Ive been shipping items back east for years and know the hassle of using the post office and myriad of Fedex/UPS outlets. I found the Mail Center last year and Im so glad I did. Theyre friendly, fast, and I can always rely on the best of pricing. I recently had them package and ship a large piece of framed art something I would have never done in the past due to the crazy amount of money others charge. Keep doing what youre doing!

DO NOT ship internationally with the Mail Center. They told me that the cheapest way to send my package to the Czech would be through Priority Mail for $146. I checked the pricing for all shipping companies before that, so it sounded too steep for it. I told them that Id instead try the post office. They said it would cost me only $18 cheaper, but thats because they will fill out a customs form for me. Glad I took it to the post office. The custom form took me like two minutes to fill out, and the shipping price was $88! Thats a big difference to $146. I did not take out anything from the package or change the box. They might do better with nationwide shipping, but they should try looking more into an international one.

The Mail Center is definitely ready for the Hollidays! Full staff that offers shipping options.I mailed 30 Christmas Cards plus a few packages. They supplied the box’s and packed my gifts for a small fee and made my experience fast and pleasant.

I dont think I realized just how much I appreciated The Mail Center until I moved away :( The staff are so so so friendly and were always willing to take the time to find me the most affordable option for my packages. I dont know why, but I find mailing packages really confusing and stressful...and they were always so patient, honest, and friendly. I mailed a package in my new city the other day and really miss the kind service of The Mail Center and its staff.

I have been coming to the Midvale mail center for over 16 years. I’ve worked with three other businesses who also use them for their main source of all shipping and mailing. All I’ve had is positive experience. They are professional and affordable, courteous and very patient with me! When you have a mailbox with them for all your mail and packages their services are discounted 10%. Now when I need to ship something or you simply bring it with me and they provide the packaging and do everything for me at a discount. They also have several of the services I haven’t needed like fingerprinting. I highly recommend Midvale mail center and have had my own box there for over six years.

My husband went to the mail center to mail our Christmas packages and said the guy at the front desk packaged our items. I know everything that was in the sack I gave my husband to mail. When I spoke with our daughter about her Christmas presents I found out the build a bear that I know was with our gifts did not get sent I knew it had to be because the employee at The Mail Center didnt pack it. It cost me $55.00. Either it is still there or he packed it in someone elses package so someone received a nice gift they dont know who gave it to them. I had to purchase another one and sent it to my daughter myself. Ill NEVER go there again. Thanks to them it cost me double to purchase it twice and send it again. Im not happy with the mail center. Make sure all of your items are in the box they pack for you BEFORE it gets sent out. Busy or not its their responsibility to pack it correctly.

I had a great experience here. I had two UPS returns to Amazon to do. Bret helped me figure out how to get my labels off of Amazon and printed them for me. I brought my old worn out original packaging 🤦🏻‍♀️ lol and insisted on using it. They printed and shipped my packages using their own supplies. And didn’t even charge me. I left feeling guilty because they are in business to make money. This is a prime example of good old fashioned service! You don’t get this anymore. Thanks Bret for making my day and reminding me that people are awesome. And small shop experiences are always the best!! I will continue to come back here and ship with them and I would recommend them to anyone.

Went here to send something through DHL they wanted $190. Went to DHL near the airport and it was 110.

Friendlier service with people who always remember you and supporting that is way better then getting poor service from a huge company. I would give 10 stars if I could! I saved nearly $100 dollars coming here! I had a large item to ship and Brett helped me out by explaining how packaging worked we repacked my item into a box that would fit and not be so bulky. I felt like he genuinely wanted to help me save money. Won’t be going to the post office anymore. I’m a forever customer! Thanks Brett!

So much better than waiting in line at the post office! They are always extremely helpful and friendly and make mailing things easy. You bring what you want to send and they do all the work for you. Reasonably priced and very convenient.

I have had a mailbox here since 1986. It has changed ownership several times and the current owner is the most professional and good to work with of them. They are great to work with.

They are always so nice and once youre a customer its very simple. Plus I can just bring in the item and they take care of my options for packing it and just make it so easy. Most people dread mailing something but theres never really a line here and they always make it a pleasant, easy and efficient experience!Update: Its been 2 years and I still go here cuz they always try to help me save money on packing it better. And when I sent a care package to family in PR after the hurricane, they noticed my flat rate box had plenty of room for more and sent me right back out to fill it up all the way to take full advantage. They are thoughtful and they care. Ill go nowhere else!

I had to return two huge rowers that I had no idea how to box!! They were so patient and took so much time to help me. They even gave me suggestions on how I could save money with shipping at their expense! I would NEVER go back waiting in line at apathetic chain shipping places. They are so personable and quick. Unlike most mail centers, these guys do their darn best to make sure you get the best deal. They dont rip you off in box prices, or shipping. They always have the right size box, and if they dont, they will find another way to save you money. I dont know why I bother with USPS, UPS or FedEX.... these guys are AWESOME!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. They refused to try and help me. They didn’t even try. They told me my label was bad and I had to go to ups. I went to ups and they said that they were wrong and the label was fine. They were just being lazy. I tried to call and file a complaint and they refused to get me to someone to talk to. They wanted me to file a complaint with the person I had a problem with. They were extremely unprofessional.

This is the place to go if you want things shipped for a great price and very friendly service! I highly recommend this store for all your shipping needs. :)
