommend Ari Diamonds, they are wonderful to deal with and are true craftsmen at their trade, Ive always thought why get something from a everyday jeweler who is selling a common item of which there are 100s if not 1000s of, when you could have a one of a kind creation from skilled craftsmen like these.

Holy cow am I impressed. I went in wanting to take my center diamond out and put it in a new post. Typically a jeweler would agree and give me no other options as thats pretty expensive when you have to purchase a new crown for it. He told me it would be cheaper to fix the ring I had. I was skeptical, I figured it couldnt get to brand new again especially seeing how mu ring was treated by the original jeweler. I dropped it off Wednesday afternoon, got it back the next day and I FORGOT MY RING COULD LOOK THIS BEAUTIFUL. He resized it for me, replatted the white gold and really cleaned it. We have been searching for the perfect ring. Have shopped so many jewelry stores each with a different experience. We could not find the right fit in ring style or customer service. Then by chance happened to Ari. What a blessing and what a wonderful experience with the customer service. More important they were willing to listen and care about the ring we were looking for and finally were able to create the most beautiful piece I could have ever hoped or wished for. They are honest they were fair and they provided a chance for us to have the perfect wedding ring... Because all went so well I took in some special pieces that needed repair and they did a wonderful job. I am so happy I would recommend them to anyone.
