Last July was my first time coming to a mobile repair shop. Every employee I spoke to was friendly and genuinely interested in helping me out. It was nice to feel like I wasnt wasting their time. They special ordered my screen since it wasnt in stock. A few days later the screen came in and they got it repaired that day.While I felt a little shoehorned into getting the premium bundle, I dont regret the extra purchase because the liquid screen protection has made my phone sturdy and the power bank I got as my free accessory was exactly what I needed. Since the repair, Ive dropped my phone a few more times with no damage. One drop was from a height of over 4ft. Thankfully I added a tempered glass screen protector for extra peace of mind because the screen protector took the hit and my screen did not crack.Overall, they were very good to me. Expect to be offered more than just the repair and if you can afford the additional bundles Id say theyre worth it.

I had a great experience with Fixit Mobile! I needed to get my tempered glass protection replaced, and Jon was efficient and extremely thorough. While he was working on that, both Jon and Haley shared some of their expertise with phones with me, and they were able to answer my questions. I received great customer service and this will be my go-to place the next time I need some help with my phone!

They saved my butt twice! And saved me almost $800 that I would have had to spend on a new phone! They were able to repair a screen on an old device that gave me access to some really important documents that I thought I had lost, then they saved my butt again about a month later by replacing my camera lens. And both repairs cost less than $50 out the door, which was amazing. Cant recommend them enough!

About a year ago I had the head of my phone charger lodged in my phone. Luckily for me I had a wireless charger and put it to work. Because of an upcoming trip, I really needed to be able to charge my phone via external battery which means I needed this resolved.First was super easy to communicate with, and had my phone fixed in literally 30 seconds…. I should have hit this team up years ago!! Will be back!

Very disappointed in the quality of parts used to replace the screen on my iPhone. Immediately after getting my phone back after a screen replacement, I noticed the refresh rate and LCD is extremely poor quality. I mentioned this to the worker and it was an “oh well” response. Also, after picking up my phone the ear piece didn’t work. I thought it was my phone but it turns out they didn’t even plug it in?! And then, less than a week after the cheap screen cracks. I had my original screen for 2 years with no issues, and this is a lower quality LCD that cracks within days… happy to say I will never do business with this place again and for the overpriced screens, I will go somewhere else.

Needed a battery replaced so I could trade my phone in and brought it to Fixit Mobile. They had it done within an hour and relatively inexpensive.If youre in the Midvale surrounding area and need phone work I highly recommend them.

I took my cell in because I broke the back glass. Four hours later, it was back in one piece as good as new. I also had the gadget guard installed. It keeps your glass from shattering and gives a little water protection. It also gives you some scratch protection on the glass. I have used these folks for multiple devices and I am always delighted. I highly recommend these guys

If ya need a phone repaired quickly then this is the place. Called around a few places and these guys did the job for about 70 dollars less then what I was quoted elsewhere. They were extremely attentive over the phone and without me asking they made sure they had the right screen before I made the drive out here. Scheduled my appointment online and had the easiest time with this team! I was told my repair would take an hour and it took exactly as long as they said it would. When I got my phone it looked brand new (again) and has been working like its brand new as well! Got my battery, charge port and back screen repaired; picked up an amazing ten foot charger as well. Really glad I chose to come here. Will be using FixIt again if I ever have phone repair needs.

I was told from the West Jordan location to come here because they had a temper glass for my phone. I arrived in hopes to have it done in a matter of time, my phone had a small crack on the top left corner which is why I wanted the protection. The girl comes out the back and tells me she had bad news, she came out with my phone and had a full broken piece from that same corner and a black screen with no access. I was so upset, a screen was installed twice previously to this and not once did they brake a piece off my phone accidentally. A simple visit turned out to be a disaster and spent money on a new phone. A screen protector turned out to be an entire new phone.

I had a broken screen on my Samsung S8. It was a liquid screen so the actual screen needed to be replaced. They were awesome, and the girl whom helped me was very pretty. And also, that was In flames I was listening to.

