Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had here, I pulled in at 3:00 p.m. for an inspection and oil change. An hour and a half passed by and they managed to service 8 vehicles that were behind me. I ended up leaving as they began to service the next vehicle behind me. Never once acknowledging that I had been there for an hour and a half.

Never had a bad experience. Everyone is friendly and knowledgable. Good price too!

Ive been a client for 12 years or maybe more and they always take great care of my vehicle, inspection or oil change, its fast and good prices, workers do their best so you dont have to mind about it.

These 2 ladies that work there you can tell they always have an attitude with the employees, Ive overheard one saying that if they dont get it they are fired by the end of the week... Thats is very ugly to act like that with your employees, Im surprised they have any after the way she was talking to them. I will take my business to a place where they care for the employees.

These guys are top notch! Went for an oil change and fuel filter change on my Ram 5500HD. The front fuel filter was stripped by the last place to put it on. The team worked together to come up with a solution and it worked! The owner drover me in his truck to get a replacement cap at a nearby parts store and they fixed me up right! Price was very fair as well. Enjoy the pizza today guys and thank you!

They did my inspection in minutes about 15 minutes I was heading out of them in my way to pay my tags...I really recommend this place is located on Andrews hwy by wells Fargo light.

The oil from the filter spills on my truck during an oil change. Rapid Oil didnt clean it up, which made me think the filter is loose. So i had to get up under my truck to see what was wrong. I will do my own oil changes now

My favorite place to get a oil change. With 6 kids it helps I can stay inside my vehicle. They are usually really quick as well.

Within 5 minutes of me pulling in a tech came and asked me what I needed. Told him State Inspection. Sat in line for over half an hour. When I was next in line another tech came by asking what I needed, told him, he asked if I have proof of insurance. I tried to show him a screenshot from my insurance app. He said they couldn’t accept that. I asked if he would accept one from the app. He said yes and went to the back of my Jeep while I pulled it up. Came back and asked where my 3rd brake light was. I told him this is the first I’ve heard of having to have a 3rd brake light. He pointed at a sign that I couldn’t see and said ya it’s the law since January of 2017. I told him well, I got it inspected here last year!! He just shrugged his shoulders. That’s fine if that’s the law, but looking at previous comments, they need to,1.)Have a lane for inspections only2.)Have the same guy asking what we need check for a 3rd tail light, or working tail lights while we are sitting in line instead of AFTER we have been sitting in line for over 30 minutes!!!

My husband took my car to get state inspected. Was informed the windows were tinted too dark. When my husband informed the worker it passed inspections in the past years and had a legal shade sticker, the guys remark was take it up with the state. Didnt even bother to use a special inspection light. My husband left and had it inspected at another place where they also had concerns but they used the gadget and it indicated legal tint shade and passed inspection!! Will never go there again even though we used to get our oil changes there. Lost our business

I don’t live in this area only 590 miles away. I came to this place for oil change off of reviews they were given. Of course there is always gonna be a few people that aren’t happy about anything. These guys were awesome. They checked all the fluids and check the tires while waiting for the oil change. They were very courteous and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who lives in this area or even from out of town. Thank y’all so much for y’alls service.

50/50...sometimes they are rapid other times they are slow. Sometimes the staff is great other times they honestly seen like they could care less

Employees were courteous and got the job done quickly. Prices are close to the cost of doing it yourself but the few extra dollars are worth not having to hassle with collecting and turning in your old oil. I would definitely recommend using this shop

Very fast service. Got my oil changed in less than 15 min. No wait and all of the employees were courteous and knowledgeable. They didn’t have the wiper blades for my car but they helped me find where to get them and what size and even offered to install them when I did get them. Will definitely be coming back!

Went to get an inspection today and nobody came out to help me. Went inside waited for 15 minutes for him to tell me I need to get in line. Had no clue he meant wait in the hot sun in my truck in an actual line of vehicles until it was my turn. They said it was going to be a 2 hour wait. Why in the world would they make people wait in their vehicles in this heat?! I called Midas and they had me in and out in less than 20 minutes and I waited inside in the ac. Will never return to this place and don’t recommend it.

I took my truck yesterday to get an oil change and somehow these individuals FORGOT to put oil back in the truck AFTER draining the old oil!!! I drove my truck like this for a good 10 miles afterwards until it started making weird noises and wanting to die on me. I pulled over once my check engine light came on and come to find out my truck has ZERO oil in it!!! I had to leave my truck at a gas station because I know if I drive it more Im going to mess it up even more. I have already emailed corporate and will be going tomorrow to get this mess corrected!! This is unacceptable!!!

Dont do business with this place. I came for an oil change and in 2 days I had the truck warning me about needing to change oil again. I checked the dipstick both hot and cold and it was filled less than halfway, all while they charged me $120. I went back and the guy said that the oil was just thin... Uhm, no sir.

Used to be a great place to get the oil changed. Old fashioned filling station feel, but last time I was there they were sloppy and rude. Failed to tighten my drain plug and my steering wheel was an oily mess, could live with that but they told me I barely made in time, next time come earlier so they can close on time.

They all but passed my car telling me I had a power steering hose leaking. I asked where and he pointed to my Diesel injection pump. I said opened up my PS pump lid and showed him it was full and he insisted it was power steering fluid. Well that just makes the story that much better because my old car uses ATF in the power steering system. Not a drop of PS fluid in the car to even leak. Also said I had to have a gas peddle on my throttle lever. Never had one the 8 years Ive lived here. Total BS.Also they let someone pull around front and get inspected before me. I had been there at least 5 minutes before. It was almost like they did it pointedly.7/9/2017

If I could rate a 0 I would. Failed my inspection and said a power steering hose was leaking. TOTAL LIE. Hose is not leaking one drop. Plain lazy people here, do not and would not recommend this place. Ill continue to use Margies Valvoline quick lube.

Rude and disrespectful. They gave us an oil change and two blocks after leaving we discovered oil leaking all over the street because they didnt put the oil plug back in. They then proceeded to talk to us like we were stupid and offered 20 dollars to make it right. Insulting, do your jobs people.

I took my vehicle there three times to get an inspection they turned it down all three times for some reason or other they continued finding things wrong and even past something they had failed previously very unprofessional and almost hateful I will never go back nor would I ever suggest anyone go there
