Mainly use the parts department, and they are always helpful. They have added a will call center so makes everything a lot easier when your there to pick up parts when you have called in ahead.

Very friendly and helpful front desk. The entire area is clean even in the mechanics area. Cool merchandise area. The parking for big rigs is ample and very easy to get in and out. Remember travel smart, eat great, feel good and regret never! Enjoy life and give me a👍🏽 Thank you!

Emailed about a breather filter and rocker box gasket. They didnt sell the breather, got an email bank from another manager in the chain, hed seen the request, thought B-Line might carry it. His email stated that B-Line hand the filter, qty avail,and price. Helluva service! Thanks yall!

Great people great selection

Took my machine a 444j loader having problems with the hydralic lifting system .then they called said it was the motor that had low compresion .told them to replace it if that was the problem .they get the motor in and test it turn out to be the hydralic pump and all kinds of valves that were bad . But now i had to pay 30,000 dollars for a motor that was not bad to begin with so i had to lose all that money for them just to guess at it no compression test was made because i ask for it and they cold not show me the test. So wont be doing bussiness with them anytime soon.would not recomend anybody to take their equiptment there.they change parts that you dont need after they guess at it but it cost you money.

There new parts department is top of the line. And good service in and out around 10 minutes.

They answer the phone, which is more than I can say for several businesses in town. After hours service has been helpful both times we have needed it. Would have given more stars but some of the staff are lacking in the manners department.

This place is a joke, a parody to be exact, wrong parts all the time, service managers answer phone calls every millenium, tell you parts are unavailable when theyre not, parts people are complete buffons, its a miracle this place still has business..not my business though..because RDO has it now..

They generally do a bang up job in the parts department. I have heard some negatives about response time to service calls but that is true anywhere locally right now.

Always have what I need but their service counter personnel has no personality

Watch ur bills people they add freight charges on every thing one month had over 1200.00 in freight charges on all ready stocked parts and were not told about this....do not pay them cash
