AMAZING QUALITY OF CUSTOMER CARE AND REPAIR SHOP!!! The front desk lady was extremely personable, friendly and very knowledgeable at her job. All the employees I encountered were great experiences. They kept me completely informed of the status of my car being repaired. I was even able to communicate via text, which, they’d response time was awesome! Hopefully I’m never in a spot where my car needs a repair but if it did I would hope I get to take my car here. Keep it up, you’re doing awesome!

Had to get my bumper fixed after a car accident, they took great care of my car, and had it done really quick! They kept me updated every step of the way and were super awesome throughout the whole process.

They received our car Aug 23rd after a rear ended accident. They promised the car 11 days later, Sep 3rd. Since then it has been promised Sep 10th, Sep 13th, and their latest promised date is presently Sep 15th. They’ve had many excuses for the delays but actions speak louder than words. It appears the paint department has been the cause of the delay, not the lack of parts as they have claimed several times. I cannot recommend this repair business due to their lack of forthrightness in their dealings with me, and I suspect others.

During the freak ice storm in February 2021, my Nissan Armada slid into a parked Honda Odyssey, damaging my front bumper, sensors, and tow hook along with the Hondas back bumper. We were able to schedule repairs quickly. The staff are friendly and helpful. Both vehicles were finished on time. A great extraordinary touch was they cleaned and detailed the interior of both vehicles. We have had no issue with any item replaced. Will refer people and return if the need arises.

I took my new car in after someone hit it & ran, which left me a bit distraught. Not only did they provide fabulous customer service; but, provided comfort in knowing it would be as good as new, and in a timely manner. They were done even faster than expected. I had a few issues with my vehicle repair, communication, and treatment of it.The service manager (Nick) reached out to me about this issue.Was very nice and professional and is handling the situation with the employees and was very assuring that this wouldnt happen under his watch again and couldnt believe it happened in the first place.I believe he is sincere and they did do good work on my car, so Im going to trust them with another vehicle repair.

Service King was professional and did an awesome job fixing my car after hitting a deer in the road. Car looks brand new and works great. They kept me up to date on the service status through text messages everyday while they were working on it and the car was fixed before the estimated time!

They did a fine job. I had to return for an issue but they fixed it quickly. Whomever cleaned my car was rushed. When I got it back I could see where the vacuum spilled dirt in the back seat and the vacuum handle scratched the side panel a bit. The exterior of the car was filthy from dirty rain when I picked it up. They offered to clean it but I was on a tight schedule. My low tire pressure light was also on and had not been when I dropped the car off.

To whom it may concern I have had nothing But excellent service, on the pair of the truck they made it look brand new, they literally repaired and/or replaced every single thing that was not only damaged or broke or even scratched. I love how I can look at the truck and you cant even tell its been in an accident it actually looks like it just drove off the brand new car lot. they went above and beyond to repair basically the whole entire back end of my Ford F-150 V8 4x4 .And to top it off they finished all repairs approximately a week before their goal date.And they kept me informed pretty much the whole entire process. so if me or any friends family anybody ever has any kind of body damage I know where to refer them to. And that would be service King collision in midvale.

The work was done ahead of time and I received texts updates regularly. Completely professionally done and politely treated. Much better experience than expected. Unexpected but pleasant surprise was how well they cleaned the car for me. I am very pleased. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I felt valued.

When I got into my first accident in 31 years I was devastated. My poor car (my baby) had been crunched & damaged pretty bad. 😭 My insurance had SERVICE KING as one of their clients. I picked them bc I read the reviews & they were good. Well, my own personal review of them is that they were better than good... They were GREAT, SUPER, EXCELLENT, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As my car was being repaired they sent me text msgs periodically, updating me with the status of my car. They were fast with the repair, it was going to be about 2 weeks, bit they finished it in 9. 😊 When I went to pick up my vehicle the 2 people that helped me, Devin & Nick, were so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, super nice & sweet & extremely helpful. In my opinion they went above & beyond in helping make sure I got my vehicle and was happy. Thank you Devin & Nick for what you did. I am so grateful, thankful & truly appreciative! 😊 And then I saw my baby and was ecstatic! She looked just as beautiful as the day I bought her. TLDR; We took our car to service king, they dramatically failed the repair ( after 3 attempts ) the first time they didn’t even put the door on correctly. The entire process took about 3 months.It is difficult to explain the true cost of going to Service King for our auto body repair. I wish we never did this, I wish we could rate them negative stars.We took our Toyota Highlander in for repair after we were hit. Upon picking it up I noticed the door alignment was off by half an inch, it was a visible defect in their repair that the mechanics denied. It was clear then that quality was not their mission. They said it would be ready in a few days: I came back again and picked up the car, it looked fine but then I drove away and I could hear the road quite loudly through the closed window.So I took it back and told them that I don’t think the door was sealed correctly. They said alright and attempted to fix the car again. I picked the car up again, they didn’t give me a sheet of repairs this time and said they fixed the issue completely. I called the manager on the way home telling him that nothing changed, I could still hear the wind through the window. The manager then said that they fixed it and they couldn’t hear anything.We took the car to the Toyota dealership and they told us that Service King assembled the door incorrectly causing several weeks in additional work.Moral of the story: Avoid this repair shop altogether. They are not hiring the best talent. If you care about your vehicle, do not go here.

