I had a very good experience at Hales diesel. Communication was great I knew my truck status, where it was at in line. After the truck in the shop I was given updated on status and final bill. Everything was talked about before finalize.Very glad I came across this shop.

Very impressed with Jason & this shop. He’s taken excellent care of my own vehicles & all I’ve recommended him to. Definitely got me out of a pinch more than once from swapping out injectors when I was down to answering emergency phone calls while I’m 4 states away. The work has always been fairly priced, excellent quality & in a timely manner. I’ll definitely be a long time loyal customer.

We were traveling from Texas to our home in California. Unfortunately, we struck a tire casing in the road that destroyed our radiator, fan, fan shroud and a bunch of hoses on our motor home about 60 miles east of Midland.After about a half dozen calls to other shops who wouldnt work on it because it was a motor home, we were able to speak with Jason at Hales Diesel Repair who said no problem. Hales was able to order parts and make the necessary repairs within a few days and got us on our way home. The repair cost was very reasonable despite the extensive damage. They also checked the rest of the motor home over to make sure we got home safely. We even got a call the day after we left Midland from Jason to make sure everything was going okay. When does any repair shop do that? The only down side is that theyre not here in California should we ever need them again. Thank you for the amazing service!

It’s rare that I find not only a good mechanic who’s honest but a great mechanic who’s honest. I broke down on my way thru midland and was fortunate enough to come across Jason and his helpful staff at Hale’s Diesel.They were fast, fair on price, excellent and friendly overall. I will be sending a truck back to them soon even though it’s 4 hours away from my home town. Thanks guys!

Jason was the only mechanic in the Permian Basin willing to try to install a Positive Air Shut Off on our work trucks. I appreciated his we can fix anything approach. All of our future truck needs will be handled by Hales.

Jason and his crew are good people. They put a new engine in my rig truck and maintained contact the whole time. They were great to deal with and very professional. I had to come in from out of town to pick up my truck and he stayed late to meet me and wouldn’t let me drive away until everything was perfect. Jason puts his name behind his work and is a great guy. Honest work and a honest price, you won’t find a better place in Texas!