The Tech Shaun was amazing. The Charger cable broke off into the female end of my iPhone X. I tried taking it out myself with some small needle nose pliers but had not luck. When I brought it in they said No Problem with a great attitude and a big smile. I waited in the lobby for less then 10 minutes and it was fixed. I would highly recommend Fixit Mobile!

Had a broken screen on an Android which I needed to trade in before getting an upgrade to my call phone. They had the part in stock, answered all of my questions and were done in 2 hours. My son had a battery issue in his phone, took it in and had the same experience. I called 4 places for the first issue. Everyone seemed out out by my call. Fixit was kind and understanding. I’d go back in the future.

I went in to get my screen and camera fixed, and they did an amazing job. They got it done in an hour, and their prices are extremely competitive. They are super down to earth and won’t try to upsell you. I felt like I could trust them right away! I feel like you can’t get this quality service or price anywhere else.

I hardly ever write reviews, if I ever have a bad experiance or bad service I like to think that they either have had a really bad day or that something is going on with their current situation and give them the benefit of doubt and move on with my day. But in this case I feel 100% ripped off and extremely frustrate. We took my wifes I-phone 11 in and got the screen replaced and way over paid for some sort of screen protector that we where told had a life time guarantee and it was the best of the best. Im talking WAY OVER PAID here. Screen protector cracked and peeled with in 4 months actual screen is coming apart some how. We took the phone back in and just asked to have the screen protector replaced under the warranty. I kid you not the girl said oh thats not the warrantied screen protector, its the other one that doesnt recognize your finger so it doesnt work if we use it. I would of had better luck covering the phone with Saranwrap. DO NOTGO HERE.

My phone screen got jacked up suddenly. This place was a life saver when I only got the screen to work long enough to get their address. While it felt expensive it was far less than purchasing a new phone and being on a payment plan for another two years. Their service was fast, friendly and it was like getting a new phone when I picked up my old phone. Then to get a check up text message months later was quite a shock but actually a very nice touch to the service they provided me. If you need your phone fixed, definitely check with these guys before you spend the money for a new one. If needed Ill be using these guys in the future! Thank you!

When it comes to repairs you never know where to go or who to trust so my husband told me to take my phone to the Midvale location. They assured me if the problem wasn’t what they thought it was (lcd replaced) they wouldn’t charge to take a look. That ended up being the problem so I got it repaired at the price I was hoping. I was told by a store at the mall that it would be 79.00 and maybe another 79.00 to fix my 6 S phoneWell I could buy a new one for that!I Decided to wait and visit fixit Monday morning. Well worth the wait.They thought it might be a 59.00 part, but they cleaned the phone inside all the parts and then some and the problem with my sound not working was fixed and no charge was given to me.Went back the next day as I was almost down to 80 per cent battery and they put a new battery in, still was losing battery fast and they changed out the battery no questions. Got a few hints on how to keep my battery life like turn off blue tooth and also I already was careful about keeping my apps closed but will watch it even more. Might be able to keep this older phone for a little longer. This 6 S has been good because it has so much memory has been a good phone foe me.

The charging port on my treasured IPAD Pro went out. It is 4 or 5 years old so I didnt want to pay too much to refurbish it. The price was fair and they were more than flexible in accommodation my schedule. Someone helped me over the phone with most details and allowed me to drop it off quickly. Someone stayed late, after closing hours to hand deliver me my repaired device. They even unbent my casing for free from where I had accidentally sat on and bent my IPAD. I was impressed with the care and attention they took. I was reassured in regard to my safety questions. They sent me home with a home button that had a crack in it which I thought was plastic wrap but the home button is now just breaking more and more I spent about $200 And they’re not even willing to fix what they broke in the first place. Very poor business your techs don’t deserve a cent I hope you lose you’re entire business. It’s $45 to replace after all i spent there And they can’t even do that lol greedy greedy business and poor customer service

I took in my Moto Z4 with little hope of it being resurrected. Somehow these guys were able to save it and it was back to being just like new, so I was super impressed (especially by the how quickly they were done since they had to order a part.) Their business name is appropriate, they do indeed Fix It and they have great customer service even though you can tell they are really busy. Thats 5 star worthy in my book.

