Mid Michigan Limousine went above and beyond to make my birthday celebration special! Kahleel ensured the booking process went smoothly and the driver Mike was super nice and made sure we made it to Detroit and back safely! The party bus was super spacious inside and the music gets super loud! Great bus for a good time! If you need a party bus this is your best bet! Will definitely be booking again!

We booked their party bus that they call Miami. Working with Kahleel was great. He was extremely responsive and was very good with explaining their fleet of party buses. He let us come and see the buses and helped us choose which one would work best for our needs. The day of the wedding, the bus was on time and clean. It was spacious and fit our needs very well which was important to me as I had a large dress and wanted to be able to sit and move around with ease. The coolers were packed with ice which was great so we could have cold drinks. The driver was also very professional and courteous. The only downside was the A/C was not working for some reason, and it was a hot day. The driver was very apologetic and tried his best to fix it. Without the A/C issue, the overall experience was great and super fun.

Overall, a good experience. The bus was clean, the driver was friendly. Everything went according to plan.The stereo system in the bus was definitely subpar for a party bus and the air conditioning didnt seem to work well.

Me and a group of girls rented a party bus for a night. It was an awesome experience. The company answered any questions we had about the bus. The driver we had was really cool. His name is Bill. He was awesome. We can’t wait to rent the bus again and will definitely be asking for Bill to drive us around.

As a transportation provider, at times you need assistance with overflow bookings. Alisa & Angel always come thru for us and put a great amount of care and detail into taking care of our clients when this happens. This last weekend we utilized Mid Michigan Limo for a Traverse City Wine Tour and they took amazing care of our clients, we are so grateful to have friends in the business that we can count on. The group praised the driver for his great driving and overall courtesy, the limo bus was clean and the overall experience was fantastic!

Halloween weekend we had 2 buses for our 43 friends. Our driver was not knowledgeable enough to play music, turn on air conditioning (cause windows don’t open), or turn on lights (when we had to clean up at the end). It was raining and it seemed like he purposely parked next to every deep mud puddle since he didn’t drop us off at the bar entrances, we had to walk from the back of the parking lot. When one of our friends fell in a puddle right off the bus, we asked him if he could move maybe 3 feet forward or back to which he replied No.If you have a full bus, it is pretty tight, you are stepping on toes if you want to dance and there aren’t bars across the whole ceiling for you to hang onto so you’re constantly falling into others. No space for coolers.Won’t use this service again.

Jessica, the young lady I dealt with was wonderful! The drivers were very gracious.Not so great was the condition of the limo I paid for to take bride and her father to the church. Rusted out on drivers side and no air in the back of it....not too great for a bride on a hot June day. They ended up getting picked up by the party bus after everyone in the bridal party was dropped at the church.Pick up for our guests at the hotels did not happen on time so some drove themselves, hence defeated the purpose of paying for guests transportation for 8 hours.Bus broke down two weeks before so we had - limo (1 mentioned above) and suppose to have another at hotels, and finally a bus at the reception.I paid up front, along with the tip for four different drivers. Have tried to get some compensation for almost three weeks, now. A few emails and excuses why owner has not responded to me. The cost was $2,050.00! Not an inexpensive endeavor.Fortunately the wedding was Perfect, in spite of this ordeal.

We used Mid Michigan Limousine for our wedding at the end of September. They double booked the bus that we had, and the bus driver was completely rude to us and rushed us through everything. She seemed more worried about the next wedding she had to be at rather than making sure we were satisfied with our service. We will not be booking with them again for future needs or we will not be recommending this company to anyone we know.

Fantastic time! Make sure you ask for Cheryl as a driver... she was the best. She did everything possible to let us all have a great time as a bachelor party on the bus... even told us to crank up the music because we werent loud enough! We used the 18-passenger for a 6-hour trip down and around Lansing, and Id do it again in a heartbeat. The company was great to work with, prompt, and worth going back to. Thanks for the great time!!!

