I walked in and they asked how I got here, I said I got dropped off, they told me to call the person who dropped me off to make sure I wasn’t driving. They didn’t know if I was going to walk or wait for a ride, very unprofessional. Would recommend going to another interlock place especially if you have a great Lawer like Anita D. Not very professional.

If youre dealing with the tragedy of a dui Use These Guys as your interlock provider. Id heard horror stories of other interlock companies but these guys were amazingly easy & transparent to deal with. Theyre on your side & want u to get back on your feet as easily as possible.

Although there are certain things that are just out of your hands when youre dealing with the UDOT and the DMV with strict penalties for not adhering to the policy agreements set forth and my issues are not with this company, they have been quite accomodating and understanding and very professional. Not to mention the cheapest and ONLY place to install an interlock on a motorcycle in the state.

This company was a breath of fresh air to work with! I went though A1 interlock initially and they were terrible!! (you can check their site for my review.) I have had noting but an awesome experience here. Thank you so much for making the transition easy for me. Getting a dui is hard enough as it is but I appreciate your professionalism and knowledge during this difficult time. Would definitely recommend!

These guys know what they are doing, they know the ins and outs of what the state requirements are, and they have always been friendly and helpful with me. They are knowledgeable and are great at passing that knowledge on so as a customer I know exactly what to expect.

This place is the Best! Honest and upfront about prices. Quick helpful service. A dream compared to the horrible place I used to go (A1). At Affordable Interlock they have me in and out in minutes, at A1 it used to take hours, and it turns out I am actually paying less at Affordable. It would take to long to explain, but overall Affordable Interlock is a lot less money and MUCH better service!

Ive only been with affordable in-law for about 3 months the reason I went to them is because they deal with motorcycles and no one else did and I can honestly tell you I wish I would have found them a year ago because they are awesome not one issue with anything through my time there very friendly polite and professional definitely five star service

Worst interlock device out there. They say it only is only suppose to test you 1-2 times while driving your car ( 1. Starting your car, 2. 10-15 mins after you start driving ) but what it really does is after you test to start your car it goes off testing you every 5-10 min . And they expect you to pull over to do each test. I have a 45 minute drive to work every day . It makes no sense to test every 5 to 10 minutes once you’ve started the car. It makes no sense to test every 5 to 10 minutes once you’ve started the car. Anyways they should be more clear on how often it really tests you. Unfortunately I’m stuck having one of these in my car for a year but I’m definitely already looking for a different provider.

My experience with this company was a while ago, but how I got treated here still sticks out in my mind to this day. The employees here treat you like they’re your probation officer or something. Going in for calibration every 2 months was a nightmare.I got a DUI for marijuana and was forced to get an interlock device that detects alcohol (because that makes a lot of sense).Wrecked into the back of somebody one day reaching for my interlock device that was beeping and sitting on the floorboard of my car. Probably wouldn’t of happened if they would have fulfilled my request of installing a mounting bracket to keep the device from just sitting on my passenger seat or on the center console. When I called to report the incident, they seemed more worried about their equipment and not my well-being.Lastly, I had only 3 days left of my requirement to have the interlock device and they made me purchase an entire month. Company acted very greedy and wasn’t willing to prorate the charges.I decided to give them 2 stars because of the pricing. I’ll admit that they appear to be the cheapest option for an interlock device in the Salt Lake Valley.

Great company! VERY helpful, got me the paperwork I needed. They made it very clear so they might not be able to get that paperwork because of certain factors but everything work out good. They were upfront and honest from the beginning.

Complete scam. Judge made me go to you guys and you are terrible. Crooked judge and crooked company it seems likeThis breath analyzer machine keeps not working and everytime I call you try helping me youre closed. You should have more hours of service available for hard working people like me who have to work 8-6 PM you suckers close at 5 and not even open on weekends. sad man..so sad..

Really poor service. Treated my wife like she was an outright criminal murderer when she didnt want to pay to have them take it out after it stopped working and they would not answer her calls on the weekend. I highly recommend our new company (Guardian Interlock with Mr. Chris). You guys can go to heck with your service man!!! You are the real criminals here!!!

WORST company not only on this planet, but in the entire Universe!!!! They do not answer their phones, dont return calls, IF you can even leave a message as the VM box is always full and they dont respond to email messages either! Every single person you talk to gives you different information! You cant get your car serviced because they wont respond to the shops either and they dont even know how to tell them what to do either! They use faulty, outdated equipment that is dangerous to use while driving. They over charge, you have to go in to have it calibrated constantly, and they refuse to believe that their products are faulty! I give them negative 10 stars. DO NOT USE THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Worst experience with customer service! The woman at the front desk is extremely condescending, judgemental and inconsiderate. NARCISSISTIC! Dishonest! Lacking basic communication skills in kindness. Least expensive for a reason. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

These guys are very fair and work great with you. Lets face it.. Our dumbass got in trouble. Lets not take it out on these individuals. They apply promotions, discounts, and work out a deal when they can which really nice. For example: I had to reset my system which comes to a fee of $25. My fee of $70 was due in a week. Instead of having to pay for both, the considerate employers offered to recalibrate early and have me pay only the $70... And waive the youre an idiot fee of $25. Lol. Thanks!! Fortunately I will not return for the great service.

Cmon man im a mechanic you guys messed up my starter wire and my coworkers had to fix my entire start wire cuz yall kept putting these connecters on it and it wont start until we fixed it. and you gave me a cracked device. lowsy service and its sad i wwent through so much trouble. and heres a picture of what you guys did. glad i ended up finding another company who put a device in my car for free
