On my way North my brakes made a loud grinding noise. I stopped at a gas station and Andersons was recommended to me. Even though it was late in the day the owner graciously took care of replacing the brakes in a speedy manner. Without his kind actions I would have been stranded many miles from home! Cannot express my gratitude enough.

I was just on my way to Saginaw from Midland and my check engine light came on. I cant believe how helpful they were in running the diagnostic. It was a such a quick gas issue that it turned out okay and they didnt charge me. I insisted but they wouldnt accept. If I need service, I am definitely coming back. They earned my trust. Thank you again so much. Im forever grateful. 😊

Not very thrilled with my experience at Anderson’s. The guy on the phone told me it would be half the price that I was charged to get a headlight replaced. It also took over double the amount of time I was told on the phone. Their hourly rate for a domestic vehicle is $92 which is extremely high. I would NOT suggest this place for any auto repair needs.

Had my first experience with Anderson’s this week, having the brakes serviced on my sons car. Super friendly and reasonably priced. Great communication and honest. Sure wish I found Anderson’s 7 years ago when I moved here. For sure will be going here from now on for service on our vehicles.

I must say Dirk The Owner I think is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Im not even from the area but would go out of my way the bring my vehicle there again..!! 5 stars in my book.

Thought they did a decent job then decided to complicate the process more than it had to be. What was suppose to be a simple exchange for a part ended up paying $40 more than I did at the store and dealing with returning the part I bought is becoming an headache when they could or just returned it to me directly and not the store. Been trying to get ahold of someone and keep getting a run around such as have to wait until this guy gets back from vacation or I have to wait for a secretary just to print an invoice. They claimed they cut a deal on labor but it really was not. The pull tricks out of there hat to rack up the bill.

Im not one to leave reviews but this time I feel like I must. Andersons service had a perfect opportunity to scam me and they didnt. Not only were they straight with me about my car, they gave me a great price. This was my first time going there and it wont be my last. Dirk treated me like a friend and I wont forget that. You hear horror stories about car mechanics but Im thankful to say I found an honest one. This place is the best one Ive come across. Thanks Andersons.

I had the pleasure of getting a nail in my tire right after the first major snowfall of the season, the same time everyone was freaking out about getting new tires, just my luck. I tried getting into just about everywhere, then I had Andersons recommended to me. I contacted them and everyone who I had contact with was very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. I especially wanted to give a shout out to Krik for giving me his number so I could send him a picture of my tire so he could verify that they were getting me the most accurate information that they could!

You can trust the great work they do. Very professional business, would highly recommend.

Id give these guy 0 stars if I could. Its a great place to go if you feel like getting robbed. Theyll give you a low estimate to bring you in and then they come up with a bunch of test cost and other repairs that you dont need. My advice, go somewhere else.

I have no hesitation in recommending Anderson. Since moving to Midland, I have had reason to use them several times and have always been satisfied. On one occasion I took a car with 95,000miles on it to Anderson’s. They told me GM had an extended 100,000 mile warranty on the problem and I should take it to the dealer. Anderson is a family business that has been in Midland well over 20 years.

Hahah I was told 100$ out the door when I called.... And he charged the wife 35 extra dollars and with tax thats about 106.00 whats sad is my dad recommended this place to me specifically raymond and Im more or less very dissatisfied.. I no its not that much more but we had a verbal agreement or so I thought....

I used to go to Anderson with my old Kia minivan (which was not a very reliable car in the first place, to say the least...) and I want to say that I was very impressed by the honesty of the employees, their clarity with the customer (I knew in advance what was to be fixed and for how much and it was right on the spot!) and the work theyve done. Due to location convenience I am now using another auto service provider, but I certainly recommend Anderson Service!

I would give them 6 stars if I could.Long story short, these guys repaired a vehicle that was misdiagnosed by a repair shop in Mt. Pleasant (a large chain).They took their time, did a deep diagnosis, and corrected the problem the way it should have been done originally.Kudos to Terry, Raymond and all at Andersons Service.If you have a vehicle that needs service, drive it, push it, tow it, whatever you need to do. Get it to these guys for a job done right.

I would give Andersons 0 stars if it was an option. Ive been there 3 times for the same problem and have dealt with nothing but rude employees and being overcharged. I was there yesterday to pick up my car and the employee got in my face when i asked to speak to the owner because he was trying to charge me $158 for an oil change! Dont waste your time or money this place is a HUGE rip off!

We drove to Midland from Idaho with an excursion that had a loose front end for years. Every time it went in to be worked on we pointed it out but noone was able to fix it. The car went into Andersons for a bent stiring ram on short notice before we were scheduled to leave town. 3 phone calls later and after an all day effort, we got a car back that had all front end problems fixed. Considering the amount of work done, we were satisfied with the amount of the invoice. On top of great work, we received a follow up call weeks later to check whether we had any further problems. Now, thats customer service! Highly recommend the place!

Brought my 2012 f150 to this shop to have the 4 wheel drive looked at. Charged me $90 and told me that the problem was the transfer case needed to be lowered. Sent me to qta who fixed the problem.(was not the transfer case). That was not what earned them the one star, the one star came from me getting my truck back without a gas door. But they have not seen it so its not their fault.

Ive been doing business with Andersons since 2001. I would reccomend them!!
