I have to say that I love Carson Elevator. I have worked with them for years on multiple building throughout Utah and Salt Lake County, and they are always very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fair, Honest and Reasonable Costs: I turned to Carson Elevator for inspection and maintenance of my home elevator after have a series of very negative experiences with another competitor in the area. The Carson technician was very thorough in his inspection, left a complete inspection report and seemed very knowledgeable about the make and model in our home. He carefully explained key inspection points and what I can watch for. He also explained why some very costly parts replacements which had been recommended by our former elevator service company were really not required to ensure safety or integrity of the elevator. The costs for inspections and repairs from Carson is significantly less than the competitor that I had been using. The competitor also required an annual service agreement for the inspection and the agreement did nothing other than provide a listing of expensive service rates. Carson seems to be honest, fair and reasonable, completely the opposite of Y.E.S.
