Best car rental experience I’ve ever had! Hannah is wonderful to work with and it was a very quick period from when I arrived to when I left with the vehicle. Also, this is the only time ever in all my years of traveling and renting that I’ve gotten the rental car insurance they offer.Manager Jason (I believe is his name) and the new guy who checked me back in were also quick and extremely nice. 10/10 would rent from again!

Very easy and nice to rent from. I forgot my license after working a long shift and Kevin was great in taking me to my house down the street to grab it. Very clear in explaining prices and asked multiple times if I understood how he got the numbers he did. Would highly recommend renting from when in a pinch.

I have been trying to get a rental through my auto insurance with the Midvale location for a week and a half. They advertise that they accept cash, check, or card with the Visa or master card logo but they dont. Today I called to see if they still have a vehicle that I could come and get and Rosie got very rude with me and wouldnt let me get a word in. I have been using enterprise for years and I have never been treated so rudely.

This has become my car rental “go-to” for work and leisure rentals. The staff is awesome and is really what makes the difference. I have worked primarily with Morgan who has been incredibly helpful time after time over the phone and in person. She is kind, professional and committed to providing a great product. Her customer service focus is noteworthy, and as a result, we will be back.

I had a reservation at the airport. I made it two months ago. I go to the airport and they cant rent to me because I am not flying out or in. I immediately make a reservation from this location at the airport, for a car at the Midvale location, because the employee wont do it for me. I then head down to this location in Midvale. It is about 17 miles away and I was using public transportation. I get there and APPARENTLY the website was still allowing bookings even with no cars available. We find a cancelled reservation and just have to run my card when I am told about an additional 200 dollar deposit . I have the money just in cash. The employee goes inside to see if he can run me the two miles to my bank so I can deposit it there and be on my way. Rather than seal up a 600 dollar deal, (I WAS renting for 8 days) the assistant manager, a female I never got the name of, said they were too busy to help me out. I wasted 6 hours of MY time just to have her decide she didnt want my money. Enterprise you suck, and I do NOT plan on ever renting from your company again.

But this place treats its customers like royalty.If you want a rental, call the local store, not the website, just because the Enterprise website doesnt have the latest details on available local rentals.

I have rented from Enterprise quite a bit and have always been satisfied but had a situation with this last rental that was extremely frustrating and frankly I dont understand how its even possible.I had rented the car from one location and was returning to another. I needed to extend the rental from Sunday May 31 to Saturday June 6. I went on line and tried to do that, but got a message that I had to call instead. I called the number on the website as directed at 11:59 am on Saturday afternoon....after going through several prompts, I was then instructed that I had to call the local office which of course closed at noon. So then I called back the national number on the website where I was assured that someone from a regional office would be calling me back shortly as Enterprise did not have access to the local database.Needless to say, no one called me back. When I called back the national number, no one could help me extend the rental nor tell me how much it might cost me -- I was told that I could keep the car and then on Monday I could then find out how much it cost.I know of no one who would ever commit to buying something without know how much it would cost until after making a commitment and am struggling to understand how Enterprise would think this was an acceptable solution. I also dont understand how a car rental company with national coverage cannot assist nationally and is using independent systems.

Needed a rental with mine in the shop. This place was buzy - 5 people waiting. Connor and Morgan rocked it! Unbelievable over the top customer service. Had me out of there in just a few mins. I recommend these two and this location the next time you need a rental.

I had a great experience with this location! The staff were super friendly when I called to book. There was a little hesitation around knowledge of applying insurance rates, but they answered my questions quickly enough. When I picked up the car, the representative walked all around the car and was fairly meticulous with the inspection of damage. I appreciated this very much and had not experienced it with any rental company. I returned the car on a Sunday, while they were closed. I received a phone call the following day letting me know that the car had been checked in without issues. I dont get this from my regular Enterprise location and I appreciated this follow up. I chose this location over the nearby Hertz because of the Google reviews, even though Enterprise cost more money. I am very glad I did! I would gladly rent from this location again in the future. Highly recommended.

