Ive been on the phone for 3 hours today (I still am) just trying to see if the dang replacement screen for my iPhone came in. 3 hours!!! This is not okay!! I had to wait over an hour in person despite an appointment to get the repair going. I figured a phone call in advance would be good to confirm the screen arrived before dedicating to another hour to waiting in line... The screen was supposed to be in, but the only thing I got after an hour was an employee who was just like uh hang on and has left me on hold for another 2 hours.Is Geek Squads way with dealing with customers just to leave them on hold until closing time?! I already paid for the repair!I swear to god if there was alternative I would have canceled everything and gone somewhere else. Driving to the Applestore in Albuquerque at this rate would be more time effective.

Was calling to make sure that a data recovery could be done on an HDD cause the website does not on into detail. Multiple calls and no one ever answered.

I went there with a Asus computer that was receiving blue screens due to a problem that I, at the time, was not able to identify. I explained my situation that I wasn’t able to install a fresh version of windows and that the computer would randomly blue screen with a mention of potential hardware damage. The man on the counter said that it shouldn’t be a hardware issue since it is only a one year old computer, but I still said that it would be good to check. The total was 199.99 and with taxes it was around 215 dollars. All I got was a new install of windows and a antivirus called Webroot. I was furious so I decided to do a system checkup myself since I still got blue screens when I downloaded Valorant (a game). I decided to do a windows memory diagnostic and the first thing that comes up was “Hardware problems were detected”. To this day I am trying to fix this computer and I am infuriated that I wasted 215 dollars on a “Total Tech Support” that couldn’t even detect a hardware issue that I even mentioned when giving a proper description. I know better now and I wish I could get a refund since they didn’t fix my issue at all... I am not sure how the refund system will treat me but I will try to communicate this as calm as I possibly can.TLDR:Bad service, they assume things from previous knowledge, and they don’t do a full check up for your pc.

Dropped off three brand new laptops with cracked screens. One month later I have one repaired laptop, one came back still cracked, and one is still missing.Nice guy there has been helping me, but its clear that he is not empowered to know or resolve anything. Managers do not have the decency to look you in the eye and address the issue directly.

Apple support set me up an appointment with geek squad for my iPhone 7. They ran diagnostics & returned my phone to me. Since it would not register they said it would have to be sent off, my screen was cracked. I would either be charged $100+ for a screen or $300+ to fix the phone. They didn’t even to try to see what they could do without sending it off to Apple. Same day took it to Battery Joe Cell Phone Repair in Midland, Ruby changed my screen in less than 20 minutes & my phone turned on. Thank you Battery Joe’s!!!!

Very knowledgeable Geek Squad, gave me a quick summary of possible issues and offered solutions. Really impressed with turn around time. They called me before the expect repair time to let me know my computers were ready. Awesome job guys/gals!!!

The line is always long. Once you talk to an agent they will immediately begin selling you a tech support package to pay for the repair. After that, they do simple repairs in house, and send off anything complex, sometimes for as long as six weeks. For anything in the West Texas area, I would go to West Texas IT Consulting.

I had my insurances with geek squad for a pretty long time and one day when i got my new phone they said i couldnt get their insurance anymore i ask for an explanation they never gave me an answer..

Terrible customer service. Extremely rude, from employees to the geek squad manager. They ignore you even having an appointment with them, they just leave you standing there as a fool, they make you feel annoying, their answers are incoherent, for everything they use the I cant without even turning to see you they talk about you among them as if you were not present.
