I recently had an accident and they just jumped into action, even though I wasnt at fault they got the process going so I could find another vehicle and get back to work. I was very impressed on how they got a crew together for the process and how nice they were towards me.

We used Allstate while living in Midland TX and everything was standard and run-of-the-mill. We moved from Midland and converted our house to a rental property so we needed to change our policy. Come to find out there was some clerical error that never got resolved so it ended up leaving our property uninsured for several months (unbeknownst to us) with renters in it. Im told the cancellation letters were lost in the mail (??) - no emails, no phone calls, no text messages - just lost in the mail. After several failed attempts to remedy the situation I tried to go to a different Allstate office in town which apparently Allstate doesnt allow you to do. Long story short after 6 years of coverage with Guerrero Allstate we ended up switching our coverage. Im still not 100% sure I got the full story as to what happened...

When I first opened our insurance policy with David he was great but now dealing with his office staff is horrible! Bianca us a horrible person to deal with! She has no Customer Service Etiquette!!!! I am an Allstae Employee and cant believe the distespect I am getting from his staff! I needed to start a Renters policy and could not get them to answer the phone from Noon to 5:30pm. So I went to a different insurance company and got a quote. Just beware if using this agent!

It would take to long to write about all the great experiences I have had with Allstate-David Guerro. They have always responded in a timely manner and been nothing but respectful to me. Most people panic during accidents, towing services, or just trying to get a insurance card. Not me, especially with great guidance and effort from David Guerro and his team making sure I was safe, and well taken care of!