We rented the black stretch limo for our daughter’s 8th birthday party. The driver was so patient and kind. The limo itself was amazing. The girls were in awe and had a fabulous time. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

I generally felt they cared about making my night special.We took it out to dinner and after to a couple of local hot spots. I booked a 29 passenger bus in July for my wedding, which was in the end of September. I had paid for the bus in-full in July. I called Thursday evening before my wedding because I hadnt heard anything from the company to confirm the details of our pick up. Mid michigan limousine accepted my full payment in July, but did not put my name on their calendar for my wedding. I had the stress of trying to find a new bus from Thursday at 4:30pm until 2:30pm Saturday, when we were supposed to be picked up. I purposely paid for the entire bus in July so I didnt have to worry about it again before I got married, that backfired. I did end up finding a bus, which was half the size (but they SHOWED UP and everything turned out great) When a company takes my money, I expect a service to be provided. We were completely forgot about after they received our money. Terrible customer service. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. If I hadnt called to confirm the details we would have been waiting for a bus that wasnt scheduled to come.

I used Mid Michigan Limousine for both my bachelorette/bachelor party and my wedding. The bus was very clean, the driver was very outgoing and fun yet professional. We went all over the Tri city area bar hopping and were quite a rowdy bunch! We had a blast. Then on our wedding day the driver showed up early, very professionally dressed and courteous. They had the best price around, so at first I was leery. I have nothing but good things to say about Mid Michigan limo. The staff really went above and beyond and was so nice to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good party bus.

I booked the black stretch limo with Jessica weeks in advance for a friends surprise 40th birthday celebration. At first, it seemed like it was hard to get a hold of the staff after I sent the contract over via email. They kept saying they didnt receive it, I should have realized then, but I continued on. The day of the event, I called to confirm the time and pick up location. Everything was all set. When the limo arrived, it was the white stretch limo. I immediately called the office and told them they messed up and they needed to send the black one as soon as possible as I had guests waiting. I was informed that the black stretch limo was not on the road and shouldnt have been booked. I told Tiffany that I never would book a white limo unless it was for a wedding. I asked her to send another. She informed me that all of their fleet were booked for that night. Tiffany informed me that the contract states that if a vehicle isnt working, they can change at any time. They never informed me of the change until I called them. I would never have booked a white limo. I had no choice and had guests waiting, so I went with it. I asked for the manager to call me in the morning. When I got to the limo, there was rust underneath the outside windows, in the door frame (white limo, with rust, yes...). A part of the door handle was missing on the inside left side. It was incredibly embarrassing. My guests even commented on the rust and I apologized for how it looked. It, unfortunately, ruined my entire night. It was like buying a used dirty item. I cannot comment on any of their other fleet, but I never heard from a manager. I have already booked another limo service from Detroit for my next outing.I will never recommend them.

I would NEVER recommend this bus to anyone. I had my bachelorette on July 28th. I brought 18 girlfriends with me. The bus they brought us was broken, squealing in the parking lot. We had no air conditioning for an hour and a half drive to Royal Oak, and the bus poured exhaust fumes out the air vents. Our driver Jeremy made us walk to him, proceeded to tell me that he made no money that day because of his broken bus to guilt me into tipping him then was extremely rude and irritated wit my group of girls. His boss told me he is paid hourly...I had 18 girls that were sick for 3 days after the fumes we inhaled on this bus. 7 of my passengers had to pay for rides home. Well over an hour away at 12am. They would NOT refund me my money because they needed to clean the bus for smoke... after their bus poured exhaust smoke in our faces all night. We had to pull over on the side of the high way because we could not breathe in this death trap. I called and spoke to both managers and they offered me 150$ back for an 800$ bus. It was only after I threatened to leave this review and expose their bad business practices that they reluctantly offered me half my money back. It has been over 3weeks. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY! I am disgusted with their business practices, their driver who KNEW we were getting on a broken bus and tried to guilt me out of my money because he was having a “rough day” then told us to walk.. & the managers that I sat on the phone with for over an hour trying to get my freaking money back to at least cover my sick girlfriend’s Uber rides home. Not only did this company STEAL my money and provide an AWFUL service, they took a night of my life I will never get back. & to boot still have not refunded me half my money as promised. I took 3 weeks to write this review. Hoping they would give me a full refund and change their tune. But, I have to share so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Promised a bus and given a 115 degree gas chamber on wheels, and then promised only half my money back and not given a red cent! DO NOT USE MID MICHIGAN LIMOUSINE!

Worst customer service Ive ever seen. Wont be using them in the future.
