Steven tuned my piano BY EAR and it sounds incredible. It hasnt sounded this great since I bought it 15 years ago. He was super friendly and Ill definitely call him again.

Horrible experience. I would not recommend this person to anyone. After I agreed to have my piano taken to shop for damage assessment and an estimate of repair costs (Hopp stated this could not be done in my home)a deposit for repairs was made. Mr Hopp then decided to refuse the job. I am out $500 delivery charges and my piano was returned in pieces.
