My hot water heater broke and flooded my laundry room 2 days ago. My landlord called Beauchamp’s as soon as they opened and Shawn was at my apartment within a few hours. He and another gentleman came back today to install a new water heater and fix a gas leak (on a Saturday) and it only took them an hour or so to fix everything. These guys come prepared to deal with any situation and they are diligent. They said they’d be here between 8 and 9, and they were here when they said they would be. They did an excellent job. Their work was neat, precise, and done with care. I would recommend this establishment to anyone!

Shawn and his crew definitely care about the quality of service they extend to you. I was in a bit of a rush the first time I called for service - ended up being something super simple to fix with our AC unit and both Jared/I went on our way. Next morning I noticed my AC wasnt blowing as cold as it should have. I called to inquire on that - same day Jared was back out and found that the refrigerant pressure was low and added more to the system. Temps dropped and we have nice cold air again with the house. Even though I was the one who was kind of rushing the first time around since I had thought things were good after Jared got my AC to turn back on (first service call), Shawn didnt charge a penny for the return call to top off my refrigerant levels/confirm air temps were acceptable. I was expecting to pay them again for a service call/an hour of their time, but they wrote it off in good faith. Moral of the story, these guys are the real deal and are in it to provide you with the best service possible while being completely transparent and honest to you. I will only go to Beauchamps in the future and recommend you and your team to anyone who asks for my opinion on HVAC services. Thank you for being great people!

A year and a half or so Shawn installed a new furnace and central air system. He listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and quoted a price (which was very reasonable). The install went great. He and his Dad arrived on time, worked all day and got heat in the house. They came back the next day to finish the A/C.This year I when my water heater needed to be replaced they were the only call I made. Shawn and his Dad arrived when they said they would and got the job done.It looks fantastic. Shawn is a craftsman, his attention to detail and wanting his work to not only be functional but professional. He takes pride in his work. He included new and up to date shut off valves for both the water and the gas (something many other contractors wouldnt have done).Theyre very courteous and friendly when you call and when they arrive at your house.

Beauchamps has restored my faith in humanity. We had an unfortunate water heater failure, and they came and replaced in no time and did an excellent job all around. We have an older home and during the maintenance the water main had broke (not their fault, just an old valve), leaving us completely stranded for any water at all. Beauchamps didnt leave us hanging where I think some contractors would say we dont do that, or thats your problem, they helped us through the process with the city and followed through with the fix with quality and professionalism in mind the whole time. Absolutely would highly recommend and will be our go-to for HVAC needs.

Absolutely amazing experience... I called in a little bit of a panic this morning because our AC unit quit working, temps are suppose to be in the higher 80’s and all I could think, how miserable for my family. I don’t normally write reviews or anything but I have to give credit where it is due! A couple weeks ago when I wasn’t feeling well.. I woke up to no heat. It was a Saturday and I called everywhere to get someone to come look at my furnace. Long story short I called Beauchamp’s Heating and Cooling.. The lady that answered instantly made me feel better and was willing to come and bring me heaters till Monday because her guy was out of town... I ended up having someone else come look at it and got an estimate for my furnace to be replaced.. I didn’t have a good feeling about who I had come out and ended up calling Beauchamp’s back for a second opinion. He came out and was extremely thorough and provided tons of helpful information... I didn’t second guess having my furnace replaced by them... His crew came replaced my furnace, relocated my thermostat, and gave me a new WiFi thermostat for around the same price the other guy estimated! I was extremely satisfied with the kindness, professionalism, work, and thoroughness they provided!!! If you have any heating or cooling needs I HIGHLY recommend Beauchamp’s Heating and Cooling!

They werent my first call but thats only because I didnt know about them. It was the Friday before Thanksgiving and it seemed like the other two companies I called didnt want to be bothered. Beauchamps said they would come that day no matter what time it was. Gave us all the options and then later that night came and brought us heaters to get us by, even though we hadnt agreed to anything yet. Very considerate and made sure we were comfortable from beginning to end. Theyll be our first call for anything we may need in the future.

