The staff at Karl Chew’s State Farm in Midland always goes above and beyond for me. Insurance can be very confusing but the staff at Karl chew, especially my agent Tyler, always takes the time to explain things and help in every way they can. Very knowledgeable and professional and makes insurance easy! Highly recommend! Switched from another company to them and never looked back!

Basement flooded due to water heater failure, 2 of water in my basement overnight. Called right in and spoke with Tyler, who told me it was probably not even worth making a claim because of a $1000 deductible. Stupidly, I believed him. Now the basement is covered in mold and I am suffering health problems which may be related to the mold growth. It will cost well over that to replace carpets, clothing, furniture. Im in severe joint pain which may be from the mold poisoning, while trying to restore my basement on my own. Thanks a lot guys, if you want to make this right give me a call. You have my number. If not I guess Ill just keep paying my premiums like your little #####, and working to restore my own basement because my insurance provider is apparently worthless.

Karl Chew and the people in his office are not fast, friendly, and efficient. They are there to rip you off. I was completely under covered on auto and homeowners insurance but paying huge premiums. Went to Arbury and got twice the coverage I was getting from State Farm for HALF the price on auto, and same price for home. Im not talking about ridiculous coverage amounts either, just standard industry levels. Do not trust Karl Chew and crew to provide adequate coverage.

Its State Farm. They just take your money and fight not to pay out at ridiculous levels.
