Texas certified motors odessa/Midland tx.I bought a 2008 dodge avenger from the Midland store. This car had problems with the idler pully,ignition switch,alternator and wiper pump. I was under the impression,and agreed upon by the salesman that they would take the car to Odessa and it would be fixed for free. I was without this car from 3/17/19 - 4/23/19. I got the car back and all they did was put on the wiper pump. The salesman informed me that they did not have the budget to fix my car the way it needed to be. So I was stuck with a car that every time I got into it,pray that it would start. Forward to July 3rd, I was driving home and this car stalled in the middle of south Rankin hwy during rush hour. The alternator died along with the battery what a nightmare. I called them on July 8th and they informed me of my extended warranty that would cover ALL Of the repairs that they should have completed in the first place with the original agreement that I would buy the car. Well,fast forward to july15th they said the warranty wont cover the serpentine belt or idler pully....They said I owe them $783.60, money I dont have. These people blatantly lied to me and my wife who has had 2 strokes and is very much disabled and are very dependent on a reliable vehicle. I feel violated and ripped off.I dont know how these people can sleep at night....very cold blooded. And I advise anyone to avoid this dealership at all cost.

Five Star Painting and Remodeling owned by Alexander Castillo does not do quality work. Does not do what he verbally promises or what he puts in writing on contract. Very sloppy work. He did not do repairs that were to be done and paint left on concrete porch and trim around windows. Brags about commercial work and posts on social media but does not place importance on small home owners,

Permian Homes (now bought out by DR Horton) needs investigated. JustBought a new home and the back yard floods up to my house every time it rains due to poor grading. They refuse to help me and said they don’t grade homes with the intent to grow grass.

You need to investigate Golder alignment 3101 Golder Ave, Odessa, TX 79764..guy tried to charge me 900.00 for alignment..said my front end was worn out..truck has 48k miles...i took it to Sisk alignment and he did it for 79.00...guy on Golder is a crook...needs to be shutdown,BBB needs to protect the public.