Closed at 5 pm the day before, sure our fault I guess but was unaware until we showed up after work at 530Was there the next day 5 min before opening and somehow our reservation we made months ago was gone. Absolutely livid. Prepaid for the entire trip and now they are telling us the entire wasatch front has no cars available

I have rented from several Enterprise locations, and this one has been my best experience. The customer service is familial. They take care of you like you are family. Very nice staff. We had a small issue with our car and they offered to give us a free day on the rental. They even sent us a text to see how we were liking our car. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

My car was recently In the shop, needed to extend the rental for a little longer called Morgan at the Midvale,Ut branch and she went above and beyond given the last minute changes. This is by far the best enterprise in the state. They always have great selection of cars. They make you feel important. Cars are always very clean! The staff is fantastic, professional, friendly. Morgan and Kevin knocked it out of the park for my girlfriend and me. We were in an accident and the other partys insurance had yet to get us into a rental. We needed a rental that day and Morgan and Kevin spent a considerable amount of time and effort in order to make that happen. Couldnt be happier with the service from the staff. I always use Enterprise and this experience cemented that.

Great experience. They picked me up at my hotel. Rented me a quality van that performed admirably. Did an after hours drop off. Called me the next day to review charges. No surprises. They said thank you for your business. All good.

We weren’t able to get the rental car that we needed but they provided us with an alternative vehicle and didn’t end up charging us for it. Chad was very accommodating and went above and beyond.....excellent customer service!

Called to make a reservation, the person I spoke to said that at time of pickup, I would only have to pay the $250.00 deposit, and the price of rental would come out of the deposit refund. I clarified what the person said before I hung up. I called back couple days later to change the times I would be picking up the car, spoke with someone different, and was told it would cost the rental PLUS the deposit. I told them that wasnt what I was told when I originally made the reservation. No explanation was given as to why I was told the incorrect information, not even a token apology, just, No, price is rental plus deposit.Edit: My cancellation caused me to shop around more for a rental, Affordable Rent-a-car in Murray gave me a better car for less money than Enterprise, despite the fact that Affordable DOESNT have unlimited mileage and Enterprise DOES, so I guess I have Enterprise to thank for saving me money.Edit 2: To the owner Chris R., theres nothing for us to discuss. Im not the first negative review, and the point from one review to the next is consistent: the people you hire have attitude. For all I know, you encourage it, because youve obviously havent done anything to dissuade it. Whether or not you address it is up to you.

I am retired living on a fixed income and have been to blessed to take advantage of Enterprises Weekend Special for years. Enterprise has given me the freedom and independence that I miss in not having a car. They pick me up and return me home, the price is phenomenal, and the Customer Service is the best you will find. Tyler and the Enterprise crew, in Midvale, went above and beyond my customer service expectations. Unfortunately, the car we rented smelt of cigarette smoke a few hours after we left town, the previous renter mustve smoked in the car and than masked the smell with a sweet fragrance. They did a good job too because I have a good sense of smell and it went completely undetected by me, at first.Anyways, long story short the smell of the car was making me sick. We called Tyler to complain and before we had a chance he was already offering to call and get a second car arranged in our current location. Swapping the car in southern Utah was quick and simple. In fact, the woman was outside waiting for us to arrive with keys to our new car in hand. Not that we felt enterprise owed us anything beyond rectifying the situation. Tyler also discounted our four day rental due to the inconveniences it may have caused, which took $40.00 of the grand total.Tyler made what couldve been a distasteful situation for my partner and I, into a positive outcome. Rented a van for work a while back and they made it very easy. The van was clean and fueled up. They gave me a free upgrade to use on my next rental but I rent cars so seldom that I was not able to use it. The return process was very simple and painless. I would rent from here again if needed.

