This guy Jose Mateus is a crook. He owns Midland Shuttle Service. He sold us a used car and said “everything works” in ad. We drove it several miles and was fine during test drive. The next day it was overheating and he said he wasn’t sure. I spoke with original owner whom he sold to him in August of 2017 and told him it needed a fan clutch. I nicely asked for a refund and Jose refused. I get it to shop and they tell me his car needs a new engine, new radiator, new exhaust system, new A/C. The shop said whoever sold this to us knew it was bad. There was antifreeze in engine oil. Cmon man.Karma is coming for you!

This shuttle service is great if you never want to be on time.

As most people already know, the midland/Odessa and surrounding areas are home to some of the most dangerous driving conditions likely in the country. Youd expect a company focused in the transport of human lives in an area like this would have some decent drivers. Such is definitely not the case. These drivers are so far beyond subpar in their driving abilities that I literally fear for my life any time Im a passenger in one of their vans or buses. Its unfortunate that my present employer insists on using them. Especially since the last major accident they were in was with a bus full of my coworkers. If no stars were an option thats what they would receive from me and their incompetency is a major contributing factor to my decision to change employers. For now I guess Ill belt up and pray like hell.
