EVERYTHING, thats part of the governments offices, Im pretty sure has mostly lazy, not very friendly, inferior employees, hired solely due to their minority race status. Its shameful.

They need more employees and they need to learn how to speak to people. frustrated? I understand that, but don’t disrespect others just because you can’t handle doing your job. the lady just blew me off because she was upset at another person when all I was trying to do was ask a simple question. get it together or get another job.

Be prepared to wait 20 to 30 minutes before being seen only 1 worker

I really wanted to give this place a lower rating. I went to The Health and Human Services to try and get Emergency Food Stamps. Because I really had no food due to an incident. Well the woman, which in all honesty was a wee bit snooty. Ok a lot bit. Anyway long story short THEY DO NOT OFFER EMERGENCY FOOD STAMPS. There is no IMMEDIATE REACTION. NOW JOHNSON CO DOES WHAT THEY SAY. SO DONT GO WHEN YOU OUT OF FOOD.

They never answer the phone.Literally was on the phone waiting for someone to answer for 2 hours !

I can NEVER get ahold of anyone by phone. And when i went up to the business, i shouldnt have to take off work just to show up in person when they have a business phone, they told me that their phone isnt working and that i need to call 211. So i call 211, the system said the wait time is 60 mins. Then says theyre sorry my call couldnt go through so they hung up. This place is very unprofessional also. I can NEVER go up there knowing the workers are ok with helping me instead of acting like i bothered them. I dont know who to turn to make a complaint about this. Their phone or 211 will not work.

I went to today to turn in paper work that did not upload correctly and the lady at the counter was very helpful and nice. She made sure everything was readable before I left so my application could be processed.

On hold for 2 hours and 25 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. Youre telling me theyre this busy, in Midland?? I waited 35 minutes for the IRS to pick up. This is ridiculous!!!

When a person needs a little help in life here is a wonderful service of the government funded help. A little helps goes a long way..The people there are wonderful very caring an excellent service

I was very surprised that they werent busy a little confused on how to work the computer as far as filling out an application for services but I got it when I went in the back for the interview they were very nice sweet understanding and walked me through everything

Very helpful staff, Id gone on a Tuesday so there wasnt a line but on the normal theres a big wait, wed filled out all our paper work and the same day got approved!

They are just not a good place to go they dont help that much and a 5th of paper work is always needed dont understand how some get so much but I get next to nothing being disabled and living way below poverty level

Why would you schedule a phone interview when the office is closed? I dont care about food stamps my children and i need medical asap. Terrible customer service and no clear instructions on how to reach a representative.

I took a friend there had to wait almost 3 hours, then had to come back the next day with an appt and was still there for 2 1/2 hours

I missed a call on my father in laws phone (my phone was broke when I had to give them a number)and when I called back on my phone I was placed on hold for an hour. I finally had enough and hung up to call later. You need to answer your phones...

Have to go fill out papers for insurance

I was at the Midland CPS Department they really need help they do not know how to do their job correctly in desperate need of restraining would someone please help them before someone looses their child(ren) for ever because the caseworkers who dont do their Job right !