I usually rent from a different Enterprise location, but my last rental was rather spur-of-the-moment and my regular location didnt have the vehicle class that I wanted. I checked with this location as they are also relatively close to my home, and they had several vehicles available so I made a reservation and went over there.The staff was incredible. Even though some of the staff were relatively new to the job, they all exhibited high levels of professionalism. I dealt with three staff members over the course of my rental, and every one of them went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best service possible. I was offered the choice of three vehicles that they had on the lot at the moment, and even given the chance to sit in each (and have my wife sit in each) to determine which was the most comfortable.My original rental was for three days, but by the third day it became apparent that we would need to use the car a little longer. I placed a quick call to the location and they told me that there was no problem at all extending my rental to a week. By the end of the week, I had been enjoying the car so much that we decided to extend another week... again, a quick call to the office and my rental was extended without any problems.On returning the vehicle, again, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They reviewed my usage, asked about any problems with the car (there were none), and advised me about how my deposit would be returned to my debit card. All-in-all, it was a very pleasant experience.While I will probably go back to my normal location for future rentals, I will always keep this location in mind for times when I cant get the vehicle I want at my regular shop. I will also continue to recommend it to my friends who live in the area for when they have a rental car need.Keep up the good work, guys!

This past rental, we at first extended our reservation, but after 2 long days of medical procedures, decided to return the car early. No hassle, only paid for the time we actually used the car, and even a refund on the amount we had prepaid for fuel, based on how little we used! Thank you, Midvale Enterprise!!

Wow! Three buildings worth of employees. And I thought they only rented cars. Here was another company that is using Rocky Mountain Powers incentives to switch out their old inefficient florescent lamps for new massively efficient LEDs. Change the ballist, and replace the old glass bulbs with plastic nearly unbreakable 7 year lasting lamps and these wise companies are breaking even on their investment in 12 months, saving the environment, and massively reducing their energy footprint on the grid. Way to go Enterprise Rent-A-Car, keep leading in yet another area of commerce.

Employees were very professional. The car was great. I dont think I have ever picked up a car that didnt have the gas tank full so we had to stop at a gas station before our trip. Also, the display kept saying the air pressure was low in one of the tires even though we filled it with air three times during the trip.For my dates of travel, Enterprise was the cheapest to rent from but their prices for daily insurance seem outrageous to me.But the car was nice and clean and drove great.

Staff at the Midvale UT location were very helpful and friendly. Even opened early this morning when they saw we were waiting to drop off. And they gave us a brand spanking new vehicle!! Excellent.

Make this your destination for a car rental in SLC. Friendly, kind, smart staff who were flexible with our schedule and idiosyncrasies. We added a day of service at the last minute and they accommodated us, we had a lot of luggage and they helped us with it, we have thick southern accents and they made us feel welcome and understood. Exceptional quality car--we opted for the second-from the bottom rung car but received an upgrade based on availability of the superior vehicle. The car was quiet and roomy, handled well, and was comparably fuel efficient.

Fast and friendly service. The only reason Im not giving them 5 stars is because it was rush hour when we picked up our car and trying to turn out of there onto State Street was a serious chore. So if youre going to rent from this location you will be pleased with the service. Just pick your car up before 4:30 p.m.

I always have a great experience at this location (Midvale, UT). The customer service here is great. The service is always very friendly and they always solve any problems that arise. I just rented a car from them and when I showed up, there were no cars available in the class that I had reserved. The manager called around and found me a better upgraded car for the original price. We had to go to a different office to pick it up but it took very little extra time and they were very helpful in getting it. Any time I need a rental car this is the only place I look.

They dropped me off at the auto body shop when I turned in my rental to go get my car. Can you believe it? I was so impressed that they had that service. Very, very nice. Cuz of course you need a ride when you drop of the rental! The only thing I would suggest is please put a snow scraper in the car because it snowed... and I didn’t have one because it was in my car at the shop.

