I had an issue with a huge rodent mess a tenant left behind in an investment property. While they weren’t the only call I made they were the best call I made. Garret & Angie were super to work with all the way around. They were responsive, helpful, and punctual. The best part is they restored my kitchen beyond my expectations at a very reasonable rate. I work for a funeral home in a small county that did not have a designated bio cleaning crew. We are a small community and do not need bio cleaning to often, so it was our first time reaching out to find a good crew. We had a family that we took care of that had a need for some serious clean up in the house of their loved one. There are no words to express how thoroughly pleased and impressed we are with Bio One West Texas. Not only did they get to ourlocation in a timely manner which was four hours away from them, but Garrett, Angie and their team exuded absolute professionalism and thoroughness from start to finish. They were transparent and honest in how the process works from start to finish. They worked with the family of the deceased very politely and professionally considering the heightened state of emotion of things. They aim not to re traumatize the family they are servicing and make sure they left the house or location better than they found it. Most importantly, they were affordable but didnt sacrifice quality at all with their work, There are other bio cleaning companies out there that seemed to be all about the business end of it and how much money they can make and it was off putting. Not Bio-One, it is a calling for them and it is made very obvious by how they speak to you and how they go about conducting business, their actions speak louder than words. Our county plans on using them everytime a need comes up in the future, we cant thank them enough for helping us serve families by providing this service. It is a hard job to do but Garrett and his team go above and beyond. I highly highly recommend them above all else.
