Today, more than 10 years after I fired you, I received an email from your no-reply email account trying to upsell me still??? I fired you because when I called with questions, you never responded. I now have an agent that calls me back asap, if he doesnt answer the phone himself (usuallycalls back within minutes). I would be an idiot to take you for my agent again.

Scott was great! When we went to meet with him, we learned a lot about how much liability coverage we really need to protect our assets. TBH, we didnt even realize we have anything worth sueing us for. He wasnt pushy at all, which was a relief.

Over the years, I was served well, quickly and advised honestly by Scott and all of his staff.

So I get this thing in the mail with a Google Maps photo of the front of my home. It says Estimated annual premium for and then my address. It gives 2x the coverage I need / have on my home and the premium is some ridiculously low rate. I go to the Stewart website, and request a quote on my home. The rate turns out to be twice what was advertised in the document despite me never having a claim and having excellent credit. And it offered HALF of the coverage offered in the advertisement. This is called bait and switch and it appears that this guy has it down to a science. Apparently Farmers is so hard up for business that theyve stooped below the likes of Timeshare Sales Guy and Used Car Sales Guy. What a joke.
