All Project Managers: Todd, Kyle & Mike were proactive, & excellent at keeping me informed, during every phase of the job. They listened to my concerns regarding the roof installation, took extra care to protect my home during the job, & made sure that the vulnerable areas of my roof were protected to the max. The chimney flashing done by Luis is a work of art! I initially met with Brandon, the owner, who explained their step by step procedure, in great detail. Kayla & Morgan, the Office Staff are courteous & helpful. All name brand GAF materials used on the job! The 50 year Roof Warranty is the best part! It is fully transferable to the next owner. What a great selling benefit. Artisan is a growing, family-oriented company! I strongly suggest that you contact them & discuss your next project!

Artisan Building did a Roof replacement on my home in January 2021. They did an excellent job. The sales Manager Andy was very professional, explained the process thoroughly and had all necessary paperwork With each visit. He was also very punctual!! The installers worked very efficiently, completed the job on time and were extremely tidy. I have not found one scrap of debris on my property..I would Highly recommend Artisan Builders ..

Very pleased with the professionalism of the entire company. I had a branch go through my roof during a windstorm. Andy came out very quickly to access the damage and had someone come out that day to put a temporary patch on the roof. Morgan, the company contact, was always very helpful and pleasant on the phone. Andy, was very thorough from the beginning until the job was complete. The roof was completed in one day, including cleanup and dumpster removal. I highly recommend using Artisan Builders, and I will use them in the future should the opportunity arise.

Based on my experience with this company, I feel they are taking advantage of homeowners by misdiagnosing issues to make a profit.I am not satisfied with the practices of Artisan Building & Remodeling. They attempted to repair a chimney/attic leak at my residence. They failed to send out a qualified mason or chimney expert upon initial inspection of my chimney. Because of their inexperience with chimney repair, they failed to correctly diagnose the problem. As a consumer, I trusted in their experience, expertise, and assessment of what was causing the chimney leak, and entered into a contract with them to fix the flashing, which they assured me would eliminate the leak.When the flashing was repaired, it did not solve the leak in any noticeable way. I still had literally gallons of water coming into my attic from the chimney. A mason, or person with more chimney knowledge, was sent out AFTER the initial “guess” that the leak was caused by defective flashing. This should have happened BEFORE any repairs were suggested, and this was an oversight by the company. Therefore, my main complaint is that I was assured by them that they knew how to repair and correct issues with chimneys, but they failed to send the appropriate person out to evaluate the chimney the first time. Because of this faulty business practice, I paid $3,399 for a repair that did not fix the leak. (Please note that part of the price replaced the flashing on a second chimney as well.) They claim they did a great job fixing the flashing but they were hired to fix a leak and I trusted them that the leak would be fixed if the flashing was fixed.I contacted the company. When they sent a qualified person to look at my chimney after the unnecessary (for the leaking issue) repairs were done, they now said the whole chimney would need to be rebuilt for an additional $5,000. They claimed that price was because they “felt bad” and they wouldn’t make any profit when rebuilding the chimney because as Brandon the owner said to me, “We already made our profit from you.” I asked a second chimney company what they would charge me to rebuild my chimney if it was needed, and with profit, that price was lower at $4,700. The second company also noted that the flashing repair was “okay”, but that the led was not laid correctly in some places, increases the chances for future leaks.I wrote to the company (Brandon the owner) yet again to share my displeasure and encourage them to make it right, but he failed to respond. Bottom line is this company makes guesses and a profit at the homeowner’s expense. (*The photo shows gallons of water in attic in a large container after one rainstorm, AFTER they supposedly fixed the leak.)

I had the pleasure of working directly with Fred and the team from Artisan Builders. I appreciated the explanation of services/process of roof replacement and the quality of materials during the first presentation from Fred- which is why I initially chose this company over the other 3 quotes I received.My roof is about 3200 sq feet and the entire roof was replaced in less than 2 days, and it looks absolutely beautiful! (And even better- no more leaks!) I would highly recommend artisan builders to anyone looking to get their roof replaced or for any of their other services.

Brandon and his team were amazing! They were communicative with us about changes and delays due to weather. The job quality is amazing. There were even unexpected issues regarding the under-layer of our roof (wouldnt have known this until they tore the roof off!) and getting the original shingle color we had picked out, but both of these were handled professionally and promptly. Also, his team was great with our dog and kids! Very friendly and professional. They also made getting financing incredibly easy. We will be hiring them again when we are ready for more work to be done.

The owner Brandon has incredible follow up and was extraordinarily patient with me.His team worked efficiently and with skill on my 1910 built colonial style home. They were able to take down the original 110 year old wood gutters and update them with ease.Someone from the team came to do a walkthrough with me the following day and even agreed to coming back and removing a Satellite I’d requested be taken down that they forgot to.I’m now having them bid a few others projects I want done around the house and am confident in their abilities to fulfill any exterior needs of my home.

Very professional, courteous, clean up was excellent and the wrapping was superb, and there were some challenging windows with Roy and Joe fixed them effortlessly, he’s a real pro and the 3 man crew complimented one another. After the wind storm on Tuesday 8/4, our rake metal came loose. I called Artisan on Wednesday 8/5 and was connected to Fred; he was very friendly and came out the same day to give a reasonable estimate. They had a crew out Saturday morning (they would have come even more quickly but there were a lot of emergencies and more pressing roof issues in the area after the storm, and we were okay to wait an extra day or two) and were quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Excellent service and a job well done! We immediately recommended them to our neighbors. 10/10

It took awhile to get started, due to delays with the insurance company and the countless days of rain. The next clear day, they were here on time on Saturday and completed my roof the same day. The guys were very respectful of my property. I am quite pleased with the quality. Nice job!

