Jacob with H&E equipment has helped me with all of my equipment rental needs over the past couple of years I had an experience today that was very good and I wanted to share with others. We have a big project going in Midland and our manlift blew a hose this afternoon and was leaking hydraulic fluid I called Jacob and he dispatch the service technician who showed up within 45 minutes and fixed the problem immediately. Excellent customer service! No time waisted in and out. Everyone is always laughing and joking around nice environment in the office. When you pull in stop at the office check in and they will direct you on where to load. Plenty of room to park load unload and move around.

I’m in the telematics business and Trimble is one of my products that I install for H&E on their service and delivery trucks, This location is just like all the others in Texas, the trucks that I’m installing the Trimble they always ready for me to work on. Everyone in the office and all the service guys that I talk to are extremely nice.
