I will definitely use Midtown Plumbing again. Edgar and Bobby were very knowledgeable and friendly. They took care of my issues and Edgar answered all my questions as he worked (believe me I ask a lot of questions). The job was time consuming but Edgar and Bobby never rushed. They cleaned up completely when they were finished. Try Midtown, you’ll be glad you did!

Middle of the night high-pressure water leak under kitchen sink. I was able to get the water turned off and cleanup done. Called several plumbing companies the next morning and could only leave message with several. Others tried to schedule for the following week. Midtown Plumbing came out that morning and replaced the cracked water pipe in 10 minutes. Ruben was professional and very friendly. We will definitely use them again and I highly recommend Midtown Plumbing!

Lorenzo and Ruben came during late hours when our water heater died on us with family in town. They removed the old water heater, piped in the new one, and repaired the wall around the new piping perfectly. It was all done quickly and professionally. I would recommend these two guys to anyone that needs quick plumbing work done right.I had to pay extra for the late night work, but it was worth it to keep hosting our visiting family with home cooked food and hot showers.

They were quick to respond to my call and arrived within an hour. I purchased the disposal myself and just needed the old one removed and the new one installed. I questioned that the drain in my sink was not replaced. He said something like it was not necessary. I feel like he took a short cut by not completely replacing all the parts. So, the silver ring around the opening to my new disposal is old and beat up.

Carlos and his assistant came and listened to the issue that I explained he then assessed the problem and repaired what he could and then explained to me what needed to be done to fix the full problem. I have since gotten the parts needed and scheduled for Carlos to come back and fix the full problem. So, I needed a plumber a few days ago so I called my first choice whom I really get amazing service from and he was out of town. I called 3 more before calling Midtown. The owner told me he was booked so he could have someone here at 6pm, but it would be an overtime rate since it was after 5. Fine. I needed it done. At 4:08 pm, a guy shows up and tells my husband it’ll be $150, the overtime rate! I was like, um, no, it’s not 5:00 yet! After arguing with me about it, I tried several times to reach the owner, but kept getting forwarded to the office. The lady in there was no help either, actually telling me that they squeezed me in so I had to pay the overtime rate!? Really? You close at 5, but insist on making me pay the after hours rate? I ended up paying it but wrote on the invoice for the owner to call me, that I wanted the difference back. He called the next morning and defended his rude, unprofessional employees and gave me $15 back. I also informed him that his worker took off his nasty rubber gloves and threw them in the street outside my house! Who does that!? He sent the same guy over to pick up the gloves and return what they owed me and that evening the same toilet was stopped up AGAIN! He clearly didn’t clear the line completely! Just a heads up to the public, you’d be better off pretending to be a plumber yourself or WAIT until someone reputable can make it to your house!

Very helpful. I needed help getting my gas turned back on due to a mess with the gas company. They were there the same day and came back that evening to get everything turned back on. I’ve used other plumbers in midland but never received as good of customer service. Will always use them first.

These guys saved the day. Got a call from my husband that the city had turned the water off at our house due to a leak. Called around and no one could/would help till I got to these guys. They came within two hours and located the leak. Helped us set up to survive with water in the tub to flush and pull water to wash hands. Came back the next day and broke our tile and concrete in the bathroom, found leak and fixed it. Got water back on. Came the next day and set concrete floor back in then the next day came and reset tile. Price was very reasonable considering the disaster we were looking at and dealing with. Would highly recommend them.

Called and scheduled service on same day. Owner informed me that they could fit me in for the same day but it would be tight due to other jobs. I received a call ahead of the plumbers arrival. Job was completed in less than 10 minutes. At this point very satisfied. Once I was given the ticket for the job. I realized I was being charged an OT overtime price plus parts. I understand about the parts but not the OT charge. The owner never said anything about the OT charge and I never asked for any emergency or expedited service. The service was completed and scheduled on a Monday, I called and scheduled in the AM. Be aware of price misleading when using this company. The OT price was $45 extra.

I was very impressed...when initial call was made on water heater the 1st appt was for Monday afternoon, Carlos said if he had a cancellation on Friday then would let me know. I called 1st thing Friday and he worked me in. Unfortunately, the home warranty said they would not cover....so I called home warranty and at least got partial payment. We had them come out to replace a seal on one of our toilets. They left caulk stuck all over the toilet, left the trash from the caulk all over the floor, used the hand towels hanging in the bathroom to clean up whatever water leaked from the toilet (gross!), and left caulk from washing their hands all over my kitchen sink. I expected some clean up, but this was absolutely ridiculous.

I cant thank this company enough! BJ, Carlos, the lovely lady over at dispatch (I feel bad I cant remember her name) and BJs partner (Also sorry I cant remember his name). All played a huge part in getting my water main repaired and running again. Despite how busy they were, they snuck me in the same day and and worked hard into the late night to get my water running. Very informative and showed me step by step what was happening and what they were going to do to fix it. Truly grateful and will recommend them to anyone. If I could give 10 stars I would.
