I love Next Level! They genuinely care. I have gotten over 5 months with the aid of this program and going strong. The staff here is great. The receptionist is great. This is a strong program if you are looking for a way out of dissatisfying drug riddled life. They are also partnered with a Sober Home that is very conducive to recovery and includes a great community to help get you on your feet.

Would not recommend this place. The counselors do you not care about there clients, and do not take the time to meet them. The sober living houses that Next Level owns is pit of trash. People are constantly relapsing and they continue to let them live there. The house manager do not care about the clients at the house. There sober living propertys need some better management. If your wanting to get clean and sober live this is not the place to be. Stay far away from this place. Do your research and find a much better place. This place is a pit hole of trash full addicts who do not want to get sober!

I’m literally not even sure where these “bad” reviews have come from on here. Next Level Recovery / Sober Living Properties has without a doubt changed my life and I’m absolutely alive because of their help. In July of 2017, I was living in my car down at the “block” (which was at one point the largest open-air drug market in the US) in downtown Salt Lake City. Just smoking heroin and cocaine on a daily basis, pretty much just waiting to die. With the help of my family, I detoxed and they moved me directly into their Draper sober living home. It changed my life. I learned to take pride in things I do, to love myself and hold myself accountable. Ultimately, my path led me from being a resident at the Draper house, moving up to the house manager position at the Millcreek house, moving out of the sober living (while at the same time) gaining full-time employment with them as their “Recovery Residence Manager” (going to all of their properties and checking in with the clients daily) and ultimately I became the general manager for the entire Sober Living side. (Unfortunately) I resigned my employment with them, to go and chase my dreams. At the end of this month (April), I’ll be boarding a plane to Stockholm, Sweden. So if that doesn’t say something about their program, I literally don’t know what does?July 1st 2017, living in a car down at the block not showering, eating and waiting to die.April 1st 2019 Boarding a plane to move to Europe and chase my dreams.I’d say it worked for me and my advice to the couple of negative reviews on here is that a recovery program / sober living can’t just “fix you”, you’ve got to put in some hard work of your own. You get back what you put in and i always received a 100% return from Next Level Recovery / Sober Living Properties.

Wow, what an incredible group of people here. Its so great to see people recovering from addiction with treatment that actually works. I also heard from my friend that went here that they have sober living houses which seems super smart to me. Great addiction recovery center.

Next Level Recovery, I can honestly say was perfectly the place for me to smoothly make my transition from in- patient treatment into reality. I successfully went through their IOP program and it has helped me maintain my sobriety.First and foremost they have an incredible, well informed clinical team that helped me identify the issues that lead me to addiction. They also have an exceptional clerical staff that display caring, and show compassion for your well being. Not to mention that owners are genuinely concerned about their patients as they strive to make a difference in helping the recovery community, but they dont stop there, they also have a effective sober living program that has been a blessing in my life. I highly recommend this caring facility.I will forever be grateful to the owners, the staff and the Next Level Recovery Center for walking with me and showing me how to live again. :)

I took a drug and alcohol interview here yesterday. It cost me $175. After I took it, the therapist told me I would likely have to take it somewhere else, and go somewhere else because I dont have insurance. They are going to send my report to the court for me, but when I try to sign up for classes and therapy they told me I have to take, they tell me its going to cost $2,500 per month. Im not expecting the state to help me because they believe I make to much money to receive assistance. I dont really want to go anywhere else because I dont drive, and dont feel like I need much help in my recovery anyway. None of that really matters though because I feel like this place only cares about the money.

The best rehab experience that I have ever had. I lived in their sober living house for a couple of months after leaving an inpatient facility in Montana, and living with 14 other men isnt ideal, but it definitely gave me motivation to better my self and my situation. The group sessions during out patient treatment were engaging and I learned a lot from them. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and how they treat their patients. If someone relapsed or was going through hardships, the understanding and support from the staff as well as members was unreal.Kirsty was my counselor and she is genuinely the most kind, accepting, and genuine counselor I have ever known. And Ive had bad experience with counselors in the past. I have had sessions with her weekly (for the most part), for the past year and I will miss her immensely. She will be hard to replace.Highly reccomend Next Level Recovery for anyone struggling with addiction.
