THE BEST place for equipment rental. These people are friendly and super helpful. With competitive rates that are even a bit more cost effective than the big box stores and a large selection of items. My husband and I highly recommend this place to everyone we know. We continue to come back here whenever we are in need.

Good place to fill LP tanks at a reasonable price if you have several. They are normally pretty quick, but the only drawback is making sure you hit them within the window they are open. I have not tried equipment rental, but they were helpful on Husqvarna support to-date.

James was incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite being a busy guy, he worked with me outside of hours and got my mower working again in no time. Highly recommend for repairs and a positive customer service experience.

We moved from New Orleans to Midland Michigan and had some issues we had to drop off the car hauler in Midland well they were closed a gentleman walks out even though they are closed we got the car off the holler he helped us put air in our car tires helped us with the trailer as my husband had just had surgery I have never experienced so many acts of kindness on this trip and Cendant equipment and rental just was the last one amazing amazing

Overwhelmingly positive doesnt even begin to describe my awesome experience with Cendant Equipment Rental. From the very beginning the staff, lead by Josh and James, went above and beyond to ensure I received everything necessary. To take it a step further, they even loaded the equipment in their truck and delivered it after the vehicle I brought was not large enough to haul the necessary equipment. Upon the completion of the rental, when I was faced with a dilemma in returning it, they voluntarily came to my site and picked up the equipment on their own. Thats what I call EXCELLENT service and EXCEPTIONAL customer support. A HUGE THANK YOU to Cendant Rental for going above and beyond, you have a customer for life! I rented a rear time rotiller for a day. Picked it up in the evening just about closing time. I stored it in my garage and never started it up. The next morning it poured down SHEETS of rain. I called and asked if I return it right away, could I get a credit or refund. They said yes, we will refund- we won’t charge you. I was happy about that. I tarped it and took it back. The employee called his boss who said they still had to charge me for 4 hours! They lied! No one else could rent it or use it as it is pouring buckets. If they still had to charge 4 hours, WHY lie and say they WERE NOT GOING TO CHARGE ME!?

I rented a Penske truck and a brush chipper from Cendant. Outstanding service, and people there are really personable. I will be going back to Cendant in the future.

Friendly staff who will fill your propane tank with the lowest prices around. If you tank is not empty, they will top it off and only charge for the amount they put in.

Cheap propane refills. 20lb tank is only $9 to fill.

Took my Huqvaurna riding mower to Cendant for a tune up, oil change, deck level and spindle replacement. Spindle was replaced and oil changed but that was all I got for 274.50. Deck is worse than when I took it in. Shaving the lawn badly. No fuel filter replacement. No spark plugs replacement and not even sure the oil filter was replaced as it looks pretty grimmy on the outside. The oil is clear so it was changed. Pretty high priced oil change spindle replacement. Spindle is 30.00. 3 bolts to pull and replacement is fast. I was also quoted 109.00 for the tune up and 50.00 to R&R the spindle plus blades at 33.00. My math came to around 200.00. They had no explanation for the over priced service. Worse part was, the person that cashed out my payment is the one that did the work. I asked him if he leveled the deck because it was out of wack. He said yep sure did. Very poor service. Ill do it all myself next time I have issues. Just needed to save some work for myself but all I got was an cash thinning from my wallet. Ill end up leveling my deck, changing the plug and fuel filter myself and adding money to do it. Very pathetic. Wasnt going to do a bad review on just the overcharge if the work was outstanding. I couldnt NOT do this review based on all that has happened here.

Anybody else ever have issues with Cendant Rental in Midland on Eastman? Bought a $350 huskavarna leaf blower got 1 hour out of it. They filled it up with their mix gas before I left. For the warranty made me buy special mix for it but put whatever they had in it anyway. The cruise control they bragged about didnt work right away then it started losing power. The boss explained that was caused by human error lol. Like from what....running it for 1 hour with your fluids in it.
