Sales man said no I will also put a mattress cover on it for you. Mattress slept great . Pulled the mattress cover off and the mattress is covered in yellow stains. Who does that? When I called them back they offered to let me keep it for a lower price or I could come in and sign a new contract to get a brand new one. My back will just have to wait. No thank you

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STAR I WOULD!!!! NOT HELPFUL AT ALL MAKE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME FILLING OUT PAPERWORK WHEN THEY SUPPOSEDLY COULD NOT VERIFY MY INFORMATION! WHEN EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT! EVEN QUESTIONED ME IF MY REFERENCES HAD THEIR NUMBER BLOCKED??! WHY WOULD THEY?!! THIS IS THE FIRST & LAST TIME I WILL EVER GO WITH THEM OR REFER ANYONE! THE STAFF THEIR DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING JUST ACT LIKE ROBOTS THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT WHEN YOU ASK QUESTION OF HOW THE PAYMENTS WORK!!!

They have beautiful furniture but the ladies are rude and just always look mad. The manager is very helpful and the prices are good.

Terrible customer service!!! The counter people are rude. No desire to actually help a customer. I stood there for 15 mins before I was actually helped. I purchased a sectional from them when I was on my last payment they waited a day to contact just so they could add additional $400 dollars to the price to have me pay longer totally disgusted with this place will no longer be purchasing anything from them ever again!!