We had our deck remodeled by Artisan. The owner, Brandon was very knowledgeable and was easy to communicate with, as was the Project Manager, Fred.To be fair we did have some issues during this project. However, the customer service was excellent. They showed that customer satisfaction is a priority. Brandon and Fred made it clear that long term customer retention was important to them.Most of the issues were attention to detail type things. As these issues were brought to Brandon/Freds attention they were corrected.Overall our new deck looks great and we are happy with it.

I hired this company to put vinyl siding on my back porch which had drywall walls. The gentlemen who came to do the work were on time, very professional, clean, and polite. They took obvious pride in their work and did not rush. The foreman, Fred, was respectful, explained everything clearly as to what was going to happen. I hired Artisan Building & Remodeling LLC in 7/2020 to replace my roof and rotted wood around the exterior of my home. The work done was a quality job and it definitely adds curb appeal to my home. The roof replacement took about a day and half. The work to replace all the wood around my home took 2 and half days. Both time frames were in line with the estimate given for the jobs. All of the people within the company were friendly and professional. They respected my home and property by doing simple things like moving potted plants that may have been damaged during the roof removal. Fred and the workers were responsive to my requests and questions; there was no need for me to repeat myself for anything. The clean up after the job was great, I found a few nails but that was minor considering the job. The only area I think is an opportunity for growth and the reason I gave 4-4.5 stars is related two occurrences of missed communication. Once was when the roofing material was delivered, I do not recall an estimated date being provided at the point of purchase and I didnt receive a call the week of delivery. The second time was when the date for the the second portion of the work was changed. I understand other factors like COVID-19, a heat wave and damage/power outages due to a tropical storm were occurring; however, a simple call to give a heads up would have solidified a 5 star rating from me. Other than these 2 times, communication was not a problem. Overall Im satisfied with the job performed.

I called Artisan in a panic and they were able to squeeze me in for a gutter repair before a big storm. Its hard enough to find a contractor to come out for a small job, but they even came a day earlier than planned to ensure it was fixed in time. They were super responsive and professional and I highly recommend them.

I recently contracted with Artisan to repair and replace exterior wood rot throughout the entire exterior of my home. Arguably a very tedious and subjective scope of work. Brandon and I did our best to align on a contract and scope of work but there were several bumps throughout the job. He proved to be a true professional and exceeded expectations by the end of the project. I honestly could not think of a company I would trust more than one that Brandon is running and operating. At the end of the day, he honored his word and commitment and was truly fair. These are qualities that are very hard to come by with other contractors.

Of the various roofing companies that came out to give estimates, Brandon was the only one who insisted I let him speak to my insurance company on my behalf. He was even present when the insurance inspector came out to look at my roof. I feel I would not have succeeded on my own in negotiating anything with my insurance company. The roofing crew was very efficient in their work. Everyone on the team had a job to do, no time was wasted. Brandon was always thorough with his communications, whether it be by phone, email or text. He was always prompt – more prompt than the insurance inspector. I’m very satisfied with and highly recommend Artisan Building & Remodeling!

I noticed shingles missing after a severe wind storm. Brandon came out the next day to assess the damage. The roof needed to be replaced. Brandon came out with the insurance agent and helped expedite the process! The roof was replaced in only 2 days and looks amazing!! I hired Artisan Building and Remodeling for my roof. We had recently had a large wind and rain storm that revealed we had a leak in the roof. I had gotten three quotes and of those three Brandon the owner of Artisan was the only one who got on the roof to actually take a good look at it. He recorded and explained what he saw while recording and showed it to me after. I hired his company and they had it done in a little over a day once the project started. The crew of about 5 guys did a great job and cleaned up well afterwards. I had no issues with the entire process. The do alot of other home improvements and I look forward to working with them again.

Our home was severely damaged by a falling tree during a windstorm. After looking at several contractors, Artisan evaluated the damage and quickly reinforced the structure to prevent further damage. Brandon and his team did a thorough initial evaluation and formulated a plan. This included detailed actions and estimates while working directly with our insurer. This was a significant repair. The tree had penetrated the roof and cathedral ceiling into a family room, and structurally compromised an exterior wall. Two sky lights and a double casement window were involved. Siding, a paver walkway, and more needed repair.Fred Tharin - the project manager - kept us informed of progress and expectations. At every step along the way, the Artisan team remained concerned that as homeowners, the repairs met our expectations. At project completion, we are happy to have selected Artisan to perform this complex project. NO ROOM FOR NEGOTIATION, HE WAS FIRM ON THAT PRICE and said the price can go up smh.*If you are requesting repair quote/estimate on a property that you havent owned yet but need the estimate to come up with your purchase price please asked how much they are charging for the estimate before having them come out. I thought the estimate was free. Lessoned learnt.I still did not get the estimate on time even after paying that amount for the estimate.

Prompt and professional during the consulting and started the work on time as discussed. Did a decent job installing a channel drain in my back yard but the negative was they left my yard a mess and some construction debris under my porch in which Brandon said he would clean up once all the mud dried.
