Had two large trees removed and stumps removed. Jose came out same day to give me estimate, next day had the formal estimate and they were out the following day working. They even left me logs to use as firewood and chairs. Very professional and extremely responsive to all request and text.

I had to have 2 trees and some bushes removed. Everyone who came out, from the owner down, was very courteous and did a wonderful job. I was very impressed with their clean-up and the way they left my yard when they were through.

I had my trees trimmed and one removed, they were very professional and fast. I highly recommend JoJo’s Bee….this is my 2nd time using them and it won’t be the last. They show up when they’re supposed to, which is refreshing these days!

Called for an estimate and set up a time for them to come the following morning. My husband waited at the house for the 30 minute window we were given. Towards the end of the appointment time, I tried calling twice and could not get ahold of anyone. 15 minutes after the appointment time, I was contacted and asked if we could do it that afternoon instead. I agreed, but said we would not be able to be there but they were free to look around on their own. Got a message later that evening saying they had not been able to make it again, and asked to come the following morning. Again, I agreed. They never showed up and a week later I have not heard from them.

We’ve used Jojo’s Bee many times, always pleased with the excellent tree trimming, on time, great cleanup. However, when we contacted the company on the phone, Monday, June 7, sent email and last placed a request on their website, for an estimate to clean up Mom’s yard and haul off a tree blown down during heavy winds, finally was contacted and set up a meeting for June 10th to get info for estimate, we were told we would get an estimate and do the job on June 15, Tuesday. We never heard back. Several more phone calls and emails we still haven’t been contacted, it’s now Wednesday, June 16, no estimate, no work done, no returned calls or email answers. I understand busy, but really?So disappointed we finally have given up and found another company who actually showed up on Tuesday

The original appointment was for a Thursday to grind some stumps. They called and asked if they could come on Tuesday at noon instead. We rearranged our schedules and took off work to accommodate them. Noon Tuesday comes and nobody shows. I finally got them on the phone at 3, only for them to reschedule for Thursday, like we had originally agreed. My wife and I each lost a day of work without them even having the courtesy of calling us and letting us know that they couldnt make it. Totally unprofessional. We ended up using someone else. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Jo Jos provides a great service with excellence and efficiency. Jose and his team are extremely hardworking Americans. The epitome of a strong work ethic. They came out, worked hard, and finished trimming 5 trees in 2 days under 100 degree July heat.

Jo Jo’s provided beyond-excellent service. Quick to respond to my online work request (within a few hours), met with me the next morning to give me an estimate, and sent a crew out the very next day! The crew kept a clean work area, were friendly, and, most importantly, knew what they were doing. I was very impressed by their work ethic. Our large trees were gone before the end of the week. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again in the future!

Used them twice for major project. Sometimes had to wait but everyone’s busy. Answered follow up calls promptly. Bids were honored. Will use again.

Called to have a midsize tree removed and was told they’d be out the next day. Instead, arrived a couple of hours later ready to go to work. Tree successfully cut down with no property damage. The workers spoke as much English as I did Spanish but we managed. Cleanup of limbs and debris by a different crew was nicely done. Very impressed!

They came on Thursday 9/12. Finished by 4 pm. I was blown away they did a fantastic job for me. Just as I had envisioned and wow the clean up was complete.