Where to even begin! Shawn and Sherry are absolutely amazing! Extremely honest and upfront. They went above and beyond anything we could have ever imagined. Best prices we found. Shawn replaced our 1986 furnace and was able to connect the existing central air up to the new furnace. A different company had told us that the unit wasn’t any good due to the age of it and said we would need a new air conditioner without even trying to fix it. Their quote was also DOUBLE what Shawn quoted us. Shawn also found a potential fire hazard - unknown to us - that had been done by the previous owner of the house and was able to completely fix the issue the previous owner had created. We will definitely be calling them for all future heating and cooling needs!

Having just replaced our 42-year-old boiler, we highly recommend Beauchamps Heating & Cooling. They installed a 95% efficient unit with on-demand hot water. Shawn and his dad put in a long day to make sure we had heat by evening. They came back today to finish the project, install the WiFi thermostat, clean up and go over the new systems. Their responsiveness, workmanship, and professionalism are all excellent. Our only regret is that we didn’t contact them sooner to have this done. Best service in all of Midland! Shawn came out to service our old air conditioner during a holiday weekend and didnt charge extra for the call. When we ended up needing a new unit he was able to install quickly for a great price. Very courteous and clean. They even alerted us to a leak in our upstairs bath. Arrived the next day the time he said he would.I needed to replace my boiler and have my water heater moved and brought up to code. Setting up install was easy as a phone call. The Beauchamps were so wonderful! Our boiler/furnace quit working, and we had no heat, making our house 62 degree with two small children. Sherry brought us over 2 space heaters so we could heat the house for the night, and sent out someone for a service call the next day and they got our heat fixed.I couldn’t thank them enough. The littlest things they didn’t have to do, but they did!Highly recommend then if you ever need someone.

I had contacted at least 5 different Contractors for bids to install Central Air in my home. Beauchamps was the very last Contractor to come out, he throughly looked the job over and had given me his estimate shortly after. His bid was approximately in the ballpark of the other Contractors, with one exception. None of the other Companies included any duct work. Needless to say, he schooled me on the importance of how your furnace needs to breathe! I knew right then and there they were the ones I wanted to do the job. They started on Friday (mind you there was extensive duct work to be done) and finished early Sunday afternoon! I am Absolutely delighted with the job!During the job he explained all of the processes. Before he left he asked me numerous times if I had any questions or concerns. I cant say enough about their workmanship, and the cleanup! Very happy with the outcome! Excellent job!

Shawn came out and did a brand new system for me at my house. i got a high efficiency furnace with a new blower motor to help push the heat through my house. They reworked the ductwork in my house to improve airflow and comfort and they still were the most reasonably priced option. These guys came in with a sense of courtesy for me as a home owner and far exceeded my expectations. A lot of work went into upgrading my system and the job was done cleanly to ensure i would have no clean up afterwards and be able to just sit back and enjoy my new furnace.

We had boiler system and wanted to convert to a forced air furnace with AC. Shawn installed a new furnace, outside AC unit, humidifier, whole home air purifier and duct work as well for our 1700 sq.ft house. We were very impressed with Shawns work ethic. He was here every day as scheduled, worked through lunch and on the weekend to get the project done. He took time to explain everything to us and set up our new Wi-Fi thermostat. He was also very patient with our chatty three year old. He was always polite and thoughtful while in our home, making sure we had heat during the change over and also cleaning up if any messes were made. We couldnt be happier with the completed job.

Heat went out Dec. 27th. Called Shawn at 8:20 pm; he had me troubleshoot the furnace over the phone. He was able to determine what was wrong and whether he had the part to repair. Was at my home in Saginaw by 9:30 pm with a new igniter. Installed and also cleaned other components of the unit. Furnace working like a champ. Would highly recommend Beauchamps HVAC to anyone.