Once again I give Midvales Enterprise Rent A Car a five star rating. If I could give higher I would. They are hands down the best enterprise around. The customer service is beyond every expectation you could set. They are prompt and will do everything possible to ensure you have a positive experience. I dont rent from anyone else.

The car exterior was dirty. It was a Jeep Patriot. Looked so old. Didnt even have a USB port. The pick up was pathetic, so bad that I tried to drive on manual. The sticks for starting the screen wiper or making the headlight upper or dipper was not working. Need a oil change. The indicator blinked throughout the trip. If this is how enterprise intends to serve, I better shift to Avis.

Great service! They picked is up and brought us back home when we returned the car. The driver gave us great information on local sites to see and even made a 2nd trip to our house because I left my phone in the car!

Very good experience, I picked a car online, they called and said they didnt have that car, but said I could take a brand new Ford f150 for the same price! Such a great car. From the time we got there and left it was maybe 10 min, they are so fast and they dont waste your time with so much paperwork. Then when I took the truck back, they gave me a ride home, which really helped me out! I would get another car from them. Oh and their rental prices cant be beat!

I desperately needed a minivan to transport my 5 grandchildren while I was taking care of them in July, so in June I called to set the whole thing up. The first location I called didnt have one available for the days I needed it. The second location didnt tell me they were technically out of my pick up area, so I went ahead and reserved the van without knowing that. When I checked to confirm my reservation a few days before, I was told I would have to pick it up at their location because I was too far away for them to pick me up. I explained that none of my grandchildren could drive and I would have no way to get my car back home so I really couldnt make it work without their pickup. The young man who answered my call put me on a brief hold, consulted with the manager, and they approved an exception in my case to pick me up with all the kids. I cant describe how relieved I was that they were willing to do that for me! Their whole process was easy, fast, professional, and accommodating. Thats very rare these days. I would highly recommend Enterprise to anyone, especially this location.

Service from Enterprise is always exemplary! They offer to give a ride to and from their local offices and make renting a car so much more comfortable. The billing system is pretty organized and I never have had any problems with invoices/ bills.

I wish I had the name of the girl that assisted us at the Midvale location. She was friendly, helpful and provided excellent customer service. The car that we had booked was not available but another car came that did fit the class of car we booked around the same time we got there. She personally cleaned and washed the car for us! Awesome service. Will be using them again in the near future!

Fantastic customer service! I rented a car here for several weeks had a disagreement on the billing went in to the office agitated and the manager Wes totally diffused the situation. He actually admitted that someone had made a mistake and what can we do to make it better! Walked in mad and walked out and extremely happy customer again!

Customer service was great - their pick-up and drop off is superb. Only thing I would have preferred is the car was pretty dirty with dust, particularly the back window - clearly sat out in the lot getting dirty after they washed from prior use if it even was cleaned. Also service light kept coming on to check tire pressure. This should have been checked before going out for service.

The staff were friendly and courteous. There was an issue with the direct bill for insurance and they handled it quickly so I could get on my way.

This experience was great. However, it was supposed to be a do over for a terrible experience the last time I used Enterprise. I lost a lot of money on the previous experience having a car that didnt function properly and believed I was getting a good deal with a Free Weekend Special. When I rented this time I was offered $30 off and a half tank of gas. Unfortunately this didnt come close to making up for Basketball tickets that I couldnt use and driving 100 miles to the closest airport to switch out the car (this had to be done immediately as the car wouldnt shut off). When I contacted Enterprise to redeem this offer, I was told the local branch manager would take care of it when I got there. When I arrived to pick up the car they didnt know what I was talking about. All in all it was a poor experience.

Outstanding service. Extremely nice, caring, helpful and genuine employees. For once a rental place that did everything to save me money rather than gouge me. Go to the Midvale location. They rock!