This is also reflective of the Brickyard location. It seems their warranty/service plan, what it covers, and duration has changed. I cant tell you how many times I heard we dont offer that anymore in the last week (over the phone and in person) when it was offered to me at the time I bought the service plan(s). That aside, their prices are outrageous compared to another local shop I just went to because I was told by the Midvale location yesterday that I should go somewhere less expensive if possible (which I did). Sales clerk even told me that the crack was on the back of the phone and wouldnt affect how I use the front of the phone...true but that wasnt what I wanted for that phone and I needed 2 phone repairs.So...I go from we dont offer that anymore to I found a place less expensive and with better service in Sandy.

Awesome service! I had brought in my OnePlus 6 to get the charging port replaced, but the employee suggested he just give it a clean first. That was my issue, and there was no charge for the service! Forgot to get his name, but he had longer hair and a Def Leppard t-shirt on🤘

I went in thinking there was going to be a wait because I had called in before. My grandma was having a hard time hearing from the top speaker of her iPhone when she was on phone calls. I walked in with my grandmas phone and Ben helped me immediately. He took the phone in the back and he had fixed it within 5 minutes and did not charge a thing! I would have been more than happy to wait but the timing was great. I would definitely recommend going here.

They suggested that I might be having trouble with the charging unit I had been using. They are very honest, and didnt even charge me. Brought my iPad in thinking it needed an expensive charging port fix. The tech took it in the back and was able to remove a small piece of metal inside that fixed it and they did it free of charge! They are honest and fair and I will keep coming back.

They broke my iPhone. I was sent here for a repair by my phone insurance company. A few weeks after, Face ID wouldnt function and parts started to fall off my device. Even though they claim the repair is warrantied, they lied and used every excuse to get out of fixing it.I visited an Apple Authorized Service Provider instead who confirmed my device was poorly repaired and was able to gather substantial proof for my insurance company. Insurance ended up having to pay to replace my phone because it so messed up it was no longer repairable.

No charge. It is not often that you can go to a business and leave without a bill. My phone would not allow a charging cord to be inserted. I thought for sure I would need a new phone. I call them today and they were upfront that it could be an $80 charge to replace the charging port or simply a cleaning at no charge. It ended up being just a cleaning. Just so you know, they will clean your phone for free. Give them a try. And know that they will be honest with you regarding cost and time.

Nice people! But when I got my phone back a month later I took my case off and noticed that the screen started coming off and was loose . And that inside the new screen that the paint is starting to come off. And when I took my phone there my phone battery was fine but when I got it back it’s like the battery started dying faster

I was pretty sure I needed a replacement part and called around to get prices. Chose to go in here. Told them what was going on fully prepared to spend $100 on said part. They fixed it without needing to replace that part when they totally could have and for way cheaper.

My MacBook Air died while trying to install the newest software update. My memory was full of stuff I couldn’t figure out how to remove myself.Jordan totally helped me out, super friendly and great customer service. Very smart & knows what he’s doing. He called me with updates and cleaned up my memory and my laptop is as good as new now. I felt comfortable & safe giving him my passwords (kinda scary to give those out). Would totally go back if I ever need any help with my laptop or iPhone. And it was a great price too.😁👍🏼👍🏼

A few months ago we went here to get a phone fixed and paid for their advantage plus when the person helped saying we could use it for either of our phones to get the screen protectors if we needed them to be replaced. Today when I went in to get one for my phone I was then told it was against policy. Which would’ve been fine if I wouldn’t have been told that it worked for both phones. Either, they need to train their employees on the policies better or make sure they aren’t lying to customers because now I’m frustrated I paid more money than needed for a waste.

First of all, I came here because of the positive reviews. We took my daughters phone to the apple store and was told basically to get a new phone. When we went in to Fixit Mobile, Josh greeted us, listened to our issue & told us of a common problem, said he didnt have a permanent fix but lets start there & there isnt a charge. Quick, efficient, friendly! So far, no problem! Highly recommend these guys!
