Very disappointed in this gym, manager, and overall environment. Unwelcoming and unprofessional staff, specifically the general manager. I asked about cancelling my membership and was informed that the only two ways to get out of my contract would be if I moved away or if I recently experienced a severe injury or was diagnosed with an illness impacting my ability to work out. I stated my disappointments and he did not appear concerned at all. He recommended I speak to the billing third party company to get out of my contract. Really??? The billing company makes the rules regarding cancellations? I asked where in the contract does it state those specific requirements to dismiss my contract and he could not point out in the Terms of Agreement and had to quietly read the fine print in front of me. Being a general manager and not being aware of all aspects of your business does not make me feel confident in their professionalism and readiness to manage a business. Are you looking for a gym with great management that cares about its customers? Keep looking. Are you looking for a gym that takes care of their equipment and keeps their steam room, jacuzzi, and sauna working? Keep looking. Do you want a gym thats a good value for the money? Keep looking. This isnt the place for you. Its not crowded. (I wonder why) There is nothing spectacular about this place other than the high prices. Go elsewhere.

My job doesnt require much movement so off work I train whenever I have the chance to. This place is great. It has enough equipment and the people are very nice! And when I say people, I mean staff and visitors alike.

This gym is HUGE! The facility is impressive to say the least. Bad news, this place is mismanaged on a level that will make you sick. If you want a visual example look at the pool.

Nasty daycare!! My daughter got a staph infection. When I first signed up I was told day care was disinfected every 4 hours at the end of each shift however, I always saw day care employees including manager sitting on the couch on the phone at the end of the shift rather than disinfecting. Even someone who works there admitted how it was never really cleaned but wasn’t in a position to do anything about it. I just tried canceling my membership as well as 3 months of training sessions I never took since I relocated and they took out $100 outof my bank card without authorization. I payed $168 a month for training aside from my monthly dues and they didn’t even want to reimburse that since the training was not done. I guess they are money hungry! I figured out of courtesy they would wave fee since I wasn’t going to a competitor. Even employees speak poorly of this place but I guess some people just need a job!! No wonder they talk you into getting a 2 yr contract, other wise people wouldn’t last there!!

Terrible. Ultimately caused a divorce thanks Justin Sowards my kids can now enjoy the broken home experience. Hope the piece that was my wife was worth it.

Great classes and instructors, staff and members all so friendly, staff always asks how I am doing and thanks me for coming in, every time !! Great equipment and locker rooms and very clean facility, costs more but well worth it!! Wonderful atmosphere

The manager was a total jack-a$$. SUPER RUDE, un-professional and has no idea what customer service means. There used to be a manager named Ken. He was the happiest and friendliest guy one can come across. Hed say hi to everyone and was very personable, and Id see him sign-up new customers every day. Then, this new manager took charge. My wife and I accidentally called on the same day to enquire about cancelling her membership, and the manager replied saying, You guys ask me 5 different questions. Which one do you want me to answer. LOL.. Seriously? Cant talk to your customers like that. That pissed me off. I was only supposed to cancel my wifes membership but I instantly cancelled mine too.There are too many gyms in Midland and who wants to be talked to that way? Well, they lost our business. I feel sorry for the management to have their place run by such a lousy manager.

Great gym never packed and staff is really friendly

Ive called twice to get a quote on a memebership and I have NEVER had someone trying to sell on their gym tell me a price and then wanna hang up. He didnt tell me how long or what it includes. They dont care about their customers! I proceeded to ask all the questions and he answered with such rudeness. I wouldnt even give one star but I have to. So sad because the girl at the front is so sweet and tried to be helpful but she was new. Yall need to get your stuff together and train the woman at the front desk so she can talk to the potential customers.

Super expensive! No help front desk. Good facility though, but not worth the price at all.

Love the pool but it is so worn out and falling apart and dangerous.