Called in today to asked questions, and the gentleman on the other end seemed irritated with me. When I called back to cancel my reservation, he almost seemed pleased, as if to say, Great, now I dont have to deal with him! Not a very good sign of good customer service. I will not be doing business with Enterprise rent a car in the Mildvale Location.

The folks at Enterprise were, as usual, very professional and helped me promptly and thoroughly. I had tried to reserve a car with Hertz and they bungled it. Enterprise was right across the street so I went there and they got me a car right away even without a reservation.

Ive used this location three times, and all three were stellar experiences. They took extremely good care of me. The cars were great too.

Everything was fine on the rental except when I left the parking lot I noticed the drivers side mirror wouldnt adjust. No biggie. I returned the vehicle on the day it was due. They inspected the car which had no damage and gave me my deposit back. Now I get a letter saying I caused damage of some kind which is completely not true. I didnt even put a scratch on it. They notify you in a shady email sent on a Friday when they are closed all weekend so I have to wait til monday to figure this garbage out. I thought they were good, turns out theyre crooks. Never using enterprise again and Im telling everyone I know of my experience. What a way to ruin someones weekend.....

This is the fourth time in two months that I have rented a car from Enterprise. All my experiences with the Midvale, Utah, office has been good. This last experience was no different. The young men who work at this branch are very business like as well as very kind. They have picked me up and returned me each time I have rented a vehicle from Enterprise.The pick-up and return is a big plus for me in using their service. I will continue to use Enterprise, in the future.

One of the reasons I chose to rent from this location were the excellent reviews. My car was ready at the time I reserved it. It was new and clean. I dropped it off early and they quickly got it ready for its next traveler.

Every time I have rented a car from this place the windshield has been filthy dirty. If you decide to rent a car from this place you better take Windex and paper towels.

Very courteous and customer oriented personnel. Car was ready for us upon arrival. When we returned the car I told them of a little problem with the car, nothing major, just a glitch. They apologized and gave us a free weekend rental. I was not expecting anything and told them they didnt need to do that. They said they want us completely satisfied. Couldnt be more pleased with their service and professionalism.The only drawback to this location is trying to get into and out of during rush hour.

Always sketchy. I was in there store when an 80 year old women walked in. One of the suite wearing fake people that work there asked if she had a good walk... they wont or did not have time to pick her up and she had just walked 5 blocks in a snow storm.

This location shouldnt even get one star. My fiance rented a car and needed an extra day. She called requested they charge her for the extra day and they said her card wasnt working when it should be. Mark the manager was extremely rude on the phone told her she shouldnt be renting a car if she doesnt have the money to do it when we know she did. She decided to go into the location after talking to the bank and mark the manager said I dont care what your bank says and was extremely rude. Long story short she left and called me in tears because of how disrespectful he was. The card was actually charged but they didnt seem to care. We will not go to this location or Enterprise and well make sure to pass it around to our friends and family not to go there either. I left marks boss a message you never got back to me and I also emailed Enterprise who has not got back to me as of yet. Extremely unprofessional as nobody deserves to leave a place of business in tears because the manager doesnt know how to cooperate with people.

I have rented from the Midvale location every time I have rented and they always provide a good service, treat you with respect and do all they can to meet your needs. I will absolutely rent from them again. This time it was a holiday weekend I rented and noticed after driving the car a bit it was not super cleaned up inside. I ran accross a lot of sticky finger marks on the console/driving area...easy to clean up but only reason I did not put 5 stars.

They said they couldnt pick me up because it was more then 3 miles from the store to my house (enterprise will pick you up anywhere) nope not this enterprise also i had problems with a car i rented called first thing in the am and waited for them to call me back like they said they would (never did) finally called them at 5pm and i think allison was her name didnt know what to do so i had ro suggest taken it back to a different enterprise which i did a west vally location which they took good care of me not great care but good care i was expecting an upgrade or something to compensate for their mistakes but later down the road west vally location has still been taken care of me 4490w 3500s do not rent from 7200s state worst enterprise yet!!!
