All Out Rentals is All Out Fantastic! I flew in from out of the country for our daughters wedding and only had a brief time to pull it all together. I made one call to All Out Rentals and Miranda took care of everything. Every detail was thought through and the execution was excellent. Their entire team is professional and made our day so easy. I would use them again and again for any event!

AOER was great to work with for two wedding receptions. Ashley was always very helpful and accommodating, and the delivery team was friendly and always on time. The products were clean and in good repair, and the prices were very competitive. I will use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family!

They were so helpful and responsive. They had everything we needed to have a great party. They even delivered and set up sooner than we expected. This really was helpful when it came to decorating, I didnt feel like I was waiting for them and rushing to get things done at the last minute. We started our order with tents, tables, and chairs. We ended up adding lights, a bar set up, drink dispensers, and trash cans. Ashley was always very prompt in getting back to to update my order. I already referred people to All Out Events cause they were impressed with our set up.

I used this company for my wedding during the pandemic of 2020. They were great to work with. They came and dropped everything off during the scheduled time frame and set up the tent we rented quickly and efficiently. Everyone we talked to in the office and at the event site itself was very friendly and helpful. They made sure we received everything we ordered and showed us how to adjust everything we might need to do. We plan on using them for all events in the future!

Honestly, I felt so lucky to have found them. They were so easy to work with. From the people on the phone in the office or the crew that delivered and picked up our items. Seriously, the nicest. They set up fast and it was beautiful. The dance floor was amazing as was the lighting. I’m not sure you could want anything else out of a vendor for your big day!

All Out Event was so easy to work with! I needed some chairs last minute and they were so helpful and accommodating. Plus they were GORG!

Miranda was great. We used all out for a wedding and made several changes, including last minute add-ons. No hesitation, Miranda accommodated our every request. Our delivery was a little tricky as the event was downtown just after Pride, and just before the Arts Festival. The coordination between All Out and our rental facility seems seamless on our part. I would recommend them, and if a need ever arises in the future, I would not hesitate to call them.

I recently used them for my wedding reception and everything went great! I used a variety of things such as; round tables, cocktail tables, chairs, and long tables. Miranda was great to work with and helped answer all of my questions. She even allowed me to change my order multiple times and refunded me for the change. Next big event I have I will for sure use them again!

Best tent/rental equipment in the country for all occasions. Amazing staff, customer service is their first priority. Speed and productivity is through the roof with these people. And the tent displays are some of the most beautifully designed tents Ive ever seen. I will DEFINITELY come back to these guys whenever I need to host or rent anything again!

They brought me some patio heaters for a wedding reception in March. Of course, planning ahead like that meant the day wound up being super warm and lovely outside and we didnt even use the heaters. BUT they brought them anyway, in plenty of time for my event, and were super nice and polite. They showed me how to operate the heaters (which I promptly forgot, because of aforementioned nice day) and set them up for me.

I love working with the All Out Event Team! They are kind, professional and always do a fabulous job. They take great care of their inventory/products and especially their clients. I highly recommend them.

Best rental company in town! I have used them for multiple events, and they go above and beyond. They show up promptly with their excellent and knowledgable staff. I have literally worked with everyone in the office and have never had a bad experience. For example we needed extra stage material for a recent event and not only did they have it available, but they brought it by within an hour of me calling. I think their prices are competitive and recommend them to everyone I know.

We just used All Out Rental for our daughters outdoor wedding dinner. We used their farm tables and outdoor lighting overhead as well as other tables, electrical sound systems, umbrellas, etc. They were so nice to work with and they were very professional. I made lots of changes before hand as we were figuring things out and they were very patient and always sent me a new invoice. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Note - they deliver but dont set up unless you pay for the set up but it was worth it!

I love the fact that they answer so late at night. Id prefer they would not personally answer their phone number at the whee hours of the morning to ask me to call in the morning (have it automated or please not send/answer the message), Simply put made me agitated to be personally told to call back later rather than just get a message. 3.5 out of 5: he was very courteous over the phone.

We needed a heated tent area for a video production we were doing - they were timely and set up a perfect, convenient area for our extras to wait until their call times.Thanks guys.I also recommend ordering the heater - we bought our own thinking it would save money and we were not as warm as we couldve been.

All Out Event provided large space heaters for my daughters wedding reception. The weather turned out great and we didnt even turn them on, but they were delivered and picked up on time with no problems. Ive also noticed that their website seems to be the easiest to use in our area and the prices are better than most. So I plan to use them again for my fathers 80th birthday celebration.

Solomon was horrible! I called and spoke with him and he said he would call me back that same day on availability. He didnt call back so I called him and he asked me if I had received any other quotes and said I have made a commitment to work with you, so I need you to tell me if you can do it or not. He said he would call me back to let me know if he could do it or not later that day. He didnt call back at all even after leaving at least one message per day for 5 days. He finally picked answered the phone and he asked me to email him my contact information. He responded about 15 minutes later letting me know he didnt have a tent available. Nice customer service!!!I dont think I would trust him even if he said he could do it, he may just blow you off and not show up!

I recently rented a tent, chandelier, tables, linens, and chairs for my daughters wedding reception. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering an event. They were great to work with from the very beginning to the very end. Their staff was conscientious about staking the tent and making sure that they didnt hit any water lines. They came and picked up when they said they would.When they were setting up there was a broken table and chandelier which they promptly brought replacements for.I was grateful that I had rented a tent as it rained during the entire reception. So glad that my guests had a dry place to sit.

The team at All Out Tent and Events is fabulous to work with. They are great at spec-ing out an event at unusual locations. They are very professional and the entire crew always has a great attitude. Anything I need that they can provide they will. They have helped with last minute add ons and a stuck zipper in a side wall in a horrible rain storm. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants a fabulous event.