All you could ask for from a repair shop. Easy estimate process even without an appointment, kept me up to date on the car, and a quality repair.To add on top, Brady in the office was super personable and transparent when writing up the estimate. He let me know what may or may not need to be repaired and asked if I wanted those additional pieces put into the estimate. I highly recommend working with Brady.

There are much better car repair shops out there. They couldnt do most of the repair at their location so they out sourced it, leaving me to do all the communication with the 3rd party. They were poor at keeping me updated. Had my car for months. And, did repairs that were unauthorized. Wouldnt recommend.

The repair was done perfectly and they communicated with me throughout the process.Update: there was a door lock issue post-repair which I discovered, they took it back when it was convenient for me and fixed it on the spot in 5 minutes for free.

This is the absolute best place in town to get your vehicle repairs. Whether youre paying out of pocket or through your insurance, they are so helpful throughout the repair and make sure you understand the entire process. The communication was almost epic. I just wanted calls back when I was told I would get them. Communication is huge. Call me before I call you. Otherwise great work and service. Highly recommended.

The office staff is good to work with. The manager of this place has the absolute WORST customer service abilities Ive come across. Say they have a lifetime guarantee, went back with an issue and he told me to get my car off his lot as he doesnt do anything until he gets paid. Weird statement as the work was already paid for. Great warranty. This may not be the situation with all Service Kings but Id highly recommend using anyone else over this location.

Matthew was incredibly helpful, kind, and thorough from start to finish. I was updated every step of the way so I always knew what was going on. My car came back right on time, spotlessly clean and perfectly fixed. Getting rear-ended was a headache (literally: concussion and post concussion syndrome), but the repair was anything but. Had great customer service here.We were driving a 2003 Honda Civic on a roadtrip passing through town and had a piece on the front of the car come lose.They took the time on a Monday morning to look at it immediately and took the broken piece off for us, getting us back on the road immediately.

Had my car worked on after an accident caused by someone else here at this location friendly people but poor work quality and was promised $3 and change back which I never received, and that was back in June. The people working on my car couldnt figure out how to wire headlights properly and couldnt match the shade of black either. I was disappointed in the quality check of the car when I picked it up and the people.

Do not use this shop, they replaced the passenger side doors on my car; but within a week of picking up my car the windows would not roll up and the locks on the back door would not unlock.Also they used cheap adesive on the door, and the chrome lining and decals were peeling off completely. Terrible.

They did great on fixing the damage on the outside of my car...I had an issue with them getting paint on the inside of my car on my floor mats and carpet on the side they had to fix. CJ which is the area manager got a hold of me to fix the problem to get my car detailed to get the paint out. They paid for my rental car and even went above and paid for the gas in the rental car to make it right. I really appreciate CJ giving me a call to make it right and all they did to make sure I was taken care of. When I picked my car up today they did a great job detailing my car. However I had a little over half a tank of gas when I dropped my car off, and when I picked it up i was down to 1 line!! I get 34 miles to the gallon so how they went through a little more than half a tank I have no idea! They had my a.c. and heater blowing full blast when I started my car! Im greatful for everything CJ did and the great job they did with detailing my car...however disappointed in the fact they used ALL my gas! Cant seem to win with these guys! However I do Thank service king and CJ for making my car better with this little fix that could of solved all this headache if they did it in the beginning. I would just recommend dont have more them about 50 miles left in your tank if you drop off your car so your not upset about all your gas being gone when you pick it up again

They will only give you an estimate to file with insurance if you have them repair your car.

Horrible customer service, I was getting updates for vehicles that werent mine, they offer a text update option but never use it, ordered the wrong parts for my truck, then they ordered used broken parts and tried to use them, had my truck for 3 months when I was told it would be done in 30 days
