Tiffany was absolutely amazing. Never had to use a bondsman before but she was in office very late and waited for me to get there after i called. Totall helped me out in a pinch last minute and short on cash. Didnt have to break the bank to get help and treated me like my business was valued and welcomed.So nice to know that there are people like Tiffany at Hy and Mikes.Thank you so very much.

Wish they had negative stars. Just got off the phone with a guy who didnt want to do a bond because the amount was too small. Thanks for the attitude and for hanging up on me. Your customer service skills could definitely be improved!

Horrible place. DO NOT go through them. They will rip you off. Not bail the person. Keep your money. They work with the copsto get you locked up and will play nice to get your money and say. They get you back out but dont. I see lots of lawsuits in their future.
